Size 9.5 Mens. Felt true to size for me with plenty of room in the toe box. Nice midsole with some nimbleness, snap, and cushion for an everyday trainer.

I am a trail runner who broke my foot (badly) trail running. After 9 months in a boot and one full year recovering, I needed some road miles before I got back on the trails.
I demo'd some Rincons and was shocked at how great they felt on the road. The foam is not squishy and the rocker shaped sole produced a very smooth stride. They also feel incredibly light.
I have since gotten back on the trails but I find myself running on the road more now because these shoes feel so good!

After suffering a foot injury (Sesamoiditis) the Rincon has been the ONLY shoe that lets me run pain free. It feels great, light, fast and springy during my runs. However it does seem to wear faster than any other Hoka, but I dont mind it as it works amazing for me and I wouldn't mind buying it again and again. However, my only complaint is that its a bit narrow in the toe box. I have to use custom orthotics and it does feel tight in the toe box. I really do wish Hoka comes out with a Wide option, that would make it a perfect shoe for me.

These are very light and feel really good on my feet I like this shoe best for my runs that are over 8 miles That's when the cushioning really helps. At 20 miles in this shoe my feet still feel fresh enough for more. In other brands, my feet are starting to hurt a bit after 12 miles. Love my Hokas Rincons!

Perfect for my husband. He has had ankle fusion surgery and back surgery. His balance is horrible, but he can navigate with greater confidence wearing these shoes. This is his second pair.

These shoes are perfect. I've tried Asics, Brooks, Nike. None compare. My Rincons offer superb cushioning, control, and response on long or short runs. I will be ordering another pair soon as I've already clocked a little over 200 miles on my current pair. Keep it up Hoka One One, you've earned yourself a lifetime customer!

Have logged 60 miles so far with a farthest run of 10 miles. Rincon is soft and light ride. Certainly a shoe to buy

I use the product for marathon training. I really like the ride. The only note I would add is to create more of lockdown feel in the upper. Otherwise it's an awesome shoe.

Look no further than the Rincon if you are looking for a light shoe for distance, with the plush Hoka sole. I have run in Asics Tri-Noosa, On, Nike, and the Hoka Clifton - these shoes out comfort and perform them all.
For those who want the amazing Hoka sole and love lightweight shoes.....this is the show for you. Amazing job Hoka.

I ran my first 13.1 with these on, and I absolutely loved it. Cushioning is excellent, and they are light weight.
Already looking into getting my next pair of hoka, for trail running. Looking into speedgoat, waiting for a sale.

I absolutely love this shoe. This is my second Rincon since they came out. After finishing the Lake Washington 1/2 marathon an hour ago, (after only 4 miles in this pair, previously) the feel is still with me. Actually one of the things I love most is the cushioning, a very comfortable ride, while also helping with push off. Very light weight and honestly don't even think about my shoes as I run, did I say they are comfy???

The shoe worked well right out of the box; the insole molded to my feet after just a few miles. I found the level of cushioning to be ideal--somewhat soft, but not unstable.

I have been using the Rincon as my training shoe. Love the lighter kick compared to the Clifton. I have used 12+ Cliftons over the past several years and love them. Toebox always seemed a bit tight, so I finally tried the Rincon and love the fit and toe box. Still the quality cushion. Can't wait to race in them.

I recently started having pain in my right foot. I am very athletic and train hard a few days a week. Due to the anatomy of my foot, when I stand, all of my weight and pressure falls on the balls of my feet. Heavy walking lunges, calf raises, and box jumps put a lot of strain on my right foot due to bending my toes. With that, sesamoiditis was the diagnosis and these shoes work great for that. I have been wearing them a few days now and it decreased my pain within minutes of wearing these shoes.
I did not receive a promotion or discount for these Hoka Rincon's. I am an athlete who started having pain and these are helping with my recovery. These shoes look funny but get the job done. I highly recommend these.
I'd also recommend:
Adidas, Asics, Rockports, Clark's

These shoes saved my first half-marathon. Though I was initially horrified by Hoka's maximalist aesthetic, I made the switch to the Rincons after developing arch pain on longer runs in my old shoes, and I haven't regretted it.
The good: they're light, bouncy, breathable, and roomy in the toe box, with a pretty minimal upper. The stack is high, but drop's a lot lower than you'd guess from looking at them, which works well for me.
The not-quite-so-good: the insole is almost non-existent—a 1mm foam sheet with no structure/support whatsoever—which seemed to result in me drifting toward the inner edge of the shoe after a couple of miles. On the plus side, it's very lightly glued in and easy to swap out with something more supportive, which is what I ended up doing. That said, anything thicker is going to make you ride higher in the shoe, which means possible toe rub and heel lift. These turned out not to be a big deal for me, but I'm not as picky as some folks about being locked into my shoes.
On the whole, a fantastic shoe, though you may want to swap out the insoles. Definitely give these a shot!

Normally I run with the Hoka Cliftons, but I saw the Rincon weighed less but seemed to have the same cushion and gave them a shot. After a few runs, these are legit! Super light, super cushioned and comfortable. Give them a shot even if only for shorter speed work or intervals, but I recently ran a half marathon in them and felt great.
Just for prespective, I'm 6'4" 210lb semi-serious runner with normal arches and slightly supinates - so neutral high cushioned shoes are my thing. Generally running 10-20 miles a week casually, but have run two marathons in Hoka Cliftons and put much more mileage on them with no issues. My experience for longer distance is to buy shoes a half size up from normal, however with Hoka I buy a full size up because the toe box tends to be narrow.
