I bought my shoes in May and they already have a hole and it's only July ..

I have sent you 3 emails because these shoes squeak and cannot be worn. I have requested to send them back but no one at Hey Dudes will return an answer to my request. I have bought plenty of Hey Dudes but this will be my last one because customer service with Hey Dudes does not happen. I have been very happy with my past Hey Dudes, but if a company cannot reply to a customers request then I am not going to be a customer.

Too narrow and get a response to return them . Going to see if they will exchange them for a man's size. If not I am going to our state attorney general and 8 on my side tv station.

Not made right. doesn't even fit I have others one and love but these I took the tags off so thought I couldn't return

The fit is extremely small and tight, probably need to buy a size up. The laces design does not allow for any adjustment that most other sizes have.

Might would have liked them if they got delivered.

So I was super excited to get these shoes. But when I went to put them on the string on the shoe was so small and didn't have any stretch so I couldn't even put my foot in there.

Never received them. I have been in contact several times about they were returned to you because of UPS & USPS. They were for a birthday present, which has now passed. If you have in a size 6, please send to me for another person.

Ordered an 8 like all my others and they're too small they fit like a 7 so they are just sitting in the closet since I can't wear them

I will not be buying any more of these shoes. Only because my daughter wanted them, did I purchase them on Black Fridayonly to see that they had a better deal on Cyber Monday and Hey Dude would not price match. So I reordered for the better price and sent the original purchase backa waste of time and resources for all involved. The shoes are overpriced, the soles were falling apart in less than 3 months, lose shape and support in the same time, and they are impossible to keep clean. The warranty of 60 days is just about how long you have until they are ready for the trash, in my opinion.

I will admit they were comfortable but they fell apart in less than 3 months and I was so disappointed they were my 1st pair never even got to wash them so that wasnt the issue! I won't buy them again since all my emails went unanswered when I sent them in with the pictures!

There is absolutely no point to try and order them faster than the original timing I paid an extra 15 to 20 dollars for them to be here by this wk and the tracker says they won't be here until next Monday they are already in my town but can't get them delivered??? Makes no sense as too why I would pay more for them to be here in the same amount of time for any future buyers don't pay the extra just wait

They squeak i called and was told to remove a tag still making the noise. I would love a replacement

Was not given the right shoe and they sent we a second pair. Was still not the ones I ordered, then refused to give me the right pair I ordered!!

There is a bump in the footbed right under my toes. Horrible construction. Low quality materials.

I wouldn't know what their like we have yet to receive them. Your shipping company lost them and told us to contact HeyDude. We sent a email to you guys and yet have not heard a thing from your company. Very displeased.

I can't give an accurate description of the product itself. My rating is based strictly on the customer service provided by Hey Dudes. I've attempted to contact the company via email 3 separate times, via facebook messenger, the telephone number provided from the automatic email in response to my attempts at reaching them by email, and via the chat feature (also included in automatic email response.) To no avail, my package containing 2 of the 3 pairs of shoes I ordered was delivered to the wrong address on December 13th is still lost and 0 communication from Hey Dudes. I love every other pair of Hey Dudes shoes we own, but I can't comment on the quality of this particular pair because we never received them. 10/10 would never recommend ordering online from this company.
