The strings on the top of the shoes are not sewn properly. The shoes are falling apart and have been that way since I received them. First time Im truly unhappy with this comany. I cannot say how they fit because I have yet to wear them. I think my money was wasted this time

I never received them and did not get a reimbursement, an email, a call, et6c. Sooooo disappointed. Every time I emailed about it, I got a canned email that you were busy and please be patient. I ordered them on Dec. 10th, they said they were on the way on the 12th and nothing!

I have yet to receive them after a month so mhmm I don't know terrible so far

Never received items I ordered. No phone number to call and never responds to emails. Do NOT recommend

I didn't receive my shoes. I called once when they still had my size shoes in stock and was told to give it more time. So I did. After a few more weeks, I called back and they finally checked on my shoes. I was told that they were Lost in Transit and unfortunately they were now out of my size. I need a pair of black shoes for winter and none of the ones they have are on sale for the price my lost shoes were. If they would have listened to me the first time I called, I would have gotten another pair shipped to me. Now I am out of luck and really upset that all I was offered was a 20% coupon good till the end of November.

I am so disappointed, I ordered these thinking they were true to size and sadly I was wrong. They run way too big, I waited patiently for them to arrive and when they did my face lit up with excitement just to put them on and for my face to express pure sadness. I am a true size 5 and I would size down into youth.

Received the shoes however one was a size 8 and the other was a size 6. Attempted to contact customer service but never got a reply.

I purchased these shoes at the end of July and never received them nor a refund. I will never buy another pair of shoes from this company again.

I have tried over and over to reach customer service and no one has ever gotten back to me to change my address . My shoes were sent back and I have never received an update!

It's been 4 days since I emailed and created a contact request to have them address that a pair of shoes was missing from $150 order. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

i am sorry to say this shoe does not live up to the reputation of Hey Dude. The cotton canvas material is so flimsy. The shoes are too wide and too long. Even with attempting to tighten the laces, this does not help. The internal arch seems to also be in the wrong place too. I really wanted the white canvas shoes with baby blue laces to work, but it does not. Will return and not reorder.

When writing a review you have to give more info on support. Do they have arch support, memory foam insoles, all day wear support, etc... Not just the look, a pair of shoes need to take care of your FEET!

I ordered these for my wife. I ordered 5 pairs in total first ship said 4 shipped i only received 2 NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO PHONE # to call NO ONE EMAILS BACK, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

These are the worst shoes I ever bought!! Dont waste your money..I actually think they are made out of paper!!! :(
