The right shoe I can't get on. I need to send back. It's my third pair, so i find it odd.

I ordered Rose Gold and and got Gold.. not to happy

I ordered these in the same size as the previous pair (size 8), one of the shoes Fit properly and the other was approximately 1/2 size larger than the other and there was no grip on the soles. When I walked across the tile floor, I was constantly slipping. For the price I paid with the discount code, I guess you can say I got what I paid for. They are so cute, I just wished they fit better.

I would buy from u if advertised promo codes worked. Advertise to vet people to waste time on website and then codes don't work, I call bull crap!!!!

Tried to purchase shoes with discount code as advertised. Only option allowed for purchase is through prime. Discount not allowed with prime. Contacted support, no help was told to 'pick another pair'

To wide for me, will give them away to someone who they will fit

A half size to big!!! My fault, ended up hurting my foot but gave them to a friend and they love them!!!!

I didn't like them at all. The size 8 (which is my size) are HUGE, my foot slips right out of them and and were not comfortable for me.

I am very disappointed in these Dudes. They run very small and seem to be cheaply made. I have MANY pairs of Wendy's and these do not even come close to the quality of the rest.

Shipping was avg. packaging was good. This pair of hey dudes are terrible. They wont stay on my feet. Was going to return but site says I can not return. Will not buy from this site again due to not allowing me to return the terrible pair of hey dudes.

Too tight

I was excited about ordering hey dudes, I'm a size and half and I was told that the shoes are true to size, so I order a 8 but it was way to big.

They are too narrow, and I can't exchange or return. I'm stuck with shoes I can't ware.

Received my new Hey Dudes and was very unhappy with this pair. The material is very stiff and the inside has a defect and is extremely uncomfortable on my toes. I tried to do the return and says this item is not eligible for a return. Very disappointing.

Received the wrong size and color

I love theses shoes, I actually ordered a second pair because my first were so worn out. However, as soon as I got them my puppy got to them. I reached out to customer service to see if there would be a way to replace the one damage shoe and got no response. Sincerely disappointed. I understand the damage is not their fault but I am still sad in the lack of response and customer service.

not true to size. sloppy to wear
