Wrong size. Used to measurements provided upon purchase and bought a 6 and when I compared the shoe to the "scale to size foot measure" inside the box the shoe was over a size 9.

I love the style & feel of these shoes. The only downfall that they have is the sizing is way off. Im a consistent size 7 in most brands however in these shows they feel a whole size too big. Sadly I cant wear these or return/exchange them.

These are not the usual hey dude quality. They are a cheaper flimsy material and run a full size larger.

I absolutely love the shoe and have already received a dozen compliments in the handful of times I have worn them. My husband and I have 4 pairs of Dudes, so you can say were big fans. My issue (and reason for 2 stars) is with the shipping. I ordered these on a Monday and they were advertised with 2-day shipping. I needed them by the weekend, so I figured that was plenty of time - right? Wrong. They were sent via USPS (notoriously slow and problematic these days) and sat in Kentucky with no update for 3-4 days. They were finally delivered the FOLLOWING Tuesday (8 days after ordering). I reached out to Hey Dude in 2 different emails toward the end of the week and it took them 2+ days to respond to me. When they did, they basically just said heres your tracking number and shipping delays are beyond our control. In other words, dont trust their false advertising of 2-day shipping. Pay the extra $$ if you need them by a certain day and dont count on their customer service to actually help you or give a crap about your order.

Not what I was expecting. Looks like disco balls on my feet. Made for some people, just not my style. I need to return for a new color ASAP.

Too big, but return shipping and the process is just too much of a hassle.

I have 3 other pairs but these are the first that have been super uncomfortable! I got blisters the first day I wore them.

Not happy of the fact the print on the laces were all smeared took picture and sent in and no one respnded or replaced them.

I wanted to love these because my husband raves about his pairs, but I just cant. They are oversized and really wide, even with socks, so my feet constantly feel like theyre going to slip out. And wearing them triggers my plantar fasciitis and makes an old fracture hurt again.

Alright. So. I probably could have rented a car, drove most of the way there, broke down, hitchhiked, hopped on a horse, walked a while, went to the moon, and back, and to the moon again, and stopped several times along the way to make alien friends, because I ordered them a long time ago and still dont have the shoes. Bummer dude. Freakin bummer. Based on my past experience of Dude shoes, I would recommend them, but try to get them from a third party if you want them to show up before aliens invade (or they end up being cool, idk)

I ordered got the free shipping u guys were offering and they were supposed to be here between Christmas and the new year and I still have no updates on where they are at. I love hey dude but this sticks cause they were for my wife for Christmas.

When opened the box there was a brown spot right on the tip of the toe. These were for my daughter for Christmas so I let her open them but now have to return/exchange them. Very disappointing

No color I thought. I need a return label to return and get another color

Customer service is horrible needed to exchange shoes and it's almost impossible to do so . Wont order off website again.

Show came with a bad crease across top. I was told it looked like wear and they couldnt exchange.

I ordered my normal size in other brands which is 8, but they were so big that I gave them to my sister in law who wears a 9. I would consider ordering again in size 7. I'm not sure if every style fits like this

Shoes are very very comfortable, but sent wrong size. If I try to place order for a size 9 your sight won't let me. It goes straight to an 8. Then I couldn't even exchange the shoes. Beacause you processed my return wrong.

The right shoe I cant get on. I need to send back. Its my third pair, so i find it odd.
