I didnt buy any shoes and it is a scam

Would love to have revived both pair of shoes in my order

I had to cancel the order due to never receiving the shipment . For 15 days I had an email saying shipped with tracking info that showed the package was never received by the shipping co.

The shoes Im satisfied with the customer service I am not, I bought these shoes over a week ago and ordered the wrong size for my wife for Christmas. Hoping I would get an email back to get a new pair her size before Christmas it doesnt look like that will happen

I love the shoes! Bought them for a Christmas party but they to small and Ive emailed twice with no response on how to return. Now I want have them for my party in time

I did not order theses shoes. I ordered the gray Wendy linen and the cheetah print which I never received. I have reached out to you several times with no response. Its funny how you charge for the shoes, but never ship them. Btw your customer service SUCKS and if you keep treating people the way you do, you definitely wont be in business long!!! I will never order or buy another pair of Hey Dudes. I dont care how comfortable they are.

Sizing is the worst - there is no in between either too small or too large . Their customer service isnt the best either. No exchange option & if you had a coupon you just lose it....

They came with loose and damaged threads on the top of the R shoe in 2 places. These were already a replacement and I was told to once again mail them back. I decided not to as I didn't want to keep loosing money and they are expensive. These don't seem to hold up well and look very worn after only a few times wearing.

Ordered at size 8 and they sent me a size 6. And having trouble getting them sent back. Not very happy.

2nd pair. Could not wear. Laces too short to allow shoe to expand so that I can put it on foot. Complete lack of customer service. Took 2 weeks to finally get help for return of product.

they no longer come with the tassle (bungee) laces. I called customer service and they were very rude!

Went by the sizing on the website, which says to go up a size if you wear a half size. I wear an 8.5 and ordered a 9. They were huge. Fell off my foot. Decided to do an exchange. Immediately sent a request, received my label and sent them back. 2 weeks after I purchased the shoes, someone finally contacted me but only to tell me that they no longer had the shoe I ordered (which was brand new) and they don't know if they will even be restocking it. They also said they are no longer doing exchanges. I could either have a full refund or a credit with an extra $5. Can't help but feel like if my exchange was handled a little bit quicker, I could've received my shoes before they sold out. Or better yet, had the website had accurate sizing information, I could've ordered the right size the first time.

Tried to return -one pair because they sent the wrong color- and the other pair because they run small, no results yet. It has been a week since I emailed and requested a return label....

I ordered my size for every other shoe. And these are tight all around.

I need to return these Dudes. Having a difficult time getting ahold of your support team for instructions to do so.

Disappointed in how big they run!! I wish I would have known that when ordering and your return policy doesn't allow me to return!

These shoes are beautiful however they do not fit like other dudes I have bought..
