I didnt like how sparkly they were. They did not look that sparkly online. I sent them back 2 weeks ago and still have not received a refund.

Im only giving 1 star because I ordered the shoes nearly 3 weeks ago, Id love to review but I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM!!

This company is a joke. If you order any item on sale they will not allow a return or an exchange. Their return policy states final sale items are not returnable so if it says SALE that to them is a final sale, where the rest of the world would expect it to say final sale or clearance to be clear about it. Then the same item shows on the site at regular price a couple days later. So your sale is not final if you are still selling it as a regular item. Buyer beware...do not buy anything from these people.

Very disappointed. I anxiously awaited the arrival of my first pair. I had sized down as suggested by my friends. Got them in, too small. Way too small. Followed directions to return, again, anxiously awaited the new ones. They came and way too big. So very disappointed. Gave them to my daughter as I was told that I couldnt get my money back. Im bummed.

Unhappy with them. Too much sparkle for me. Sent email to HeyDude asking how to return and never heard back....

Shoelaces too short to fit my foot into the shoe. The shoe would be perfect if the shoelaces were longer. Please send me another pair of shoelaces.

I placed my order December 8th and expected delivery was before Christmas and it is the 29th and I have yet to see them. I tried reaching out to the customer service department and my email didn't send due to there inbox being full. Makes me sad because I bought them as a gift for my girlfriend because I wear hey dudes and have multiple styles that I love the comfort and size. But didn't love the results of ordering from them.

I ordered my shoes almost a month before I actually got them, and they don't fit. So now I have to keep them because the shipping timing is already done.

I ordered a size 7 yall sent a 8. So myself or the wife didnt get new shoes for Xmas. There was two pair on my order and either pair fit. Got a return label and sent back,Ive heard nothing yet from hey dude on how they will fix it. I would like to have the same styles I ordered in the right size

Would be nice to leave an accurate review but I never received my shoes. Very disappointed and will never order from you again.

The shoe is very wide and larger than true size. Had to return. From the pics they are more of a rugged look but in person the are shiny, almost sparkly. Didnt like.

Look cheap and not quality. Very disappointed. They are a Chrustmas gift I'm ashamed to give them

Id love to review these shoes, but they have been sitting in a USPS facility in IL since December 6. So no shoes, no review.

I havent had a chance to wear them due to damage to them. I would like to get a replacement pair if possible
