Customer Reviews New Balance Made in US 990v5

Initially I ordered a 10 wide 2e (my Brannock size is a 10 E) and I found them to be a tad too long. Returned them and order a 9.5 wide and they fit perfect. I have flat/wide feet that over pronate and these shoes are comfortable. Haven't used an orthotic in them yet but they will take them easily. Definitely a chunky dad shoe, but I dig the style especially with long white socks and shorts hah.

I wear my shoes daily and find even brand new that they were immediately comfortable and provide excellent support. In fact with my previous pair, we were in Bryce Canyon during winter when I forgot my hiking boots and had only my New Balance shoes. But I discovered in the snow that they provided excellent traction - and insulation from the sub zero cold. With that I was hooked on their superior quality.

I haven't had a pair of these in over 20 years. I'm glad that they are so comfortable and fit well. I see the quality so far is amazing.

I recently got into New Balance about a few years ago and I'm super happy to have purchased these. Every style is super comfortable. You can tell the great quality in this shoe and it's a classic style that goes with everything.

Great shoe, nothing out there like it. However way over priced. It's just a shoe!

I'm a 7 1/2 extra wide width with arthritic bunions. I work at a hospital and rarely off my feetincredible fit. Worth every penny!

just a every day shoe i do not run but take the dog out for a walk many times during the day these 990V5 are so so relaxing to wear it took a while for my size to be available but once they were it took less then two days for me to get them a lot more than i wanted to spend but that old saying U GET WHAT U PAY FOR i am not sorry at all for the purchase

I got to help with sore feet at work, but didn't seem to help. Quality isn't as good as what I hoped for since say made in USA.

Great for lasting durability, especially for arch support.

I buy New Balance tennis shoes because they are 1) comfortable, 2) last, 3) less expensive than Nike, Adidas, and other brands made outside the U.S., 4) are better quality, and 5) are made in the U.S..

I use these for work and I don't have any problems.

This is the second NB 990 I owned. Fits great and very comfortable. Highly recommend

They came in he put them on and has worn them ever since. He loves them.
