Mizuno seems to be changing their sizing every few years. These shoes are so comfortable and supportive for someone needing a neutral shoe. If you normally wear a 10, you will probably need a 10.5 in these. I only wear Mizunos because they are so well made and comfortable.

Gorgeous color (wood rose), super soft, runs at least half size small, got it because standing most of the time and its easy on my heels

Fantastic shoe! I love wave creation 20. I’m about to buy my third pair. I work in a hospital with 12 hour days. Most shoes collapse in 6 months. These have lasted 9-12 months!!! They’re terrific. Worth the money! P.S. I’ve also worn the wave creation 18 and 19. Love these.

My faves.

I have been buying these same running shoes for at least the past 10 years. I wear them to work every day while on my feet in the hospital, and I run marathons in them. I have very high arches, and they provide excellent support. I have tried other running shoes, but I keep coming back to these ones. They are a lot heavier compared to all the “air” shoes out there, but I’ve found those lighter shoes do not offer enough support for my feet. They are very pricey, but hold up well. I buy a new pair every 6 months or so, but these are the only shoes I wear, and I put lots of mileage on them. My only complaint is that mud will get stuck in the holes in the “waves” on the bottom of the heels, making the shoes very heavy and annoying to run in. I would not wear these shoes on a muddy trail run. Also sometimes little pebbles will get caught in them and jiggle throughout your run, requiring you to stop and take them out.

This is one of the best supportive athletic shoes by this manufacturer. Only fault is that the laces are shorter than normal.

Have been running and walking in these shoes for many years. They have great forward roll, plenty of cushioning and allow me to lace them high up on my foot for no slippage. Can’t say enough good things about them.

It was a perfect fit for my wife. 12 hour shifts on her feet - great for work.

Love this shoe. I bought another pair that was new in October, Mizuno, but not this style and I hate them. They had no support and were extremely uncomfortable. This is my second pair of this style. Awesome!

Beautiful well-made shoe, super support, a real FIND this day in time-- just too snug for me. I had already worn several identical pairs and loved them but this pair seemed to be mis-sized and probably would be perfect for a size 7.5. Shoe runs narrow, but I ran/walked 3-5 miles/day in the previous pairs. Beautiful details and styling--nobody makes them now like Mizuno!
