This was a one star shoe for my foot, but I think it would be a 5 for the right person, thus why I averaged it out to 3 stars.
I have a narrower heel and a wider ball of foot/toe spread, so this shoe didn't work for me (too loose in the heel, toe box too confining.
I am a runner (not fast or far) and do about 15 miles a week so I know I need good support/cushion for my old knee injury. I think the shoe is great in that way. Unfortunately, (again, my personal flattish foot needs) the arch support felt too narrow/put pressure in the bad way.
Design is great. They look cool, kind of like my old Newtons which were also uncomfortable!

These were comfortable on my feet, unfortunately they must have thrown my gait off. Every time i wore them i ended up with pain in my knees and shins. I’ve loved most of the Mizunos I’ve worn over the years, but had to throw these away.

These felt too heavy on my feet. Had to return. Was extremely disappointed to have to pay for return shipping. I won't be purchasing from the Mizuno website again.

I’ve been using the mizuno wave prophecy for years but the ankle always ends up with holes. I tried these and the ankle hole is there even sooner. Extremely dissatisfied.

I love to run and have tried every shoe on the market. I suffer from severe plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis. When I wear only Mizuno for all activities,I have no pain. I have only tried other shoes because I am not in love with the colors of Mizunos. I hope they come out with this shoe in basic colors: white, cream, black, and grey.

I keep buying the Wave Creation because it is geared towards high arches. I read the reviews on your new wave creation 25 and they all stated that it was narrower. So that is why I continue to buy the Wave Creation 20.

Primarily a senior walking/jogging daily for health. Recovered from minor plantar fasciitis last year (wearing a different brand then) and these shoes protect and support feet well without feeling clunky/pillow-y on the foot. I measure 7.5 so ordered a Mizano 8 and fits me perfectly.

I use this shoe (and have for many years) as a hiking/walking/light running shoe. I love the low heel profile as it tends to be a place I get blisters (if the shoe's upper heel edge is too high for my foot). I love Mizuno's creation!
