This is my second pair of the exact same shoe, just in a different color this time. I'd say they run a quarter size small. Meaning, I normally wear a 9.5, sometimes 10 if half sizes aren't available, but in these, the 9.5 was just a little too snug, and the 10 fits perfectly.

The difference in support to my forefoot is so noticeable compared to my 1-2 year old shoes of the same brand. I've used this brand and model for walking and running for more than ten years and don't plan to change unless trying the Prophecy model next year.

I recently switched from Hoka Bondi to these Mizunos. These have been so good for the bursitis in my heel. I use them with Bauerfeind ViscoSpot insoles. I tend to wear out the outside edges of my shoes (vs. the inside) and the bottoms of these seem to last longer than my Hokas did.

I am very impressed with these shoes. I had Mizuno before, but this model is excellent. I have chronic left foot mainly issues, and it works great. I did have to go to size 9 though. My normal 8.5. Width was perfect. Great support. It’s not only supporting, it’s stabiles the foot position as well. Great shoes. I bought a second pair as well to have extra.

Slightly wide toe box, and seems a tiny bit short in my smaller size, but I expect they will stretch a bit in the heel cup, so I am not sizing up. Good support for high arches and nice shock absorbers.

I love this shoe! It is the most comfortable shoe I have purchased in years. I asked my daughter, a nurse, which shoes she wore. I figured if a nurse thought they were comfortable to wear for a 12 hour shift, they must be good. They are!

I love these shows. I actually ordered about 8 pairs of different athletic shoes from Zappos so I could figure out what I liked...and this was by far my favorite (the others are all going back...). These shoes are supportive in all the right places, and very comfortable. In some of the shoes my heel tried to ride up inside the shoe on each step, but that did not happen with these.
I normally wear an 8, and my toes is pretty close to the front in these shoes. I'm going to order an 8-1/2 just to see how those feel compared to the 8. If you are between sizes, I would go up to the larger size.

Running, walking and working out. Been a fan of the Wave Creation model for many years. The height of the heel and the shock support are the main reasons why I love running in this shoe. I didn't care for the Waveknit style because I found that the stretch of the fabric affected foot alignment for me.
