I am a size 8 M and the 8 and 7.5 did not fit, the 7 was too tight. Comfortable padding, very disappointing in the the cut of the shoe. Heel slipped out on all sizes, only difference was toes got smooshed as I went smaller.

I wear these for work. I used to wear the 7 to seven but they stopped making them, so I had to go with a shorter heel and buy the total motion.
Very sad that they were totally different from the last pair of total motion pumps I bought. I had and 8W and they were a tad too large so I bought an 8W thinking they would fit perfect. I was dumbfounded they were huge, In fact they were a lot bigger than the 8 and the toe was elongated not round at all. I can't wear them at all, they fall completely off my foot. Not the same shoe.

All Rockport shoes run extremely long and overly wide. I bought 4 styles and 3 different sizes. When I moved down from 7 1/2 to 7, they then took a huge jump in length. They do provide motion control. I truly wished they fit.
I'd also recommend:
Unsure. Seeking Motion Control and Rockport is great brand.

So I'm a 9.5 in Rockports, which I adore. These were way too big at that size so I returned and got the 9s. No luck. Too tight. Not sure what happened here, Rockport, but these shoes with their padding and classic style with medium heel were just what I needed for work. Luckily, Zappos make my returns quick, easy and pain free.

The width feels wider than a medium. The length of the shoe seems to run a bit short/insufficient room in the toe box. I have worn Rockports in the past. They were always very comfortable.

I purchased this shoe in two different sizes a week apart from each other. Both shoes didn't fit properly. What is very disappointing to me was the price if the shoe went up during that time from $75 - $90 ($89.95 to be exact.

Read the reviews, so ordered 7w, 61/2w, and 6w. I'm usually a 7w. The 6w was still big. My heels would slip out of the shoe when walking. So disappointed I had to return them.

I really wanted this shoe to work for me. Planned to wear it with a long gown for my daughter's wedding. I tried a number of different sizes and width and shoe just didn't fit me right. It's bigger than expected (I'm usually an 8.5 but ordered an 8). The medium width felt narrow and toe box pinched my feet. The Wide didn't pinch my toes, but even with a smaller that normal size 8, my heel was sliding out of it. Tried shoe inserts to make fit more snug and stop my foot from sliding out and that didn't work.... still loose.
I'd also recommend:
I ended up purchasing a pair of Stuart Weitzman open toe sandals for the wedding - also at Zappos.

I loved these shoes but couldn’t nail the right fit. I tried a size smaller, wider width, regular width and they all came off my heel as I walked. Super comfortable but shoes need to stay on your feet.

I bought three pairs of shoes and returned them all. This particular pair had glue showing on the heels. It was so obvious and could be clearly seen. The first pair I opened had damage to one of the heels. Someone had obviously worn them and returned them. I was upset the company would intentionally send me damaged shoes. I have attached a copy of the shoes they sent to me.

I bought these for my nephews wedding. I wore them before and during the ceremony but had to take them off right after. They were very uncomfortable. However, they were very pretty. I think they probably run big. I ordered my normal size and my foot would just come out of it as I walked. So I have a $100 pair of shoes I will never wear again. :(

These are great looking shoes, but they fit very poorly. I am usually a 7.5 W, but I had to go down to 7 W and I still walk out of these shoes. I am not sure what is going on.
