Thought i love the brand this pair is not my favorite. Thigh and hurt my toes, even i ordered a wide size. It also comes off my feet, hard to walk.

I do like these shoes, loved the sale discount, but I will be returning as the size (8) that I always wore is at least one size too large with a gap in the back of the heel so that my foot lifts out. So now I need to go through the bother of returning this item. I did notice the size problem was mentioned in some reviews, but I was reluctant to order a smaller size on the review only, big mistake. It would have been better if Rockport would state the sizing down BEFORE I ordered. oh well,

I ordered these pumps in my usual Rockport size 7 but these were slipping off my feet in the back. Nice shoes but have to send back. When ordering, go 1/2 size smaller.

I wish these would work - I usually wear a 10.5 in close toe shoes, so hoped the 10 would work, but as with others, I step right out of these. So I ordered a leather premium heel grip/insert and with those they still don't hold onto my heel enough to feel comfortable walking. Will try to reorder in a 9.5, but doubtful those will work. darn it.

The fit was loose on me as a 9.5 I am sometimes a 10. Also, while the shoes look amazing, they are difficult to walk in—I wear high heels every day and for some reason I felt like I was tipping slightly forward.

I really like the style of this shoe. I bought one pair at my normal size of 6.5 W and the shoe falls off my feet. I tried buying a 6 W and this shoe if pretty tight. Tried once again with a 6.5 W and it is falling off my foot again.

Different to my other 4 rockport shoes, this one did not broke in the first time, and didn't do it later. If I wear it, I spend the day putting in and out the shoe. Despite this, the shoe looks pretty.

I usually buy a 9 or 9-1/2, but read the reviews and ordered an 8-1/2. I possibly should have ordered a 7-1/2. These were huge. Two steps in them and I walked right out of the right shoe. I was looking for pumps for business travel. These were stylish with a comfortable heel.

I bought a half size down based on other reviews and the shoe was still too big. They felt like they had the potential to be so comfortable so I would have loved to have exchanged them for even a smaller size, but the heel didn't feel like it would be ever be snug enough. It just didn't hug the ankle enough in the back and I believe it would have slipped in the back, regardless of the size.

Beautiful pumps, the back slips but that is a problem I have with just about all pumps, so I opted to keep them. I did go a half size smaller. I wonder if a full size down would have kept the heels from slipping - without pinching my toes- but I needed these right away, so I am looking into hacks to keep shoes from slipping. Nice, classic shoes.

Nice shoe, however I had to return it twice due to the fit. First I ordered a 10M which was way too big. Then I ordered a 9 1/2 W which was too long. I normally wear a size 10M, and since bunion surgery I have a difficult time finding a good and comfortable fit. I was going to try a 9 but I've never been able to fit that size so I gave up on this particular shoe and will try something else. Also, the heel height may be too high for those who prefer a shorter heel.
