Liked these & based on reviews, ordered my regular size 7 and 7.5 Both were too big. I’m returning and will try 6.5 if they have them.

I read the reviews and so I ordered down a half size. They were still way too big. So these will go back. Thank you Zappos for free returns.

I'm usually pretty consistent with my size, but I actually had to go down a full size smaller. The heel was slipping off on the larger size, and then had to get a wide in the smaller size to fit the front of my foot. Inside is really cushy.

I’m normally a 10 wide, but per the reviews I ordered a 9.5 w. It still was really big. I would have ordered the 9w but it wasn’t in stock.

Felt so sad to return these -- they are really pretty, and would probably be incredibly comfortable for a normal foot. My feet are small and wide, and I have bunions as well, so the wide was not wide enough for me (too bad Rockport doesn't make WW). Back they go, but if you don't have foot problems, I would recommend giving these very comfortable heels a try.

It fits true to size in the sense that the regular width is too narrow for me because I have slightly wider feet than standard and the wide width is too loose for me. The length is true to size. The down side is that in the wide version it's also wide in the heel part so it keeps sliding off my heel. It eventually didn't work for me even by increasing or decreasing a half size. The shoe looks very good and perfect heel height. It's very comfortable in terms of cushioning. I would very much like to keep one if they fit me.

These are beautiful shoes and very well made. I usually were 7.5-8 W. I ordered in a 7.5 W and they were too large, so I returned and ordered a 7W, they were still too large! So far, I have not ordered in 6.5W to see if they would work. Zappo's is great about returns, so I may try again. Definitely size down!

Can’t quite see the actual size on the shoe itself but if the correct size was shipped, then it runs very big.

Generally I wouldn't dare to try a heel this high, but with Rockport's excellent interior cushioning these pumps are OK for me to walk in. As with most pumps, I do need to insert heel grips to keep my heels from slipping out. (Apparently that's why some reviewers said this shoe runs large, but in my case my usual size is what fits -- a half size smaller painfully squashed my toes.) I'm happy to be able to wear a shoe this stylish in spite of my finicky feet!

Unfortunately I followed the advice of previous reviews saying this shoe runs very large. I ordered 1/2 size down -- definitely too tight. I ordered two different colors to see which would go better with a certain outfit, and both pairs were too small, so it wasn't a fluke. I'm returning these and ordering 1/2 size larger, which is my usual size. I appreciate Zappos' quick shipping because it means I'll have the correct-size pair in time for a special occasion coming up in a few days. I really like the style, and the interior cushioning is far superior to most other dressy shoes I've seen.

I typically wear a 7.5 in a dress shoe. Per the other reviews, I ordered a 7 and 6.5. I kept the 7. When I wore it with hose, I ended up adding another insert at the ball of my foot because it was slipping a bit in the heel. The extra padding did the trick. For heels, these were quite comfortable. I am typically in so much discomfort after standing at a party for a couple of hours that I can barely walk. Not the case with this pair. I was relatively comfortable after a 5-hour party at which I was mostly on my feet.

I wish I could keep these shoes and trade in my feet, but alas, the shoes are going back. If your feet are not problematic like mine, these shoes will probably fit you like a dream. They are very comfortable and sooooo pretty, but unfortunately, even the wide was not wide enough for me & my bunions. If Rockport made a double-wide width, I'd be all over it. Back they go... sigh.

Pretty comfy for a heel. Nice neutral color, lends toward grey more than a nude.

I tried both the 9W and 9M and neither was quite right for my feet. I do like the looks of the shoe (the straight heel) and the workmanship, but I was in between sizes. The heel is a good height and looks stylish.

Read reviews before I bought and got size smaller than I usually wear and they fit well.

I generally wear a 7.5 in a wide shoe, or 8 in a roomy medium width. These were way too large and I ended up exchanging for a size 7. The heel is a little wide, so non-slip heel pad will be needed. Otherwise, love the look and comfort of the foot bed.

It was too big. The overall look and style was very nice.

can't believe I just missed the return window on these shoes. It is a beautiful, good quality shoe that I really wanted to work for me, however, they are still sitting in the box in my closet - never worn. I tried them on several times, but the heel is too wide for me and they flop. I tried the size smaller and it was too small.

I sized down to a 6, based on reviews. If I were going to keep the shoes, I definitely would exchange for my usual 6.5. Toes felt a bit squished, even in the C width. The style is just OK. The rounded toe isn't especially attractive; the toe box just looks oddly small. The quality of the leather is meh.

A bit too small so hoping the next half size lower fits well. Until then, can only mark as a 3. Also really dislike the shipping of shoes in plastic bags. Shoe box is all beat up and the bags return seal was already used for shipping so using it to send back is a pain. Hope they stop this practice soon.
