I ordered a full size smaller of 7.5W instead of my 8.5W usual size based on the other reviews but they felt too tight. I love the rubber sole. It really helps to cushion your step. The insole is made of fabric which is not my preference since it can hold odor when perspiring but at least it is cushioned. I have already ordered an 8W as I think I like this shoe the best of the 4 different brands I tried. I hope the 8W workout.

These shoes arrived in a plain brown box, and the normal Zappos packaging of the shoes was almost non-existent--just a sheet of plain tissue wrapped around them. They are lovely shoes--a high heel but not too spiky. Also, the toe is rounded but not too round. The insole is padded but NOT removeable. The black color has a bit of a sheen to it but is not shiny. This shoe definitely runs large--or at least long. My heel was not even close to the back of the shoe. It is a beautiful shoe, if I could find the right size.

I have painful feet and it’s really difficult finding nice shoes for work. These have a lot of soft support and are very comfortable.

The shoe felt comfortable but I have a gap at the heel and my foot just lifted out. Too long for my foot.

For a super cushiony shoe, these were the most stylish of the 9 or so pairs that I bought! I wanted to keep them so badly, but unfortunately they just didn’t fit correctly. My toe box is wide, but my heel is normal and these slipped off my heel with every step. I tried ordering down a size, but they were too small. My normal size fit except for the heels. So disappointed.

Right shoe was too tight for my bunions and left shoe was loose in the heel. The shoe was beautiful but my feet aren't.

These pumps are very comfortable and very, very cute! I never in my wildest dreams, though, would think that a 5.5 shoe would be too big for me! I'm wearing two foot cushions in each to keep the shoes on my feet. I don't think the Leah Pumps were offered in size 5 in wide width. I've never ordered Rockport brand before, and maybe it's just this particular brand that run a little large . . . now I know!

They are very pretty heals but even the length fits the I felt it was too narrow. Not a comfortable fit so I had to return. I ordered size 7.

I ordered a different high heel Rockport in size 6.5 and it was too big so I ordered this other design in size 6 and it felt better so they run a half size too big. They are comfortable for a 3 inch heel and it doesn't cram your toe like a point toe does. I like the grip on the sole to stop me from sliding. I am happy with my purchase.

Just received this shoe. It is very comfortable; color is perfect for my needs. However, I must exchange for a full size smaller.

These shoes are beautiful. The leather is good quality. The slight platform and the heel make them very classy. Unfortunately for me, I couldn't get the right fit. I started with the 7.5 but they were too big. I walked out of them. I ordered a 7 hoping they would work. They fit everywhere but in the heel. As I walked around the heel slipped. So I sent both sizes back. :(

These are comfortable and stylish shoes. My feet started hurting about four hours in to an event I was attending, but overall they're good - I just wouldn't plan on walking too far in them.

I wear 6.5 but am going to reorder a 6 so I hope it fits. They are very comfortable for such a high heel (for me).

These were beautiful and comfortable - but had to return because the 10 was too small and the 11 too big. I wish they offered in 10.5, which is my usual and true size. I tried the 11 with inserts and they were still not fitting quite right. Nice quality, perfect pump and well made. Suggest you order your usual size and you won't have any problem.

Nice quality, and seems like they'd be comfortable if they fit you. Unfortunately, they're cut too low for my annoying bunions--i.e. even with a wide, the edge cuts right across my bunion painfully. If they were cut a tiny bit higher on the instep so they covered that area instead of cutting across it, they might be perfect. A similar Clarks pump ended up hitting in a more comfortable spot.

Surprisingly these shoes were too big for me. HOWEVER, they were too big for me; probably because I lost weight, NOT because the sizing is off. So don't blame the brand. I'll be back, I love shopping on Zappos for shoes due to your excellent selection of size 5's.

Love these shoes. Looked great but on one heel the patent leather was damaged so exchanging for another pair. Based on many customers' advice, I ordered a full size smaller but that was too small so going up 1/2 size.

I have short and wide feet so it is hard to find shoes that fit. Normally I wear 9W. These shoes I ordered in 8.5W and 9W and even with 8.5 there is room behind my heel. I ordered in suede and patent leather. The suede ones are a little smaller so they fit better, the patent leather ones were too big even for me. They are comfortable.

I wore these to a black tie wedding in Miami. They were perfect!

I love this show and it is comfortable. I did notice it started to “squeak” midway through day one. Not sure if I wore a stocking if that would change. Comfortable otherwise

Super adorable pump, however this was actually too wide which is never usually a problem for me as I have pretty wide feet. Unfortunately had to return.
