I received two pairs of these shoes. Both pairs were obviously worn and when I asked for a replacement that had been inspected prior to sending to me I was told that process would take 3 weeks. This was a terrible experience and surprising coming from Zappos. Apparently they do not inspect returned shoes - pretty disgusting.

This will probably only be helpful to customers with Morton’s neuroma. We are always looking for shoes with a round or square toe box; great arch support and just the right rise from the sole to the heel. I thought these would be great and for the first hour they were, but then not at all. My foot isn’t especially narrow, but I still slid forward in them. I think anyone with “normal” feet would find them sturdy and comfortable.

Love the shoe..comfortable! But definitely buy a whole size smaller. I wear a 10 and had to return for a 9.

Love these pumps. Simple exterior, lots of comfort features on the inside. I ordered my usual size, 8.5, but shoes were too big, so I'm ordering them in a smaller size. Great shoes.

Have not had a chance yet to wear these for a full day, but so far so good. Very practical height for work and super cute. As other reviewers have stated, they do run large. I normally wear a size 6 in most dress shoes, but the size 5 in these are plenty roomy. I also ordered the 5.5 for comparison, and was walking right out of them.

Shoes arrived with the suede scuffed all over, with small tear along top edge of shoe. I need them for an interview this week, so I will not returning, but was disappointed that they looked so worn. Other than that, they are comfortable and true to size.

These are a full size too big. I usually wear 7.5 but had to return them for 6.5. Otherwise they are awesome shoes. Very comfortable and stylish. They make my feet look smaller than they are. Nice quality shoe.

Shoes fit beautifully. The size and fit were perfect. I only wear heels for dinner events and the cushioning of these Rockports are very comfy. A definite winner for me.

Even ordering down a half size slips right off my foot, can't walk in them. And it feels like going down another half size would pinch my toes. They're going back

They are nice looking, however, once I started to walk, I kept stepping out of them, so I had to return...thank you Zappos!!!!

I wanted so much to wear these lovely shoes but the toe width was too narrow and squished my toes.I will have to return them.

Too big! At least a full size. Toe is a bit too rounded - but I like the slight lift at the soles. Unfortunately, I put these on as I ran out the door for an early meeting, After a little caffeine, I realized I wasn’t a klutz, the shoe is really too large - boo!

I have a small and wide feet. Very hard to find shoes. I ordered size 5W in the beige color. The shoe is pretty, but it ends there. I cannot tell you if they are comfortable because they were too large. It is about a full size larger than my feet.

I wish I had discovered this pair earlier because there is only the black color left. I would love to get other colors. To me, this is a perfect pair. It is just the right height for comfort and still looks good for date nights. The platform provides a little cheat with the extra height. The thicker heels provide stability. These pumps are quite comfortable. Some heels can be a little slippery when walking on carpet, but these do not seem to have that problem.

Beautiful shoe, but I was unable to keep my heel in the shoe, despite getting a smaller size and trying “Foot Petals” in the heel. It just kept slipping out. I am sorry that it didn’t fit as it is a great looking work shoe.

I found out that I am actually a size 3.5 in high heels. Otherwise there are perfect!!!

Returning because I don't like the cloth footbed. I usually wipe the inside of my heels after each wear, so they stay clean and odor free... these would be so gross after a few wears and I can't throw leather heels into the washer like I would sneakers. Otherwise, really perfect. Bummer :(

I've tried on NUMEROUS shoes--these are comfy, but are suede and came in no protective covering and are scraped on the sides :(

I liked the classic style of these but I couldn't find a good size. They are almost a full size too big. I'm 7.5w and the 7, I walked right out of buy the 6.5 was a little too snug for my liking. I also found the heel too high and uncomfortable for my liking. The leather and style was nice, though.

Not sure what I was thinking when I ordered these. No arch support and an orthotic just made my heel slip. They look dynamite but not when I am limping
