Love the shoe but the heel was too big walked right of shoe

Would not remain on my feet when I proceeded to WALK. Cut too low in the front.

Both shoes were loose and fell off when I took a step. Each show was cut too low to feel comfortable and secure.

They fall off every time I take a step. I am definitely a 7.5 W, but these shoes are much bigger on both feet. I am so disappointed. I wanted them for New year's, but I cannot take a step without them falling off.

too long. which is very odd- have never experienced that.

i was excited about this shoe because i have some very comfortable shoes from Rockport, however, i ordered a half size smaller than i normally would and the shoes were too big! I added a 1/4 inch insert to the inside of the shoe, behind the heel, to help the shoes hug my feet but they flopped off every time I walked around the house and would not stay on my feet. I decided to exchange the shoes for a half size smaller but that pair felt more like it's true size; they squeezed my feet and smashed my toes, they were way too tight and short. i wish these shoes had fit properly because they appeared to be sturdy and well made.

I had been eyeing these for a long time and ordered them at last. According to some commenters, they ran large, so I ordered accordingly. They arrived quickly! But, they were like boats. So huge. At least 3/4" too long! Must return.

Shoe looks nice for a classic black pump. Both sizes I requested were wrong.

Too large

I tried an 8W which is my size. They were way too long. I returned those and ordered a 7.5 and a 7 and both were too long. I decided not to try 6.5 which hasn’t been my size since my feet were still growing!

It was about 1.5 size larger than my size 5.5 Wide. very well made. Just too large for me.

Too lose in the heel.

Did run large. I normally wear a 9 or 9.5 and ordered an 8.5. Heel was too wide, and slipped. Sending them back.

I’m searching for the perfectly comfortable pump. This one was better than most. I’m going to try a wide width and go down 1/2 a size.

I really wanted this beautiful black suede pump to work, it fit perfectly except the heel was way too sloppy for my foot and my heel came out with each step.

Like the others say, these run large. I am a 7 1/2 wide and I would need a 6 1/2. Hard to believe! I think they would be nice shoes though. I am not going to order the 6 1/2 though. I think these are nice shoes, and the leather is lovely, but to me, they are not cute enough to justify wearing a heel. I have bad feet, and if I am going to wear a shoe that is not all that great for me, I want one that is cuter. I have some naturalizer wedges with a lower heel that will just have to make do...

I usually wear a 6. I ordered a 6 wide had a 1/2 inch gap in the heel. toes still felt tight. Returned, ordered a 5 wide still a gap in the heel. both pairs my heels came up out of the shoes. Honestly, the shoe was pretty, but even if they did fit I still send back for a Rockport shoe and the price, they looked cheap & so NOT comfortable.

I wanted to love these shoes but unfortunately they have to go back. I got a 10W and they fit perfectly. I wore them around the house as I tried to decide between these and another pair and I kept these despite the fact that I thought these looked like they were made for an older crowd when compared to the more youthful pumps I ordered but the comfort won me over. I wore the shoes to work today and within a few short hours, the shoes were rubbing the back of my foot and it took my skin off. I had to take them off before I started bleeding. I really wish I could have kept these.

The fit is perfect but the suede is very disappointing. I expected a rich suede finish. The black suede on both shoes is white on the edges, tip of toe, and back of shoe. I don’t know if the white paper in the box rubbed off on them or if the suede is of inferior quality. Sadly returning them.

I started with size 6W--way too large. I walked right out of them with my first step. Exchanged them for size 5.5W--still too large. Walked right out of them, too. Exchanged them for a size 5W--still too large. I might have exchanged them for a size 4; but this shoe doesn't come in size 4, or if it does, Zappos doesn't carry them. So, I ended up with no shoes at all.

I usually wear 9w. My heels walked right out of that pair! Purchased a size smaller and now they don’t feel wide AT ALL. Really disappointed for the price. My husband puts on Rockports and says “Ah!” So disappointed that my reaction is “Ow!” My kingdom fora truly wide, thick heeled, work pump!! I’d even toss in my crown if it comes in other than black. ??

To quote Mulan II, "No more pinch shoes!" Toe box too tight to wear even a minute.

These were really tight and the sole was stiff and heavy looking
