Finally, a perfect last for my foot! I've searched high and low to find such a shoe with Gortex—and there aren't many that are half way attractive and don't look massive. I am not much of a hiker, but I wanted a shoe that is supportive, that hugs my foot, that has "normal" laces and that has a very good arch support. This shoe met it on all counts. I must note that I normally wear a size 8.5 sneaker type shoe and this was a size 8! They run a full half size too big! So do look at Zappo's recommended size. I am not crazy about the color, but that was the only comfortable shoe that met my criteria. I wish it were available in other colors .

I returned the first pair because they were too big and I had sized down a half of a size. I ended up needing to size down a full size. I normally wear a 10 but the 9 fits perfectly. They are comfortable and I love they are waterproof. Excellent for hikes in various weather conditions. Bonus: great for us soccer moms cheering from the sidelines of wet fields.

These are comfortable and look great. They run very large. Other reviews said they run large so I went down a half size, but those were still too big. I am returning but ordering a half size smaller.

I'm so disappointed! I just purchased these and they are wonderful shoes. Such a great fit and neutral gait. I love these shoes. Have never worn Salomon before. What really makes me sad is that I wear a women's size 12 and Zappos is not carrying this shoe in that size anymore (2-3 weeks later??) I wanted to buy another pair!

The fit of this shoe is perfect! I love a roomy toe box and this definitely provides that. I am a size 10M, my 2nd toe is sightly longer than my big toe, and have somewhat high arches. This shoe accommodates my feet so well. They're a low profile and stylish!

Color is off grey looks more green .

Fit well. Very lightweight. Took them on a run to break them in and they performed well. Excited to use them on my hiking adventures.

I ordered last year in the regular width and recently in the wide -same size- the regular extremely cute but was so tight I had to return them I could barely get my foot in- I have a wide toe base and narrow heel- the wide version looked nothing like the original - it was puffy all around the outside not cute at all I find this is often the case with shoes made wide- the company forgoes any style and just makes a big puffy block of a shoe which means my heel slips too much So I went with an llbean hiking shoe- I can wiggle my toes but my heel doesn’t slip and it is cute too

I had to return these because they rubbed over my toe, but I like the style.
