These are quite cute and have good support for my arches. The heels are a little stiff but I'm hoping that those will soften as they break in a little.

I love the style. The arch support is good. They run only a little bit small.

The toe box is a bit too snug and narrow, which means it is necessary to size up half a size. This makes your feet look a teensy bit more long than you might like. The collar of the shoe rides a bit too low below the ankle, so it is necessary to either go without socks, or live with more no-show sock showing than looks attractive. Both of those issues are probably caused by the amount of space needed inside the shoe for the awesome insole. Which seems really odd. It is as if Taos did not allow for the insole when designing the shoe. When accommodating the need to size up, it does also shift the position of that amazing arch support. As I have yet to find a canvas sneaker that matches this one for excellent arch support and trendy attractiveness, I will be wearing a pair that are a teeny bit long and showing a bit more glaring white sock.

This shoe needed to be about 1/2 size larger. Good arch support--narrow at the toes. Not enough cushioning for the ball of the foot. Thank you Zappos for offering free return shipping.

This is a cute shoe. However, it ran at least a half size too short in the length, and had little cushion and arch support - so they're getting returned.

I am disappointed that the shoes were not in new condition. No Taos box, no stuffing in the shoes, no labels on the shoes. No real visible wear, but for the price of new shoes I would expect new shoes packages as such.

These are cute but not terribly comfortable. I ordered 1/2 size up but they were still too small, a bit narrow in the toe box but a normal width in the heel. They have a high arch support but the insole is quite hard and I don't think they would be comfortable to walk around in if you have any problems with your feet. The indigo is a nice color. These would work best for people who have an average to narrow width toe area, high arches, and don't need much cushion.

I ordered a half size up since I needed to for my other Taos sneakers. The fit was odd. Left shoe had a higher arch. Width was OK, but had too much space in the toes. A smaller size would've been too small. Returned for a different style.

This sneaker is cute and the arch support is excellent. I typically wear a 9.5 N and ordered a 10 M. The width fit, so it must run narrow, but it's either a full size smaller than marked or the toe box is so narrow, my big toes hit the ends. Also, this shoe has no yield or cushion whatsoever. It is stiff stiff stiff and uncomfortable, so unfortunately going back for reasons of both size and comfort.

I like the shoe but way to small

Cute shoe and moderately comfy but the sole of this shoe seems hard- not the kind that conforms to my feet so sending back.

I should have known that deviating from more supportive shoe was a "no no." Shoe itself very nice, seemed comfy, but not a good fit for me.

Cute shoes and got in wide, but the toe box was not high enough to match a wide and was right on top of my toes, so back they had to go.

I have wide feet as well as a plantar plate tear, which makes shoe comfort tricky. Width was great; nice looking shoe, and seems very well made. The shoe has a flat sole without the insole, which would be great if I felt like spending more time, energy, and money finding an appropriate insole - the flat sole without insole is non-cushiony and therefore, uncomfortable. Also, the insole creates a heel in the overall step and feel of the shoe. This higher heel situation puts too much pressure on the ball of my foot, which might even be acceptable if there was even a tiny bit of cushioning in the ball part of the insert. Way too thin at the ball of the foot. I am returning this shoe.

I love the look of these shoes and, in general, love Taos brand for comfort. These shoes, however, miss the mark. This is my second try at a white pair of Moc Stars and both have been too stiff (much more stiff than my blue Moc Stars) to wear comfortably. They never break in even after many wears and inevitably give me blisters. The white canvas is evidently just a bit more stiff than the other colors and does not work for me feet. Lesson learned. Next time just order the black ones.

I wanted to live these but just couldn’t. They are really not more than slippers - really expensive slippers. They fit my foot wide and my toes touched the front of the slipper. Shoe size for me is a 9. Running shoes a 9.5 so I bought the 9.5 for the room and to accommodate a heavy sock. Heavy sock would have been OK for width but not length. Going bigger wasn’t going to work. It might have given me the length but would have ended up too sloppy in the width. And I was hoping for a slipper style shoe I could wear outside. I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t last with any outside use. For inside use I’ll look for something far less expensive than $150.

Returning because there was so much arch support it was painful

I should have listened to the reviewer who commented that the toe box was not the right shape for his big toe. Me too. If the toe box was not so pointy at the end, I think the shoe would have been a winner for me, as it otherwise fit. They went back. The search continues.

The length and width were great. I am returning them because the toe box is way too short - tops of my toes were killing me.

This was a very cute shoe. A very nice Zappos customer service phone agent was assisting me with a completely different issue. She took the time to see that I was ordering ‘comfortable walking shoes’ and suggested several brands I was unaware of. I had never tried a Taos before and alas, it was just not a good fit for me. I need an elevated shoe and this shoe is completely flat similar to a converse.

This was a reorder, I went a half size to see if the arch support would be more comfortable. There is A LOT of arch support. Little too much for me. Shoes seemed stiff, but they were adorable! Sorry the size didn't work out for me.
