Size was totally off, I always wear size 7 but couldn't get my foot in the shoe it was that small. Made in China is probably why

too small. Too low cut for stability. Ugly

Multiple sites had it documented to buy a half size larger. That is true. I did not care for the shoes. They were not as cute as the pictures. Also, the tongue and lacing was uncomfortable. All around, I just didn't like them. Luckily I ordered from Zappo and the shipping was free. I also felt the shoes were too expensive. Thought about this when I purchased but when I got them I really felt the brand was riding on it's name, not on quality.

I ordered my usual size in sneakers, which is a little larger than my regular shoe size, and I couldn't even get my foot into it. It's a very nice looking shoe, but seemed to have been made for a different species. I was wondering if I accidentally got a kids' size shoe. I sent them back.

I ordered a size 6 W and was sent a 9.5 wide!!

Unfortunately this pair came in used. No inside the shoe box packaging, just wrapped in tissue. All the shoe stuffing had been removed and tags. So, sadly I returned them. I wouldn't even try them on during Covid not knowing where they had been before.

This shoe was very uncomfortable!

I followed the advice to order a half size larger than normal. They ran so small I could not even get my foot into the shoe. I love the look but I've given it 1 star because it was too small to even try on to judge the usual criteria.

I usually wear 7- 1/2 to 8 . These shoes run extremely small .My last 2 pairs Different colors ) I ended up buying size 8.5 and figured ordering same style i could order same size 8.5 . I was wrong had to return for size 9 ! Thankful for Zappos easy return policy ! Other than size issue these shoes are fantastic , great arch support and comfort !

This show was a disappointment. No arch support or cushion and the material in the top was stiff. It also looked like a clown shoe.

I hope I can get these back in my size, I really did like them! However, I received a 7W inside a 9.5W box. Couldn't even get my foot inside, so I can't effectively rate fit or comfort. Looks like all the 9W's and 9.5W's are sold out. Disappointed... the search continues!

I ordered Indigo distressed. Zappos sent navy distressed. The customer service representative told me that it just looked like a different color than what I saw on the computer screen. No, the box said navy, and it was navy. Had to return...not what I ordered. So disappointed, I did not try them on...

Cheaply made -- the little strap that holds the laces in place on the tongue of one of the shoes ripped off the first time I tried to lace the shoes. Also a bit narrow.

As others have mentioned, this shoe runs small unless you remove the insole, which is uncomfortable. The other option is to leave the insole in but completely loosen the shoestrings, which looks terrible! They're going back.

Taos must have changed sizing, because both sneakers I ordered are too short. The toe boxes also are not deep enough to prevent my toes from rubbing on the top. I have never had that problem before. Too bad—cute shoes, enen in size 11.

The shoes are unattractive so I thought they might fit well to make up for it - but alas. They just don't seem to have room in the places my feet need room- while having too much room where I don't need it. The bottom line is they are not shaped anything like me. I am glad others seem to like them.

I ordered these shoes because I loved the look, but unfortunately when I tried them on, the fit was a full size smaller than what I usually get in a 7 1/2. While they seem to be an excellent shoe, I can't wear them because they are too small. I was very disappointed, as I paid $90 for them. I was going to return/ship them, but I ended up giving them to my daughter. She also liked the look, and although she normally wears a 6 1/2, the 7 1/2 fit her like a 6 1/2. I had planned to buy other styles, but I probably will not because of the sizing issue. Make sure to order a full size up if you want them to fit.
