ran small and very stiff - not the comfort I expected in my normal Taos size - returned without replacement

Fit was fine, but the overall look was not attractive. The sides of the shoe where the lacing go through are so widely spaced that it makes the foot look very wide.

Arch Support too thick which caused irritation by top of foot

Cutest shoe, - purchased for a walking tout of Amsterdam, but heel would come of f the bottom of shoe and it wasn't that comfortable. I have had other Taos shoes which are loved, but had to send this style back.

These shoes ran really small, and I had to send them back.

These shoes didn't work for me because the arch is extremely high and my arch is rather flat. I have never tried on a shoe that has such a high arch. I guess these would be perfect for people with high arches!

Too narrow in toe box....way too narrow for a wide foot

I have chronic achilles tendonitits and looking for a shoe that will hug the back of my foot and give stability. These just didn't work.

even though I went 1/2 up in size per the recommendation, the shoes were way too small. compared to my normal shoe, these looked like children’s shoes. China just can’t get US sizes down. returned shoes.

I sized up 1/2 size according to reviews, and it was too long in toes and slipped at heel. The curves and pods footbed arch was good, but the innersole itself was ROCK HARD all over and my neuropathic soles said Oh HeckNo. SO disappointing, and so frustrating because the reviews and the video said this is a "Cushioned footbed with tons of cushioning". Not for me. Sooo, If you are looking for a size 9 in Blue/indigo, I returned these yesterday. I feel almost guilty returning yet another pair of shoes in my search, but Zappos is so fantastic with their customer service and returns.

I returned them because they were too narrow.

I wanted to love these as they are so cute, but they just didn’t stand up to the rest of time. The fabric inside behind the heel wore out within a month or so. When I took them apart to clean them they had some kind of liner underneath the insole and they was falling apart. These are shoes that get light use so I would expect them to hold up a little better!

I had to return these which really bummed me out because they are really cute. I got a half size bigger but they were still too small. I usually only buy Taos but I wasn’t overly impressed with the comfort so I’m not going to try another size.

These shoes were very stiff and uncomfortable. There was no feeling of flexibility in the sole and my toes felt pinched. The shoes felt heavy and clunky to walk in.

This shoe has no arch support to speak of, so I returned them.

What a disappointment! I ordered a 10W and the toe box was so narrow that I didn't even bother to lace them up before putting them back in the box and returning them. Cute style, but WOW--ridiculously small.

I was so excited to find a cute sneaker that had great arch support. Everything was great except that they were hard as a rock - there was no cushion underneath the ball of my feet so unfortunately they went back.

Not comfortable at all -- very stiff sole, and either ran large in length or not well designed around the ankle because my heel slipped up and down when walking -- a recipe for blisters. Had they not been so stiff I might have tried a size down, but I think that would have been too small. Also, sole is very squeaky against smooth indoor flooring! (Probably means good traction outside, but it's very annoying inside.) Very sad because I love the style and there's excellent arch support.

I loved the style of this shoe. I bought 1/2 a size larger than normal. The problem with this shoe is that it squeaked on wood floor and tile. I sent it back because I didn't know if the squeak would go away.

The shoes arrives but were two left feet! One of them fits terribly. Ha!

Snug in toe wells. Rubbed side of big toes. Just a tad loose on heel - just enough to make a blister, but not enough for a size change. After reading reviews of how comfortable so many people felt the shoe was, I was disappointed. I didn't feel any major arch support or comfort in these shoes.

These shoes were not as cute and definitely not as comfy as I had hoped. They fit high on the top of my foot and felt like they would run a blister. And the inner soles just weren't as cushy as I wanted them to be. Sadly, I had to return them. I did order a half size larger as recommended by others and it was definitely long enough. Maybe that was the reason they were so high on my foot? But, they were not for me.

The fit was very small. You can remove insert for more space, but then you're left with a flat, hard sole. A total failure as a wide shoe, but the styling is great.
