These shoes are well made and extremely comfortable. They are perfect around the office and have a little bit of interest on the toe. Not quite as comfortable as the Julianne, but it is still VERY comfortable and has the edge in design. Get this show in a few colors, you won’t regret it!

Good looking shoe, good quality leather, and a little more style with the braid. I'm debating keeping these; the reviews said that they run wide and my wide foot is almost uncomfortable. The upper hits at the exact right spot that if you have bunions you're going to be in trouble with this shoe. I will try going up a size to see if my size issues are resolved. Despite being made in China, Born puts out a great product. I just wish shoe designers could reliably come up with stylish shoes for those of us who have heel height limitations and wide feet. I refuse to look like a granny!

I typically wear a Wide width but these shoes, which are marked a B (medium) width, were J U S T wide enough. It won't take much to get them to mold to my feet. :) I love the style and will be wearing these (I first ordered them in red and just ordered the black) with many outfits. I can see them going either casual or a bit more dressy. Nice quality leather. LOVE these shoes!

I just purchased my first pair of Born shoes, the Madeleine, in a size 10. I wear 10 1/2 Narrow so these shoes are a bit cozy in the big toe area. But I am wearing them because they are pretty comfortable. Hoping the toes will stretch a bit. Wish Born would make 1/2 sizes in the upper size end. Just happy they make good shoes!

I have an old pair Borns that I put some serious miles on. I bought a new pair because I loved the old pair so much. I wasn't thrilled with the color or style when I received them and probably should have sent them back but I needed them. While they are just as comfortable as my old Born shoes, I doubt I'll get as much use out of these because they are very bland looking. I highly recommend the brand, maybe just not these particular shoes.

It was not a 1/2 size too big but almost a half size. It is very comfortable to walk in. They are padded well but there is no arch support. The shoe fits in such a way that if your foot is a bit on the wide side, the leather will rub into the sides of your foot.

This is my fourth or fifth pair of Born shoes in the Madeleine style, I love them that much. But this time, the inside of the shoe at the toes started curling and pulling away from the sole. I've only had this pair for a month! I am returning them, but hoping to replace them with the same color once they come back in stock.

I have only worn them one time so far and they were fine. They are not as attractive as some of my other Zappos purchases but the color was right and I needed a comfortable pair of closed toe shoes for cooler weather.

I bought these in a 10 ( because I’m generally a 10). The 10 was tight, but they didn’t have a 10.5 (even though they have half sizes up to 9.5 - what’s up with that Börn???). 11 is way too big. I sent it back, and am now trying to decide if I can stretch out the 10s a little bit, if I decide to keep it because quality-wise I’m also concerned about this shoe after reading that the stitching came undone after a year for some people. Not what I want after paying $90 for a shoe. Undecided.

Super cute shoe, versatile as it can be classy or bohemian. I ordered these and another similar pair, but I liked the Born flats better because, though still flexible, they have a firmer foot bed structure. My feet are a little on the wide side, but these fit just fine. I would definitely recommend these and Born in general-- the comfort and durability are worth the price.

Too small but I live these shoes so returning for a larger size. I normally wear a 9.5 and got a 9.5. They are a half to full size too small--toe is jammed into top. But I like the peek a book detail and the will be great commuting shoes. I bought a similar looking blue Dansk flat. The Born is by far more "urban".

Really liked the look, comfort, and style of these shoes. Saddly, they didn’t fit. By that I mean they were the right length but were loose and floppy width wise.

Very nice shoe. Color better than expected. I normally wear an 11 narrow or medium width. This shoe was huge on my foot both in length and width. I may order a size smaller but am concerned about the width. Thanks to Zappos for great customer service.

I was bummed to find that these run very large. I normally wear a 6.5 - 7 and ordered a 6.5, but it is probably 1 full size too big still. Also the color is not just orange, but rather an orangy brown - that may matter for style preferences.

This is an attractive flat. It seems very comfortable right out of the box. I have a Hammertoe and fortunately this soft leather does not hurt it. this is my first Born shoe. I will try others in the future.

I am a true size 6 but have bunion-esque feet and these felt like they would rub had I worn them all day. I loved the style and the color was a very warm purple/brown that seemed like it would have been versatile. This shoe had a great amount of padding and support for a flat. I am not keeping them because I am worried about them rubbing that one place on my left foot but overall they were very cute and I chalk the poor fit up to my feet, not the shoe!

Born flats are my go to shoe. I loved the style of this shoe and was so disappointed in the fit. The heels were cut so wide that they slipped on my feet when I walked and slipped off my heels when I sat with my knees crossed. This was a first with Born flats. Really cute shoe if it fits you.

Soft pretty shoe, but when you have boats like mine...Too short even at size 11. I would need an 11.5 and there is not such a thing in this shoe. It fits like a 41 wide. The toe box was too low as well. Well made shoe with excellent cushioning.

I am please with this purchase! I brought sienna color and was pleasantly surprised that it goes very well with most I my clothes. It updated everything to this season's look.

I ordered these flats in a size 9 which is my usual size, despite everyone saying they run big, and they were *way* too big. I exchanged for an 8.5 and they are a little tight, but I'm keeping them in hopes that the leather will stretch a bit. I went with the light tan, and I love the color but I wish they looked a little less worn. Overall they are cute, but I don't know if I would keep them if I didn't use a coupon to buy them.

Looks great, beautiful color and nice detailing around the toe, but the leather heel cup is stiff and rubs, I can feel the side-of-heel blisters threatening. Wish the Julianne came in this color!

I ordered my normal size and had to exchange for a half size larger. Beautifully crafted.
