I am a true 9.5 M. I ordered 7 different brands of flats for work. I was looking for black but decided to give these a try in brown because they were out of my size in black. Of all the pairs of shoes, I decided to keep these. I love them. Fits perfectly! Felt durable, very comfortable, some arch support. The style is conservative enough for work but still has some character. I am ordering the black from another website. Would highly recommend them.

Really liked the look of these but disappointed in the fit. Born shoes are normally very comfortable for me but these cut across the top of my foot. Had to return them. I wear 8 wide and these did not work for me.

Looks good with cropped jeans. I found the shoe to be true to size. Arch support is perfect for me. Born is a reliable brand and Zappos is more than reliable!

After I broke them in (1-2 days of walking in them), these fit beautifully and are so comfy. I love the look and am so happy with my purchase.

I've bought this style (Madeleine) before in different colors. So I bought my usual 7-1/2 B and couldn't believe how narrow the toe box was this time. So I ordered an 8 and it will be fine ( a little bit roomy in the toe box but I can wear a pad to fill out some space).

Classy shoe. Definitely half a size larger on me, which is fine because I can place my orthotic in it.

These shoes were super comfortable from the moment I put them on. I usually wear a new pair for shoes inside for a couple days before wearing them out but with these shoes, I wore them to work the next day and had NO PROBLEMS. The length and width are great and there are no pressure points at the top of my foot or side of ankle to bug me. I really shouldn't be surprised, though, because they are Born shoes, which are usually really comfortable and me fit well. I would have given the shoes 10 stars for comfort if the rating went that high!!

This is the third pair in this style that I have purchased. I can wear them anywhere and they always make my feet happy.

I have worn high heels for many years and my feet can't take it anymore. These are very cute, well made flats that are super comfortable. True to size and wore them all day right out of the box without a problem. I plan to order more in another color. Highly recommend.

I ordered this shoe in a size 6.5 (my normal Born size) to replace an older pair of Born leather flats in the same size, and they were so small I couldn’t get my toe in. I reordered them in a 7.5 and they fit perfectly. I have wide feet and they don’t squeeze my toes. I have the light grey color and they are a great neutral color.

These are cute and surprisingly comfortable! Good cushy insole.

I love the shoe a nice flat where the toe is not round and to short and not enough room or pointed and will kill your toes . Love the shoe got the blue and the brown tried the black but it is really not BLACK

I have to send them back because I wear a 5.5 to 6. These only came in a 6, but they were too long and a bit too wide for me. I wish they came in a size 5.5!! Adorable, comfortable foot bed (cushy), great universal color.

These are really cute and, so far, they are comfortable. They fit true to size. The width is good too.

Contrary to Born's suggestion, I ordered my usual size. This style fits perfectly; for me, it does not run large.

2nd pair of Born and I love the Madeleine style. Ordered the Mango as they were on sale and thought if I don't like the color I can send back no problem. Well, I love the color they are more a tan/brown and a truly lovely color. Keepers for sure. Feel like I got a deal! Thanks Zap

I usually wear a size 7, but based on the Zappo's Fit info & other reviews, ordered a 6-1/2 and these fit perfectly. I bought the black shoe & like the small “braid” across the top of the shoe - dresses it up a little but still looks good with jeans. The toe area is a little snug but not uncomfortable & suspect the leather will stretch. Happy with this purchase!

I love Born shoes - always comfortable and a perfect fit. I needed something a little dressier and was happy to find this Born style. I bought three different colors and they did not disappoint other than the Sky Blue color. I knew it wasn't really Sky Blue from the picture but was hoping it was kind of a bluish gray. Unfortunately it was a very strange greenish gray color. I'm returning but will exchange for another color I can use since I really like the shoes. I always wear a 7 and these were no different - fit perfectly.

These were comfortable right out of the box. I knew they would fit because I have three other pair; red, tan, and gray (advertised as blue). These are European sized, so the size 37 is perfect for me with plenty of room in the toe box. Nothing cuts into the foot or causes blisters. The footpad offers some support and is cushiony. They are as close to a ballet shoe as my 70-year-old feet can wear. They look good with slacks, jeans, and dresses. Love, love, love them.

Has cushion insole and are comfortable shoes.

I love these shoes. I had a small issue with one of them and Zappos quickly and efficiently resolved my issue. Great shoes and great company!
