I purchased the cloud in 2017, and thought it was the best sneaker I’d ever worn. Light, supportive, easy to slip on and off. When they wore out I decided to order the same ones. Sadly, they radically changed the size. It’s a completely different shoe! Narrower by 1/4 inch in both toe area and heel. Shorter, too. And the materials felt harsher. I normally am an 8.5. The previous cloud was a 9. They were way too small! After talking to Zappos rep she suggested I only needed to order up, so I got the 9.5. Same! Will send those back too. I was told there was no wide, but seeing other reviews, it looks like there is. Why change a perfect thing? Disappointing!

Loved these sneaks but they literally started falling apart after 3 months of light use. such a bummer. They are poorly made but super comfy and stylish. Very expensive for the quality

I bought these on the recommendation of my sister, who loved her pair. Unfortunately both of us developed muscle pain in the back of the leg after running in them. Physical therapist said that the curved heel of these shoes was the culprit. They were very lightweight and felt comfortable but I don’t run in them anymore. Such a disappointment.

This is my fourth pair of On Clouds, but as other reviewers have noted, version 2.0 is narrower than previous versions. I would return these shoes for a larger size if I hadn't worn them on a hike. I'm disappointed On has changed the fit.

The elastic in the top gets very annoying and there is no adjustment.

I bought a pair of the original On Cloud sneakers and loved them. However, the 2.0 is totally different and is much, much narrower. I still have my old Clouds and compared the two. Indeed they have made the front smaller. Really disappointing as my originals were fantastic. The new ones aren't remotely like them.

I bought On Cloud 2.0 for my wife. The recommended sizing was not exactly correct. The heel section was too wide and the toe section too narrow. The insole felt like a hard board while walking. These shoes are not for older feet which need more cushioning to offset loss of muscle mass.

I wore these around the house and within an hour had a blister on my heel. The back is VERY rigid and rubbed my heel raw. They are lightweight and I would imagine otherwise comfortable but they did feel like they were a half size too tight.

Similar to what another reviewer said, I've worn ON Cloud shoes for the past 4 years and loved them so much I recommended them to others. Unfortunately the new 2.0 is nowhere near the comfort of the old construction. I used to be able to slip on a new pair and just go. When my new pair arrived yesterday, I used them for my usual night walk. After 30 minutes, I had blisters on the backs of my ankles. The rear quarter of the 2.0 (above the heel) is narrower, higher and more constricted. Overall, the shoe is more narrow. Love the style, love the slip on, but this is the last pair of ON shoes I'll buy -- they're way too expensive for this kind of discomfort.

I was so disappointed in the 2.0 because I love the original On Cloud. The On Cloud 2.0 is not as comfortable (not nearly) as the On Cloud (earlier version) which isn't available on the Zappos web site (neither men or women's now. My husband loves the original version also). Maybe they discontinued. This 2.0 has an entirely different arch and the fit is different at the ankle (for me). Bummed. I love the original On Cloud.

These are my absolute favorite shoes. They are light, comfortable and so easy to put on. BUT, if you workout in them - which is the pint of sneakers. They all apart. I bought 7 pairs in one year (and I work out 3-4 times a week). When the last pair fell apart after just a few workouts, I realized I’m done. They are terrific slippers. Just try not to move when you’re wearing them. Additionally the inside heal will wear away after a few long walks and cut your heal. I’ll spare you the gruesome pictures.

The Cloud was NOT broken. WHY did they mess with it?! The 2.0 is narrower and pinched my foot at the instep. I returned this pair and went immediately to Amazon to get whatever was left of the classic Cloud. Bring them back!!

I really wanted to love these. But the back of the shoes is so stiff, and there's barely any cushion, so it dug into the back of my feet, in just the first few steps when I tried them on. I tried them a few more times inside, and it didn't get any better. It already hurt, just walking around inside a little. Also, width-wise, it's very snug. I guess that helps hold your feet in place, but it was a little too snug for me. I had to return these. I ordered the former version of these and they are much better, more cushion, and not so snug width-wise. But the right shoe, something is weird, it feels like there's something that doesn't belong, and it hitting me around the arch area, it's not normal. But I can't see anything unusual.

I have the previous model of these, LOVE them! So light weight, took on international trips and around town. They needed to be updated since they were starting to look worn and I went back for On, but this design (not sure if it's been redesigned) dug into the back of my heel. So sad, now I have to find another shoe.

The style of these shoes very much appealed to me. I was looking for a black, low profile trainer and these fit the bill. However, once I started wearing them, it became clear that they were not what I had hoped for. The style is great but the quality is not. They started falling apart on the inside back heel within a few months of wearing (something I noticed in several other reviews as well) and also the toe enclosure started to wear through as well. They are also not comfortable for hours of wear, maybe an hour or two of training but I also attempted to wear them to work (I am a barista) and my feet were killing me bu the end of the day. I would not recommend these shoes and will not buy them again. Very dissatisfied.

Fit too tight. Other On Clouds fit fine.

It got damaged under 6 months, started to ungluing from the back and inside where I slip my fit when wearing them has a big scuff.

The life of these shoes are extremely short. I purchased these pair about six months ago and worn them once in 2 weeks at most. It is getting so much damages and for the price, this is just unacceptable.

Just for looks. These are not comfortable at all. They do not offer any support. Maybe other versions are better but there are. It recommended.

Dont order from Zappos … they send you W IDE INSTEAD OF M its the second time time and they replaced with again a 7W

These have a very stiff feel to them, and my feet don't "roll" (heel to toe). in them like I expect with running shoes.
