It lasted only one year. It got a whole on the left side of the right foot. Can't use it anymore after just one year of use. I have a blue one that is still ok and 6 month older.

I had to send the shoes back and reorder a different style. I believe these shoes had a manufacturing deficiency. I have since received my other Clouds and they fit and wear well.

Very very narrow, tight across top of foot, not comfortable at all.

Ran small. Very uncomfortable and unattractive

I have been wearing these shoes for at least three or four years and lately the fit is so much more narrow and it’s very difficult to wear the last two pairs of been way too narrow I’m stuck with one pair at least I return one I’m gonna try have size up in hopes that it will be wide enough but it might to be long. Oh my other shoes from this company have always been white enough but not anymore.I Be specific about your likes and dislikes. How was the fit and size? What does the material feel like? How awesome (or not) do you feel wearing them?

I had another pair from this brand but the quality is not there on this shoe and it's extremely disappointing. I took care not to expose these to harsh elements and the details of the shoe are completely peeling off.

Tried them on and decided to return them. Cure, but they feel cheap, cheap, cheap and had zero support. Don't care how "On" trend they may be, these are definitely not worth the money.

My husband is a Military Veteran and we filled out the application for a military discount from Zappos and have always received it and we appreciate it. UNTIL NOW - For some unknown reason (even unknown to customer support), the Military Discount went away with no notification. I called and was told that we had to reapply for the discount. I don't understand why the Military Discount should expire and we would need to reapply - certainly my husband's status as a veteran is unchanged. How often are you going to cancel the Military discounts and require reapplication?

I have returned this sneaker and reordered the next half size up. I am hoping it fits! I do like the look of the sneaker.

I bought these sneakers in a size 8&1/2. When I got them I was so excited, but I could not wear them. The shoe actually runs small. My toe was rubbing against the shoe & I couldn’t put them on with socks! All around the shoe runs small. This is the first time something like this has happened to me with a sneaker. I’m normally 8&1/2 women’s size & have never had a problem before. The shoe is nice looking but I can’t comment on comfort or performance because I had to return them. If you decide to buy them, order up.

I have bought Clouds in the past and have always loved them. These are by far my least favorite pair ever. The shoe feels like a cheap knock off of what the Cloud 1.0. I won’t be able to use these shoes.

I was sent the wrong size. I ordered a 6.5 and received an 8.5.

I am not sure I understand the hype of this sneaker. The material seems very cheap. Also these run small. Returning.

The most uncomfortable shoes I tried. I like the style but they should make a wider version.

This is my 4th pair. I loved the previous pairs and wore them frequently. This new pair, however, has changed and they literally fall apart. The mesh tore in less than a month on one shoe by the toe. I thought it was a fluke until it happened in the same place on the other shoe. The heels ripped quickly in the fabric area and began to cause irritation of the ankle. The outer toe box material used to be same as the shoe now it’s some kind of almost plastic which scuffed and looked bad in a few days. Also they run smaller and more narrow. Very sad they had to mess with something so good! All I can think is they tried to produce them more cheaply? I was really disappointed and will be moving on from On Cloud. Wish I could get a refund but kept wearing them thinking it was me. But when the same issues happen in both shoes, it seems like it the shoes and not user error.

bad shoe material! 2 miles into run felt the rubbing. each step back was agonizing pain. really a shame because the structure of the shoe was great .they grabbed the ground perfect with every stride.idk they were my size ,fit well just the material is like no other runner I’ve had. my feet are in so much pain now I can’t run till they are healed It’s a shame because they fit your feet like a glove and grab the pavement exactly what you want when running.but the fabric is something other then usual runners. stiff and on breathable. I was 2 miles in to my run and started feeling them rub. Was in pure agony walking back with every step

They did not fit me well at all and left a bad blister on my heel after wearing them.

Almost a full size too small AND a full size smaller than my other On Cloud running shoe! Unbelievable. Disappointing - not on par with NB or other high-performing brands in terms of sizing.

The most uncomfortable tennis shoes I've ever put on.

I ordered 5 pairs same on shoes and all fit perfect. this time shoe was tagged as same size but was clearly a size smaller

These are the most UNCOMFORTABLE shoes I have ever bought. I you like your feet to ache after 10 minutes, you'll like them. There is no way these feel like cloud nine and you would not be able to wear these all day. I do NOT recommend this shoe.

Terrible shoe and do not buy. Every single rock, stick or any debris gets stuck in the tread and you have to stop and pull it out. Will never buy again.
