I had to return for a half size smaller which I am sure will be just right and very comfy. I could tell the arch support was really good.

Super cute, usually wear a perfect size 8, these were very small

Doesn't matter what the fit and size is...these were ordered thru Zappos and delivered from Amazon. They are a used pair of shoes...dirty and obviously worn. Not in the original shoe box but an Amazon box. Not of Zappos standards. Im very disappointed and now I have to be the one to return them.

This is the second time we tried this brand and they just do not fit my feet

Everything was great Celt the color. It’s more of a rust color.

Holes in them and barely worn.

They changed the style. Back now comes up too high. It's a shame because I've owned many pairs before. Returned these.

These are uncomfortable and nothing like the original style.

I am going to join the many who noted that these are not nearly as comfortable as the original Cloud. I bought the Cloud when they first came out, before they became popular. They were truly the most comfortable and stylish sneaker I have owned. I loved them so much that they finally needed replacement. Why they completely redesigned them, I will never understand. Why mess with perfection? The new model is notably higher in the bag, digging into the back of my foot. The shoe overall is narrower and just not comfortable. Please bring the original back!

Not worth the money

The shoe fit, but the cut of these is very different from the on 70/30 I had before. These are terrible. The ankle is too high and caused a terrible blister and the top was too tight in one foot only (which has never happened before). Really regret buying these.

Too small and unattractive

I had high hopes for On Cloud. I have been trying to find replacements to very old Brooks that I love. I couldn't wear these shoes more than 5 mins. I didn't even try to run in them, they hurt my feet so bad just walking around the house in them.

I really wanted to love these however, after wearing them for 3 hours walking around, I had blisters on my achilles. I could feel the back top of the show rubbing. I have the Cloud X's as well and love them, no problems. I was hoping to get these for easy slip on/off and normal walking around. Totally dissappointed.

These shoes gave me back and knee pain. Avoid!!

I've had 3 pairs of On Cloud and loved them but they changed the style in the back and now it is higher and rubs against the back of my heel. Very uncomfortable. Returning.

These are the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever purchased. I normal size up half a size for workout shoes so the first time around I bought these they were still too small. They look sharp and thought they were just uncomfortable due to the smaller size. So I ordered another half size up. I tried to go walking in them and that was a huge mistake. Maybe 1/4th of a mile in, I was almost in tears from how painful they were and considered crawling back to my house to get my old shoes. The blisters on my heels are unlike any I’ve ever had. And I don’t think they’re the kind of shoes that can be broken in. After that 1/4th of a mile, the foam on the bottom was pretty worn. I’m hoping Zappos will still allow them to be returned due to how unnaturally awful they are.

Size, fit, and lightweight shoe. No arch support and walking in them hurt my back, legs, and hips. Wish I had returned them.

Awful. The tab in the back rubs against my achilles tendon and almost feels sharp. Not sure how anyone could find these comfortable. Will be returning.

The heel comes up and rubs on my heel so I sent them back. Love the look, but hate how they hurt my heel.

In 2015 the shoe was awesome and it was comfortable Straight Out of the Box. In 2020 the shoe is horrible it feels cheap there's a dagger in the back that is ripping my Achilles heel apart and I hate them. These were the greatest shoes ever & now they suck.

I have another pair of On Cloud 2.0 and I love them but I wanted a pair for winter so I purchased the black On Cloud from Zappos that I wanted to love too! But they are going back! The material or something in the heel irritated by heels within 1 minute of putting them on. I even put on socks with them because I wanted to keep them so much but still my heels were still feeling irritated after another minute. I am not sure what changed in the design from spring to now or from light rose/yellow to black but for the price, these should feel yummy as soon as you put them on. I actually returned them today with the reason being "defective merchandise" because I cannot believe how awful they felt.

This shoe caused huge blisters on the back of my heels. The heel part comes up too high and dug into me even drawing blood. I need to return these.

These do not fit like my old original On Clouds. I have 9 pairs, but wanted a new pair of black/black. I cannot imagine why companies ruin perfectly good shoes by re-styling them. I'll never buy his brand again.
