These are cute shoes! But the instep was so tight I couldn't get my foot in the shoe. This is an easily described feature that shoe companies need to start putting in the description of the shoes, along with whether the insole is removable for orthotics. Zappos is terrific about returns, but, quite frankly, I am not sure if it is worth worth ordering from them because I am tired of buying shoes that are described incorrectly or have incomplete descriptions. I have to print out the label and make a trip to the UPS store. I am getting tired of spending full price on shoes only to have to return them.

Purchased a pair of these sneakers a long time ago and hung on to them till this day. Never found a more comfortable sneaker. Unfortunately, like so many other reviews mention this sneaker is not made with the same craftsmanship as it once was. The heel broke of the sole within days and the material feels cheaper and fits tighter and not as comfortably. A complete disappointment.

Inconsistent (or non-existent) quality control. Each shoe of the pair fit in a different way. One shoe was fairly comfortable, the other pinched my heel and was narrower. Very cheap materials, also. Could see where the top of one shoe was already overstretched. Sending them back. Sticking with the New Balance 880v9.

Ok so literally worst shoes I’ve owned in a long time. I bought these specifically for running and after reading all the reviews expedited the shipping at $25 extra on top of the charge. They came. They’re cute. Lightweight. I tried them on they seemed fine. I threw out box etc. I was sold. Next morning. Running in these was like the worst pain ever. There’s NO support for runners. Worst by the end of the run. Which was a moderate 3 miles both backs of my feet were literally bleeding from the aweful blisters they gave me. Literally most painful running experiences ever. Do not buy these for running. I mean I don’t know. I’m not the only one apperantly that they really blistered their feet. I’m in pain. Thankfully the SILVER lining was Zappos and their EXTRODINARY customer service. Fix it ASAP. I’m grateful. As this was my 1st time experience with Zappos too. I was blown away by how awesome they were. Thank you so much. So PASS on these shoes but I’m definitely other running shoes from Zappos again. Thank you

This is the 5th pair of On shoes. I bought. They seemed to have changed the fit. My toes go numb when I wear these. Wish I could sent back, but I’ve worn.

RUNNERS BEWARE!!!!! I have been a runner my whole life and have always bought ASICS. I kept seeing more and more people at my gym wearing this brand and they seemed to be very popular. So I gave them a shot and regretted it immediately upon putting the shoe on. They have very little arch support and ZERO cushioning. I literally felt like I was running in bare feet when I ran with them on. I returned them the next day. My old pair of ASICS are 10X more comfortable than these shoes are brand new!

Let me start by saying these are my all time favorite running shoes. First time I have been so disappointed in Zappos. Opened them up and the footbed was totally worn....looked as though someone had them in an old pair of shoes and returned these with the used footbed. It was absolutely digusting!!! I would have thought Zappos would take a look at their returns before turning around and filling another order. Super disappointing! Needless to say, I am returning them and will order from the On website.

I genuinely loathed these shoes. I ordered three pairs to compare. The other two were fine. These felt cheap, the section near the achilles was super hard and kind of sharp. I hated them.

Please do not buy these shoes. They squeak when you walk, the soles do not give you anywhere near the support you need. Soles are also hard and collect dirt and stones daily. they are not worth half what this company charges for them. Every single day, multiple times, I have to remove stones from the soles of these shoes. They have a gap down the middle of the sole that collects stones DAILY. Not worth the price and don't believe the hype surrounding this product

This shoe, although seemingly very comfortable, gave me a blister after only one hour of wear. I suspect it was because of the high back.

Unfortunately I ordered two pairs of these on cloud shoes. I have a pair that I love from last year so I ordered two more thinking they would fit the same. I wore one pair and got blisters from the back of the shoe immediately. I am returning the unworn pair. Best to try them out in-home to be sure they are okay for you. They are not the same as previous years.

These shoes were terrible and so uncomfortable! I am always on the hunt for the perfect running shoe, these were not it! The shoes rubbed my ankles so much that a hole formed in the shoe after just a few runs! Not to mention my ankle had a hole in it too from running in these too. Luckily Zappos has awesome customer service and allowed me to return them.

I had heard good things about these shoes so I was excited to try them. I’m a nurse and on my feet all day so I need something comfy with good support. I ordered these in my size (6.5). They were tight all around, especially at the heel. I have a high instep and arch and I could barely get my foot inside. They were also too small as I did not have much room at my toes. I exchanged them for a 7 which were not much better. Returned both and ordered a different shoe.

I have previously worn the On Clouds and loved them. These are cut differently. They are a little more narrow, but not uncomfortably so. However, the back of the shoe digs into my Achilles tendon whenever I take a step. The back is an unusual style for an athletic shoe--it is cut high and rectangular rather than round. I think this is what the description calls "V-molded heel offers a snug fit." The "snug fit" is painful, and doesn't seem to be softening up after wearing them a couple of times. I have only worn them for short periods of time, but I'm sure my heels would blister if I worn them for longer. I wish I had not worn them outside before realizing this so I could return them.
