Would work well for someone with neutral foot. If you over or under pronation they will not work well. Very stylish. Not much for arch support.

Got these as a Christmas gift. I don’t wear gym shoes all that often, and these have holes along the outside where my toes are already. Very comfortable, I like how they looked as well, but the durability is an issue. I did not get my money’s worth with these shoes. I’ve never had a pair get holes this fast. I’ve just used these for casual shoes, not working out.

This is my 3rd pair of Ons and this new model hurts my feet! They are more narrow and the tag part on the back part of the shoe is much narrower and higher so it DIGS into the back of my ankle/ Achilles. I am told it is because they changed the sole in this model. Please go back to the original design We all LOVED!

The On Cloud 2.0 fits more narrow and fun smaller than the Cloud. These sadly did not fit well enough to keep them.

I own several pairs of the older version of ON Cloud. This new version is so different, in a bad way. They run larger than the old version (I had to size up 1/2 a size) and the drop feels bigger, meaning the heel is more elevated. Instead of a more neutral feel, I felt I was wearing low heels. Returning.

Inside lining broke down really quickly thewould get blisters every time on my heel

The shoes started squeaking when I walked. They did not have good support and were not comfortable.

Good looking shoe that apparently isn’t made to actually be run in. Both shoes blew huge holes in the flimsy mesh uppers at the pinky-toe bend in under 200 miles. I tried this brand once a few years and didn’t have this issue, so maybe they’ve downgraded on materials quality, or maybe this is just a fluke of this model… but if you are actually a runner, skip these.

I thought I would ty the size 7, since my size 7 1/2 OC sneakers had some extra room in the toe area and lthe only size available was a 7. But I didn't realize that the laces were very strange, and the shoe was too short for my left foot anyway. Probably my fault.

These were not comfortable, especially for the price! I expected better, softer, and comfier. These were stiff, and the soles were not soft like ai thought they were supposed to be.

Too narrow. I usually wear an 8, got a nine and still feel small and narrow on my thin foot. Also, feel like a hole under my left ball of foot. Too late to return :(

The toe box is too small for my feet. Otherwise it is a great shoe.

This was avery uncomfortable shoe for me. It felt as stiff as cardboard!

Sole felt very stiff. Nowhere near as comfy as I thought they would be.

Great looking and lightweight sneaker! The fit was a bit narrow for me.

I own two other pairs of the On Cloud 2.0. This pair was narrower and smaller. The material of the shoe was stiffer. Wish I had returned them!

Received your product with a note on the box, ZAP - RESELLABLE!! Was going to send them back and may still for am thinking this pair of shoes had been returned from someone else and that I was getting seconds!! Not happy with this purchase for the price and still may return!! i have purchased 2 other On sneakers from On itself. First time I have bought On shoes from Zappos and may be the last!!

I walked 0.1 mile and this shoe had already given me massive blisters on my heel. I noticed a friend was wearing them and asked her about it; she has had hers for 9 months and they still give her heel blisters.

These shoes are very noisy. They creak when I walk in them

I was really looking forward to my first pair of OC. My husband has several pairs and loves them. For the price I was disappointed. I have a pair of Sketchers that are lighter and more comfortable. These felt too tight and gave me blisters on the back of my ankle (even with socks). I keep wearing them hoping they will break in and become more comfortable.

I bought the same model different color and this new pair didn’t fit well. they are too tight

Great shoes except I will say the heel is one of the most uncomfortable ones I have ever felt on a shoe. They constantly dig into your ankles and if you’re a fan of ankle socks these definitely aren’t for you. Even with thick higher socks I still get some blistering on my ankle. Extremely painful

I don’t know what On did to change their shoes. I used to love love love them but this pie was extremely uncomfortable ?. Let’s not mess with a good thing.
