They fit great, but don’t come with proper full-length laces. $130 for a pair of shoes that don’t come with proper laces is absurd.

The look of the shoe is GREAT. Super light, very comfortable. Here comes the But.....The bump up on the back gave me a blister in 3/4 of a mile. I had to send them back. Going back to Brooks Ghost.

These shoes are very attractive and I was excited to order after reading other reviews. However, when I put my orthodics in, they shortly became very uncomfortable. They are lightweight and I so wanted them to work. I put a lot of miles on my Niki Pegasus . Niki's quality has gone down considerably and I am searching for shoes that will fit a narrow foot. Toe box was very large but would have probable been good for a regular foot

I loved the look and style. But several runs, I noticed shin splints, my ankles were hurting, and the bottom of my foot has started hurting. I feel this shoe doesn’t have enough ankle support or arch support. I have never had any of these problems as a runner of two years. I’m so disappointed because I loved the look and was really hoping that the On shoes were going to be my new running shoes!

Looks cute but has zero support. Wasn't comfortable walking around to do a few errands. Toe box area pinched where the laces go across the top of the foot. I didn't even bother trying to run in these.

These felt big to me. Even after sizing a half size down my foot is still moving around. Also the heel digs into the back of my foot. The fit just seems off. However, they look great!

I have a pair of OC in a different color. That pair are the most comfortable tennis shoes I’ve ever owned. These look the same they are just all black. But when I got them they were the same size but much smaller especially the right foot was so uncomfortable I actually had foot pain for two days from it after only wearing it for a couple of hours. Super disappointed and afraid to buy any of their shoes now.

I loved my original pair and wanted to love these but I knew after a 20 minute run they weren't going to work. They felt like they had no cushion. They are very comfortable for walking around, but I can't justify the price just to walk around in them. Normally I like zero drop shoes but I feel like I need more cushioning now. Just didn't work for me.

These shoes are very popular now and I'd heard great things about how light they are, but they didn't feel stable on my pronating feet. Back they went.

Disappointed that these run way small and I ordered a half size up as I do for all my walking shoes! Returned!

Last year when I purchased my first pair of the Cloud 2.0’s I bought a half-size larger than my usual size based on the reviews that I read (and they fit great) - now, almost one year later, I was ready to order a new pair and reordered the same size in a different color... but this time they are just a little TOO BIG. The styling of the shoe seems to have changed just enough that it I should have ordered my usual size. My advice would be if you’re unsure - try two different sizes!

Fit fine but the bottoms were not cushiony. I thought it was going to be a softer feel than regular trainers. Although they are cute, I didn’t get the comfort I was searching for. Going to stick with the ON running model instead.

I have two pairs of On Cloud originals in 9.5 and I ordered the same size in these new ones - these are way smaller, both in width and in length. I would suggest ordering at least a half size larger in these new On Clouds then the old On Clouds.

I bought this show May 14th. I run about three times a week. It took less than a month for the cloth at the back on the shoe to wear. I am disappointed with the cloth quality. The back cloth should be thicker to accommodate a runners. But I have received many compliments on the color and style.

The fit was great but wore them with no show socks and rubbed blisters on the backs of both my heels. Very disappointed. Had to buy new socks just so I can wear the shoes.

I am a 7N. (I think my true width might be AA with a AAAA heel.) The shoe salesman told me that even though these shoes don’t come in narrow, they run narrow so he thought they might fit. They actually did fit pretty well and seemed even better after he added a second insert under the first. Unfortunately when I wore them on a 2.5 mile walk, the bottoms of my toes were sore (and still are two days later). This is usually a sign that my shoes are too wide and my toes are slipping. I never have this problem with my NB990’s. So for me, these shoes are cute and comfortable enough to wear for shopping, etc. but definitely not for long walks. I’m disappointed that they aren’t the walking-on-a-cloud experience I was promised.

Very cute shoe, but narrow foot bed and sadly too small.

This shoe was super lightweight and cute, which was great. But it didn’t feel at all cushiony. I prefer that bouncy cushion in my sneakers so I had to return these.

The fit of the 2.0 is not the same as previous version. Heel is stiffer and just higher enough to cause blisters.

I loved the style and colors. The shoes are light and very attractive. Unfortunately for me, for some reason they triggered a knee problem so I had to return them.

The top of the back of the shoe hit my skin, and there was a hump of support on the outside edge of the shoe that was strange. Also, these shoes did not come with the additional regular shoe laces like it says on the description. I tried this style on in the store (different color) and was really happy with the fit, but these are not like those.

I have owned a pair of Cloud shoes that I LOVED and wore into the ground. I did not wear them for running, but for casual everyday walking. They were the most comfortable shoes I owned. So when I ordered a replacement for them I was very disappointed to find out the the 2.0 has been redesigned and is not as comfortable as the original. It was tighter and narrower out of the box, which I could have lived with, but the biggest obstacle for me is that the height on the sides of the shoe is now higher and rub/dig in just under my ankle bone.

Oddly narrow and super tight bungees, even after adjustment. I do not have wide feet. I had the original On Cloud and loved them. Sad they have completely changed them. I tried to "break them in" by walking, but it wasn't getting much better. Had to send them back.

Too small, too narrow. I had the original Cloud and loved them. Wore them every day until they wore out. The 2.0 version is an unfortunate departure from the original design. I tried a half-size up, and they were still too narrow in addition to being too long. I tried my "true" size (same size as original Clouds), and these were way too tight even though the length was right.
