Should order one size up

Although my sister loves these shoes, I need more cushioning than the shoes provide. You have to order a half size bigger and the look is rather clunky.

The fit is good, although having the other cloud black with white trim these are not as comfortable. I don’t get that same cushion feel.

I am typically a 10 to 10.5 so went with a 10.5 but these fit small and narrow.

These don't fit like the previous model....narrow in the toe box and higher around the ankle.

I returned these because On has changed fabric and I really didn’t like it. I’ve had a pair for 2 years and love them. I feel like they don’t fit as well as old fabric

I'm on my feet all the time at work, I also work outside. I assumed running shoes would be good for an outside environment. Absolutely no slip resistance. I live in Florida and it rains all summers. It's extremely disappointing to spend so much and I can't return them because I've worn them and didn't know they weren't slip resistant. The heel digs in like others have said, I wear band aids on my heel for now. Other than that, they are comfortable, fit well and stylish, but they are not functional or practical. 138 bucks for something that is pretty. I work in a marina on docks and boats, I need slip resistance or I'm in the water. I also have to wear white shoes, which is why I went with these.

Love the look of the shoe and the feel. However, one of them rubbed a blister just above my heel, only on one foot. Feels good on the feet, nice and comfortable when walking, just too bad about the blister.

This is my 3rd pair of On Cloud sneakers and I absolutely love the brand and the last 2 pairs I owned. This particular one the On Cloud 2.0 was not comfortable and really irritated my arches in my feet.

I usually wear a 6 1/2 but this felt like a 5 1/2. A entire shoe size smaller order one size up then your regular size!

FIrst order was too small. Ordered a half size larger & they are too large.

Love the color, too small. I'm ordering a half size larger.

I bought these same shoes in the rose and fell in love. Worked 12 hours and feet didn’t hurt. I wanted the black to go with more and they are way tighter and my feet are hurting after an hour.

These seem to run about 1/2 size small. Also NOT for wide feet. Maybe they eventually would have stretched but my foot was visibly hanging over the edge of the sole.

RUns so tiny and hurts a lot in the back by the ankle ..

First bought size 6 (my normal size). They were way too small. Exchanged for 6-1/2. Still too snug on my foot. Returned for a credit to my account. Will shop at a retail store that carries ON shoes and take it from there.

It runs tight in the toe. Sending them back

My only complaint is that the color isn’t not a true gray, that’s why I’m returning them. I have a couple other pairs & they feel amazing

I love the look of these shoes. They look and feel like a complete size too small! They will be going back.

I talked to a woman in line at a store who was wearing OC's, and she raved about them. I think the Cloud 2.0 is not the same model that she had -- they seem to come up higher on the front of my foot and to have a more rounded toe. Not as flattering or sleek, and I found the sole just a little too much. They did seem comfortable.

I returned these shoes. I need good sturdy support for walking and was disappointed that the material, around the sides, arch and ankles, was very soft. In fact the shoes “gapped” as I walked. To be fair I have a pronation effecting my right foot so I need a very strong arch and overall support.

I bought these shoes based on the amazing reviews but was sorely disappointed, especially for the price. I usually wear Skechers for the most comfort but wanted a different look than what they offer. I bought these in gray and while they are stylish and I like the slip-on aspect, they have very little pad inside so they are definitely not very comfortable or easy to wear walking all day. Definitely NOT worth the high price and won't be buying this brand again.
