Very lightweight and comfortable. Love being able to slip them on and not have to bother with tying laces! A bit disappointed that after just 3 months, the fabric on the heels looks like I have had them for a year and are showing a lot of wear.

Great shoe but need to order full size larger. They run small in my opinion.

I like the fit and comfort. I have an issue, however, with the elastic shoe strings. I like elastic shoe strings but these shoes are threaded from either end. I had to email the company to find out what to do with them. They said you can adjust from either end and cut off the ends--which doesn't allow for adjustment later on. That doesn't make sense to me. I pitched these and bought some elastic shoe strings that can be adjusted.

I love The way they look and I bought them because they were deemed to be the most comfortable running shoes. Unfortunately they really hurt my feet and heels. I may just need to break them in a bit more and I’m going to put an extra heel insert in. I wish they were more comfortable because they look great.

I love these sneakers. Picked up a pair of blue On sneakers at a local shop and after a couple of days ordered these on Zappos. They feel slightly different the pair I got at the store, but are still great. The only downside is that I have to use a regular shoelace with these because the elastic laces don't hold the shoe on well enough for me.

As other reviewers have noted, these should probably be ordered 1/2 size up. I have another pair of these (with white soles rather than this all black model) and they have been quite comfortable for walking on my problem feet. I bought this all black pair for traveling and walking in cities. I use the pair with white soles to walk the neighborhood and my local beach. They have a fairly fine mesh on top which lets sand in, but I wear them to the beach anyway because their comfort offsets having to shake out the sand, which tends to get a little trapped in the mesh. I wear socks with them; otherwise, I'm sure I would find the tab in the back irritating, as others have noted. That I bought a second pair tells you that, on the whole, I think this is a good, comfortable, supportive shoe.

These fit great with or without socks. I’m a 7.5-8. The material seems kind of “cheap” but it may be just this new generation of lightweight shoes. I read reviews that they have to be broken in but I have not found that to be true. Wore them all day without socks yesterday and felt like walking on clouds. Also the aesthetics are nice.

Great shoe--I need to order a half size up. Per other reviews a majority thought they bought their actual size--so I did that. However my toe was right at the edge--very little space. Also felt a little snug.

I love the Cloud - both the first version and now the 2.0. But I agree with some other reviewers - the 2.0 seems to be running slightly smaller and slightly narrower than the first version of Cloud. I would recommend ordering two sizes and see which one fits best.

I ordered these shoes in the denim and immediately loved them. I ordered a second pair in the coral/pacific color, and they ended up being returned. They were stiff, snug, and rubbed on my heel on the left causing immediate irritation. I'm not sure why the first pair was amazing and second pair not.. but maybe in a few months I'll try again since Zappos has a great return policy.

The On Cloud 2.0 is the first pair of On brand shoes that I have worn. I purchased them with the intent to wear them mainly for jogging (both on pavement and treadmill), and they have been great so far. They are light weight and provide adequate cushioning. I have worn these shoes for gym days as well, and they are excellent. I worn them straight out of the box for a 3 mile break-in run, and my knees and feet felt great. I have always worn asics, but On has made a great first impression.

This is my sixth and last On Running shoe. I have five that fit but beautifully. Now they’ve caved in to the widening of America and made the shoes wider. They are no longer a perfect fit for me. I’m very sad.

I really like them so far (only had had them a few days). The look is nice and they seem comfortable. I would highly recommend going up a 1/2 size in order for them to fit.

I loved these shoes, but had to return since there was no adjustment for the laces (hurt the top of my foot) and there wasn’t enough room in the toe box. They are really nice looking and I was sad to have to return them. Picky feet!

I ordered my correct size originally 8 1/2 but they were too small/narrow and sent them back. I reordered size 9 which fit fine.

This was the third On Cloud I tried and three is a charm. Love the bungee lace (but I don't run in them-you would have to tighten) I hate laces and love to slip on and off. They are very cute; very light and comfortable

I loved the color, style, look and feel of the shoes but I needed more padding and cushioning under the balls of my feet.

After changing the insoles, I think they will work. The information online said that the insole was not removable, but it is. I like the slim, low profile. They are lightweight, definitely different from my Brooks shoes.

The size was just perfect. I have an average foot that tends to the wider width. I ultimately returned the shoes though because I just didn't get enough arch support or heel cushion that I need for my feet. I tried replacing the shoe's insoles with my orthotics but the cushionabilty of the shoe just wasn't there. I really need a lot of cushion as well as good arch support for my feet. I'm truly desolate because I just loved these shoes! They are attractive, the elastic shoelaces are great and they are very comfortable and light weight.

These shoes look nice and would be a great option for walking around town, but I was looking for something a bit more sturdy. I have narrow feet and there's no ability to tighten these shoes so my feet moved around in them & I couldn't wear them to the gym.

I really really want to love these shoes. I like the way they look, they fit exactly (I have a 7M foot tending to W) and are really lightweight and comfortable. I have sporadic issues with plantar fasciitis and need more arch support than these have so I'm going to try to replace the inserts with my orthotics. The footbed feels very "stiff" and hard and I'm really looking for more "cushy" shoes, especially in the heel area but I might be able to make it work when using my own orthotics.

I'm a 6.5 and bought a 7 (always get a size 7 regardless of sneaker)...if you wear a thicker sock, seems tight but overall they seem great.

I ordered a size 9 after seeing the reviews. I normally take 8 1/2. I have a wide foot so thought that my normal size would be too small. Glad I went with a 1/2 bigger. Although I think that makers should make wider fittings.
