I have owned at least 5 pairs of the On Cloud 2.0. Unfortunately, this particular pair felt too small. My previous pair, in the same size, but a different color feel a little large but fit well enough. The consistency in sizing seems somehow related to the shoe's color. Disappointing. Disappointing.

Runs true to size! I ordered up a half size based on other reviews and had to reorder my normal size.

RUns a half size to one full size small.

I tried them on wanting to love them, however I was disappointed. The fit is a little narrow, I didn't feel the so called "Cloud", as a matter of fact, around the padded ankle was stiff & the sole wasn't as cushioned as I hoped for.

I truly don't understand what the hype is. Yes, in some areas it is comfortable however other areas it is not. I found the On Cloud 2.0 is hard around the ankle. I'm a senior citizen who's looking for comfort all the way around. I tried them on, they were very snug with a sock. I walked around the house with them for about 1/2 hour & they seemed to feel slightly better after the 1st 3 minutes however after a while; I felt I was forcing myself to want them. I decided to return them.

The color is not at all accurate. In the online image they look 2 tone. They are all one color, the darker beige, a light brown.

This was my second purchase of OCs. Love them. So comfortable

Received my shoes and ordered my normal size 6. Soooo disappointed cause they were too small. Returned for a 6-1/2 Hope they work for me and don’t have to exchange again for a size 7.

I’m very great full for the reviews it’s because of them I was able to order a half size bigger , my true size is 7 1/2 but when I tried the shoe on in the store due to the toe being a hard rubber it was just enough to hit it and put pressure on my toe , So I went a half size bigger and it’s perfect I lasted all day at work no back problems I was not tired it was perfect thank you ladies for all the reviews

Fits well and is comfortable

Fit and size are great...color isn't what I wanted. More of a Marine Blue than Denim or Navy

Oddly enough, I just got my first pair of On’s on Monday this week from Zappos in the sand color. I liked them so much that I ordered the same cloud 2.0 in white and a blue pair of men’s for my husband. They arrived today and sadly the white fit completely different than the sand color! They look great but they’re too tight! I literally bought the same sneaker, same size but in a different color. I’m exchanging for a 7.5 (half size bigger than my normal size) and hoping they’ll fit the same as my sand colored ones. ??

I wear a 7.5 usually. Too big! 7 is still a little big and rubs my heels. I was really excited about getting these. Disappointed. I wore them through an airport thinking they’d be perfect. Wish I could return and resize

The sides were cut a little too high so my ankle bones rubbed the top of the shoe edge. Love the color

the style is great....I wish there was a little more cushion for the bottom of the foot. I have a high arch so the top was a little too snug. Loved the color!

I have the same On Cloud sneakers from 2-3 years ago, which have been my all time favorite sneakers. The new version is exactly the same with one exception. The back support is a fraction higher and gives me some discomfort. I have very sensitive feet and a high arch, so maybe this would not bother someone else.

I love the brand- and continue to buy them- but am frustrated with their sizing as it continues to get smaller and smaller. This is the 4th pair of On Cloud I've purchased (1st of the 2.0) and each time I buy them they are smaller than the last. Not happy (plus I am women's size 11, so I now have to look into the men's shoes?

Hello, Purchased first pair at the Shoe Market. My first pair still wairing after a year. Have some substantial foot problems. Was a New Balance made in the USA person. Love this sneaker! Wish New Balance would let the designers of this sneaker work with them. Believe in supporting our economy by purchasing made in the USA products. Still have to say has helped me in big way. Did notice that after purchasing a second pair, the quality seems less? Honestly don't think skimping on quality will help with long term success. Please don't skimp on the quality of the shoe. Is better to pay more and get what you pay for. That is why in the past purchased made in the United states New Balance. Will be interesting to see if the quality stays the same? Please know that this sneaker is a great running, walking shoe. Dont mess with your quality. Look forward to my next purchase as long as your quality does not change. Thank you

These are super cute but I have to admit i have never gotten blisters so bad after wearing a sneaker. I never get this from nike's. I am hoping its just a break in period. I have to wait to wear them again once blisters heal. I got all black which is so cute. I am going to keep them and pray they dont give me anymore blisters.

Had to go up 1/2 size. Shark color looks lavender:purple

The back of the shoe was uncomfortable & poked me in the heel. I stand for 10hrs a day & this was not a supportive enough shoe for me unfortunately. I returned them.

I love the look of these shoes and the fact that they slip on and off. I originally ordered my regular size but had to exchange them for a half size larger. The cushioning and arch support are average.

Love these shoes with one exception, which may not be a consideration for most. That is, the insole does not come up to the quality of the shoe itself. I use them for fitness walking. After two days of only around 3 miles each, the insole was compressed to the point of showing the imprint of my foot's pressure points (I'm not that heavy but have a minor metatarsal issue with my right foot owing to Morton's neuroma surgery long ago) and causing such pain that after around a mile I could hardly make it to the end point. Changed the insoles out, substituting some from a really old pair of Earth brand shoes that delivered many reliable miles of comfort until literally falling apart from age and voila! More cushioning overall, better arch support. Not perfect, but a definite improvement. Hope the manufacturer takes these comments into account as this brand evolves.

This style runs a little small...go up a half size!

They felt great on but a tad too small in length. I’m ordering a half size larger and will update my review.
