I bought these shoes nearly 18 months ago. They are super comfortable--why do I rarely wear them? ...because they SQUEEK A LOT when you walk. I thought it might be socks rubbing but even wearing without socks, they are way too noisy. I only wear them outside where the sounds of nature drown out the annoyance. I should have sent them back, but they fit so well, I thought I could ignore the squeeks--I can't ignore them so consider the purchase a waste of money.

This is my second pair of On Clouds. This was as close as I could get to my last pair, which I loved. This one hurts a little on my heels and the toe box seems smaller. They don’t fit as well as my last ones, for some reason. I figured it would be easy to order these online without trying them on since it was my second pair, now I have to live with these.

I love this brand but this shoe is running smaller than my other ON shoes. I have had to go up a full size and possibly size and a half.

After reading a million reviews, I decided to size up. Sadly, they ended up being too big and I returned them, but the worst part was the way they rubbed my ankle. I ended up trying on the same pair in my actual size in a local store and still had issues with the ankle, so beware. I ordered the grey and they’re really nice looking and I would’ve loved to keep them. I ultimately upgraded to Cloudtec’s, and I like them so much more. They have more support, no ankle problems, and my regular size was fine. If you do want to stick with the Clouds, I would order two sizes if you can because there are such mixed reviews on if you should size up or not.

I ordered these shoes and I tried on a different color at a store so I would know what size to order and I ordered that size in these shoes and they rubbed a blister on the back of my heel and were tight.

First time purchasing this brand. I got the all black super cute BUT gave me blisters on back of both ankles. Definitely never had this happen with my Nike Epic React. I am alsys a 6.5 and i got that size they fit fine maybe a little snug but i prefer sneakers to be more snug on me. I am keeping them but annoying how bad the blisters are. Agree super lightweight.

Really wanted to like them more. Cloudswift has a forward ‘tip’ rather than even support throughout sole. (Maybe better for runners???) but I wanted for walking.

Did not like the appearance of the toe box - turned upwards though the fit was as expected- no need to size up or down. Not the look I was hoping for.

I had a pair of On Cloud (which I guess was 1.0) from 2017. I loved them. So when it was time to replace, I came to order another pair. I wrongly assumed that 2.0 was just updated better version of the original. This pair - which I purchased in same size 8, rubbed at the heal causing bleeding blisters. I thought I would just have to break them in. I wore the thinnest sock I could, put on band-aids and tried to break them in. I tried finding ways to stretch them. I am still stuck with a pair of $140 shoes that I can't wear now. Unfortunately I had walked outside with them and can't return them. I'm waiting until I can afford another $140 hit before trying the next size larger. Just advise that you try them walking around the house a lot before hitting the pavement.

I wanted to love these so bad. They’re super cute. I’ve been looking for a nice pair of somewhat plain, low profile runners for wear with leggings and scrubs for quite some time. Unfortunately, they were far too narrow for my foot, but also didn’t feel supportive around the heel area. I thought perhaps it was just due to the narrowness, so returned and ordered the same version in men’s sizing, as they’re typically wider, but if possible, they felt even more narrow. Back to the drawing board.

Love the style. Not as well made as my previous pairs. Definitely not as comfortable for running as the cloud flex but supportive enough for working a full shift. Disappointed in the quality as they had multiple wear spots after only a month or so. My first pair held up much better through more use.

The shoes are so cute, but I tried a size 11 and they were still tight in the toe. I usually wear a 10 1/2 so ordered 10 1/2 and 11 and both were tight. I wish they fit. I love them.

The color is a lot more green than it appears on-screen

This is my third pair of cloud 2.0 sneakers. I wear them almost everyday and like them a lot. This pair, however, feels really tight. I purchased the same size as usual and I wore them right out of the box, so I assume I can’t exchange them now. Also, this is the first pair that seems to scuff or get marked up in the toe area really easily. One show came with a light mark on the tip. The other pairs I have didn’t do this and one is white and orange. I don’t know if they changed the material on the toe. It feels a bit like rubber. Hopefully they will break in. For the price I’m a bit disappointed.

The first pair I received, the one shoe squeaked like I was stepping on bubble wrap every time I walked or put pressure on the heel. I loved the overall style and feel of the shoe so I’m going to return and try another pair.

Loved my last two pairs but this pair rubbed blisters within a few hours

I bought these as a replacement for my Cloud X pair as they are cheaper...but the quality showed! Had to return as they were so uncomfortable in comparison to the Cloud X. Would recommend paying the extra $10 for the other style!

I'm a big fan of ON shoes normally and had hopes for this style. The good: the overall look was better than I thought, even the toe box area looked better than in photo. Also, they are very comfortable to walk in (except for the lean) The not so good: one shoe was tight on achilles heel and rubbed uncomfortably. The left shoe also seemed to "lean" inwards. I'm returning them and ordering a different style in hopes of a better overall fit.

I loved everything about this shoe EXCEPT for the large discomfort on the back of my upper ankle. If I continue to wear them I'm sure I'll get a blister. Other than that, the style and fit are exceptional.

Too narrow for me, and I don't have wide feet! Otherwise, a good looking shoe. They are very lightweight. I thought, from the picture, they would be a lot sturdier/bulkier.

I really wanted to love these, but they run very narrow. My shoe size is 7.5 but I always go a half size up for running shoes and ordered an 8. The length was fine, so if I went to an 8.5 they would be too long. It's too bad because the sole looks like it would be very comfortable.

Ugh. I LOVED my old clouds! They've changed the material, specifically on the back where my heel/ankle is and it runs painfully if you're wearing short socks. It's much narrower there then the old ones and the material isn't as soft/stretchy...I'm so disappointed. I might return them. I love the black on black though.

These shoes are just ok for me. Not enough support, followed the guide for size and they feel a little too big. I bought for walking 4-5 miles a day in. They’re cute to run around town in but definitely not for walking or running in.

I've bought several pairs of these shoes in size 9 over the last couple of years and, for the first time, these were too small. I reordered the 9.5 and it fits fine.

These are the cutest black tennis shoes I've found in a really long time. However, "cute" doesn't override how uncomfortable they are. I'm a size 7, and while they fit true to size for me, the heel kept digging into my ankle. I tried a 7.5 also just to see if that could be better, but those also dug into my heel. Very, very disappointed because they are SO CUTE, but I couldnt spend more than 9 minutes on my treadmill in these shoes.
