Customer Reviews On Cloud 2.0

I purchased these on Feb 15, 2021 and I noticed in early May 2021 that the left shoe had a piece coming off near my big toe where the shoe bends when I walk. I will not purchase on cloud shoes again. I only use these shoes to walk as I work. These are not even my road running shoes, and I have babied these shoes. These shoes are not like walking on a cloud and feel stiff.

I like these shoes but unfortunately they stretched to the point where they slip off my feet. The size smaller I could barely get on my foot. This size fit perfectly until I wore them a few times. Now I am stuck with a very expensive pair of shoes I can’t really wear and I can’t exchange or return.

This show was not supportive enough for me. Felt like I was walking barefoot

I really Wanted to love these. I kept trying to wear them so that they would get broken in, but it was not worth the blisters on my heels.

favorite brand, not this design, the color (sand lov), light weight. Fit was true to size for me, the fabric over toe box, yuck.. like a thin sock, would wrinkle, I could see my toes, it was so weird. Don't re-invent the wheel. I have every color of last years.. sorry returning.

***NOT WORTH THE PRICE*** I never write reviews but feel strongly about this that this is my first. I bought the On Cloud 2.0 (demin/white) less than 4 months ago mainly because of the color, style and general reviews of comfort. I alternate them with another 2 pairs of trainers for daily walks (around 10-15k steps per walk), so have only used them 1/3 of the time these past 4 months. The first week of wear was already concerning as the back lip of the shoe cut into the back of my ankle, causing it to blister and bleed, so I got socks with a lip on the back to protect the back ankle and also wore a bandage for extra protection. After a couple weeks, the back lip softened enough to no longer be a problem but the fact that it took so long to break in was already a worry. (I have other running/walking shoes where this was never a problem.) And now the back lip, into its 4th month, has started deteriorating where the inner fibers are exposed and cutting into my back ankle again. If it weren't for the deficiency of the back lip, this would be a good pair of shoes, especially since I love the style and color. As far as the sole, it is well-supported and the toe space is wider (and therefore more comfortable) than most other walking/running shows. But the stiffness and short-life span of the back lip needs to be reconsidered.

The rose brown color is extremely ugly. Not cute at all.

Had to return the first pair. These definitely run smaller and narrower. Hopefully going up a 1/2 size will help.

All of these colors aren't even close to the colors you show on line.... terrible representation of color. I am returning these again.

These run small and bruised 3 of my toenails which I ended up losing.

This is a great walking shoe and pretty comfortable. I love being able to slip it on, but I can’t vouch for quality. I’ve had these for less than 5 months and a hole has already formed at a seam. I wear these maybe 4-5 times during a week for less than an hour so I’m pretty surprised this happened.

Felt small and tight and I have narrow feet. The back is also high and uncomfortable on the heel.

Love the shoes! However my experience with Zappos was not a good one. Ordered these shoes on November 5th for a trip I was going on beginning November 11th. I had to call to check on order and although I received the shoes once I returned home it was very disappointing. Plus Zappos only gave me $5 gift card for my trouble. I was trying to use other companies instead of only Amazon but I guess I’ll go back to them for timely delivery and customer service.

I have two pairs of the same shoe (brand , model and size). This pair was much wider. I thought I had received a wide instead of medium width. After examination, I saw that my first two pairs were manufactured in Vietnam. The new pair were manufactured in Indonesia. Perhaps, the mold changed. I have a narrow foot so could not adjust the tie so that I could wear the new shoes.

I was blinded by how cute these shoes are. They are very stylish shoes but are not comfortable at all. After one walk (not even run!) I had sores on both the back and front of my ankles. I've gotten sores from the back of shoes before, but never the tongue. Unless you're okay suffering for fashion, I wouldn't recommend these shoes.

I bought these shoes a few years ago & loved the look & feel of them. I bought the same size & same model, but they're not the same. The new ones look and feel cheap. I'm very disappointed because the first pair were really cool -they were made in Vietnam and had better detailing and material. The new ones are made in Indonesia. I'm sending them back.

8.5 was slightly too small, 9 was slightly too big! Also, the back of the shoe dug into my heel. I've been pining over On for a while and hope to find a model in the future that works for my foot as the cushioning is deliciously true to its Cloud name!

I ordered the regular width which is what I wear in Nike and Asics. These were just to snug in the width for my foot. Had to return both pairs I ordered.

My foot had been hurting and I was having a hard time finding a shoe for my morning walk. On Cloud 2.0 was pricier than what I had been buying, but I was desperate. And I wasn't disappointed! They felt great on and no more foot pain. I couldn't have been happier. I wore them for an hour every day for my walk. I took them off when I returned home. 3 months later, holes began to appear in the top mesh part of the shoe. For that amount of money, these shoes should have held up for a much longer time. I would not recommend them.

These look amazing, but unfortunately are not wearable. The tab on the back of the shoe, as others have mentioned, rubs your heel raw. These also run a half size small and relatively narrow. I ordered a half size bigger than my usual running shoe size (which is a half size bigger than my street shoe size), and they juuuuust fit. Too bad about the heel design; I otherwise really like the look.

I loved the look of this shoe- but I really loved the former On cloud model better. I feel this model is not as responsive and much more rigid. My feet hurt running in these- and when I put the former version on, they didn't hurt. I'm hoping someone can recommend me a shoe like the former On Cloud- I really loved that shoe.

I LOVE my original Clouds from a few years ago. They were wearing out so I wanted to replace them. These are not at all comfortable to me, not as soft and sadly, are going back. Why oh why do they design an updated version only for them to be worse, not better?? ON....please bring back the old ones!!

I was very excited to received the shoes but very disappointed on how they felt. The shoe back heel area is high so they dig/rub into my skin/heel area. The shoes felt fine at home as I walked around but when I wore them outside for ten minutes, my back heel skin was rub and it was painful. Since I walked outside, I cannot return them now. I am very sad.
