These boots are my new favorite Frye’s! I was concerned about the fit because of other comments that were good and bad. I ordered the size I usually do and they are perfect! They pull on with just a little effort and were comfortable out of the box! The cognac color is amazing! Would highly recommend!

Great boots! Love the look, and the extended calf pulls up easily and is very comfortable. So happy to finally find the perfect high boot!

Love these boots! They are true to size. They will feel small at first and it's hard to get your foot into the boot the first couple of times but they do stretch. I bought my regular size 8.

These boots are fantastic! I was concerned that some loved them and some that said the fit was not good. The fit is great, comfortable and they are beautiful! Love Frye and these are my new favorites! If you have worn Frye before and they fit, you will love these. I have muscular calves and the regular size fits perfectly! Color is cognac gorgeous color!

They were perfect. I have very thin legs and these weren't as gappy on my calves. I just received them, so I haven't been out all day in them, but walking around my apartment they felt fine. The only thing is the soles are very slippery & I hope once I wear them outside they'll get better.

I’m so in love with these boots! They are excellent quality, fit well, the color cognac is beautiful and they smell amazing. Love that leather smell. I ordered my usual size 6.5 and they fit perfectly.

Love these boots! Kind of hard to get your foot in but I know the leather will stretch and it won’t be an issue. Fits true to size even with boot socks.

My first Frye purchase! Gorgeous boots and high quality! The Italian leather can be smelled right out of the box. I have narrow feet and these boots fit perfectly. I purchased the cognac in my normal size, 8.5 in regular width. The cognac color is distressed. As other reviews state, these boots are difficult to get on; however once they are on they fit like a glove! No gapping! I purchased these on sale for 55% off so it was a great deal!

This was my first Frye purchase. I purchased them in cognac. They have a distressed look to them. The Italian leather makes this boot very high quality and can be smelled right out of the box! I have narrow feet and have always had a hard time finding boots where they didn’t gap or where my heel wouldn’t be swimming around. Just as the other reviews state, these were difficult to initially get on, but with time and normal wear, the leather will stretch. These boots are timeless and a winter staple item.

Beautiful boots

I wear a size 11. People with a size 11 foot are probably going to need a little more room in the calf of the boot. No support in the footbed. Very smooth sole, slipping around on carpet. Nice boot, just doesn't fit in the calf and no roon for an orthotic.

Frye boots can be hit or miss because their quality control is not that great anymore and it is now hard to find styles that don't have the vintage dyed leather. I got the black ones and they have been really comfortable walking on city streets and sizing is spot on. Quality is good too. Looks like they are on sale now so good deal. I would buy another pair if they had nicer solid dyed colors instead of that uneven vintage dyed leather that looks cheap.

I am in love with these boots! I ordered an 8.5 in the extended calf and they fit perfectly out of the box. I was nervous based upon other reviews that the calf size would still be too small but they are perfect (and I have approximately a 15.5" calf circumference at the widest part). The leather smells amazing and is gorgeous in color and texture (mine are in redwood). I just wish I'd invested in quality boots sooner. Thanks Zappos!

These are hard to get into but so comfortable and slim fitting. Not for wide feet.
