I bought the grey color size 8M. Beautiful color which is more like a medium neutral brown that I searched for everywhere for so long. Hard to get on in even thin socks, so in lieu of the shopping bag trick I put on knee-hi sheer pantyhose and could finally slip my heel down in. Taking them off was easy. Comfortable and dont hurt my bunions since not too narrow, but not too wide. Im 53 and the 15-1/2 shaft height is just perfect too. Nice hint of western style. I prefer the cowboy / Cuban heel, but the 1 flat block heel is still flattering. Can wear over Levis stretch skinny jeans.

I cant get my foot in. Very sad Looks like a nice boot but impossible fit for me and my daughter

I was surprised how fast I got my new boots. I put them on and fell in love with them. They are beautiful, stylish and comfortable.

Do not buy Frye boots. Their customer service is non existent, bought a boot for over $300, wore it 3 times before it broke on the inside of the heel and I couldnt take it off. The inside lining tore and I cant wear them again. Contacted customer service only to receive a message that they wont replace or repair. They basically dont care that they have sold me sub par quality and Im stuck with a $300 loss. Youre better off buying somewhere else!

Best boot ever - cant believe I waited so long to purchase

They are a beautiful boot and fit like a glove! On point for style and obvious superior quality. The color is just what I've been looking for. I know I'll wear these for a long, long time!

I have tiny feet and these were incredibly difficult to put on and take off. They were nice-looking enough, but not practical. Had to return.

Small and narrow

I bought the zip pair and now this pair. First time slipping my foot in was tight. Once on, fit perfect. Now that Ive worn them a few times, slipping my foot in is easier. Gorgeous color. I get so many compliments wearing these boots.

I love these boots. They are comfy. I always get compliments when I wear them. Figuring out how to put them on the first time was a bit of a learning curve, but now it takes no time now that I know the trick.

I have owned the Melissa Buttons for 7+ years and have worn the soles off because I love wearing them so often. I had them restored by a local mom&pop shoe repair business and they look brand new again I usually wear a 7.5 and got an 8 in these and they fit perfect.

They looked dark brown but in real life they were red.

These are very classic boots and they compliment so many of my outfits.

I was so happy to get these for Christmas, until I tried to put them on. Once I finally got them pulled on, they fit perfectly. Luckily, we have a great cobbler downtown so they can be stretched out a bit. My fingers are crossed that it works.

Couldn't get my foot and ankle past the ankle portion of the boot. They are so insanely tight, I don't understand how anyone can fit their foot in all the way.

I am ordering my second pair after I have finally worn through the soles of my pair I bought 9 years ago.

My first Frye purchase. I love them. So comfortable.

Not able to get a proper pair I can actually pull on yet. Should have left the design alone. My OG Melissas are my favorite.

I bought these and was so excited when they came in the mail. I opened them up and pulled out my boot socks, but couldn't get my foot in them. I tried a light weight sock and then a nylon and couldn't get my foot in them. There is not a zipper, and the ankle area is too narrow to allow my foot to get past. I ordered a half size larger, but it didn't help.

I so want to put these beauties on and am trying to figure out the best way to do this. They are gorgeous and really want to wear but wish I had known to go up a half size.
