These are over priced . The customer service was terrible. Took 11-12 days to receive . My dad has worn these exact sneakers for YEARS to the point his has holes in them so I surprised him with a pair for Father's Day . He only wears a certain size that he can't find anywhere; he was reluctant to buy them because the price is outrageous. He was verrry happy to receive them.

Disappointed that no walking shoes were available in size 11 2A, bought 11 B, OK but 2A would have fit better.

Nice shoe. Usually get it in white leather, but it wasn't available anywhere in the US. This grey suede fits nicely and is comfortable.

I have serious peripheral neuropathy & new balance shoes with the roll bar are the only shoes that I can wear, trust me I have tried every Orthopaedic shoes from every company within my price range. I have to get men shoe because it gives me more balance & stability than NB women's shoes. I prefer the v2 but it has been discontinued

I had finally found a comfortable shoe that holds up very well. I do use arch supports from the Good Feet store for my Plantar Fasciitis but even before, I have been a big user of New Balance because they work for me. Had a heck of a time getting replacements because it seemed the particular model was out of stock where I usually purchase them. I finally went to New Balance directly, but found suede leather only. Hopefully, the out of stock situation is resolved soon. Plan on ordering another pair with in the next couple of months because I rotate my shoes.

I had Polio as a young child and today my feet have sever arch problems. Been buying the 928 versions and their predecessors for a very long time. While not as good as they once were, they are still better than any other brand's alternative.

A very nice walking and all around shoe. Runs true to size.

Shoe is good looking and seems well made. However I usually wear a 15 regular, but got 16 wide and still found it too narrow.

These shoes are awesome, but are constantly sold out in Men's 11, 6E. Please bring these back. Four stars for being out of stock ... again!

The 928 series and its predecessors were recommended to me for the motion control shoes my podiatrist wanted me to wear. I have been wearing them for decades. For about two years you didn't have them available in my size, and recommended a far inferior shoe in its place. I alternated those shoes with two other brands as I walk between five and seven miles a day. The other, inferior, New Balance shoes made my feet hurt more than any of the other shoes I wore, or the 928s which were recently available. Dump the junk and focus on providing the decent shoes you are known for.

wide enough un front but heel area should be narrower. All in all very good

I'm really happy with the shoes I purchased. They were a little expensive but I guess you get what you pay for.

When I find the shoe in my size mens 8 4E with removable insole for my orthotics its great but I can never find it or it takes forever to buy it, I dont know what happened with this company, I usually order three at a time, I dont understand why the problem every time i need shoes which is usually every 8 months, very poor customer service

I have been told that New Balance is discontinuing this shoe. Big mistake. This is one of the most suggested shoe from our local pediatrists. Works well with orthotics and over the counter arch supports. Please do not stop making this shoe.

My husband has neuropathy on bottom of his feet which is extremely painful. These shoes have lessened the pain when he walks.

I walk 4-5 miles daily at a local paved county park. This trail has hills, valleys and turns. Most of the trail cuts through a mature forest around a lake, and is beautiful. This shoe is a solid platform, comfortable and has enhanced my walks. The only negative I've found is on a moist surface traction is compromised.

They do take a while to break in however they are comfortable, I do need another pair with better cushion.

I made it very clear that I wanted this shoe with velcro fastening and I was assured that they were however, when I received them they had laces. I am givi;ng you a four star because when I called to return it was handled very very professionally and pleasanrt with a rapid refulnd.. I am waiting and will reorder as soon as the desired shoe is available.

Everyday, this last order i made, I did not order the same shoe as I did before and they are not as comfortable as the ones I had ordered before. I thought they were the same.
