The shoes are great the customer service is horrible. Order it online on Cyber Monday lured in by a 25% off deal that I didn't get from my shoe. Order the shoes but they have a ridiculous width chart that realized I made the wrong purchase within 5 minutes I could not cancel the order I had to order a second pair with the right width and pay for both pairs now I have to ship one back the shoes were not shipped for 4 days after I order them and I could not cancel them??? absolutely ridiculous absolutely ridiculous. I don't think I will ever order online with these company again

A little tight, but you can adjust with the shoe laces. I wish the tongue was a little longer as well. They are very comfortable and as this is my sixth pair over about twenty years, I do have a little experience. I do a lot of walking and running. New Balance running shoes are awesome as well. New Balance has proven to me to be very durable as well. Thank you New Balance.

I ordered and received XX wide, size 13, the shoes seemed to fit at first, but over a few days became too tight, I used to get XXX wide, that felt much better, they are ok, don't cause blisters, just a little tight. The XXX wide were not available

I've Purchased This Shoe For The Past Four (4) Years. This Time, The Shoe Fit Tight. I Wear A 102E. But It Sure Fit Like A Reg Size. I'll Just Wear It So That It Will Stretch As It Wears In. Next Summer, I'll Buy A Pair Of This That Are White.

I ordered three pairs of shoes this time, two Skechers and this pair of New Balance, which is the most expensive of the three. I PLANNED to keep ONE pair and send back whatever I didn’t like. Workmanship, and quality of the material is clearly there. These shoes look like they’ll last me a long time. They feel extremely supportive, too. My first reaction is that I could walk five miles in these shoes and feel great. The comparable Skechers, on the other hand, feel like I could STAND in them all day long and still feel great. So there’s your difference—if you’re going to be active and moving around a lot, wear the NB’s. If you’re in the shop or kitchen, on and off your feet, the Skechers are the better choice. FINAL VERDICT: I’m keeping all three pairs of shoes!

This is my second pair. I used the first pair for over 2 years with several hundreds of miles. Where is exceptional. The only thing that would make this better is a slightly longer tongue and I find no use for the top eyelets. Size and width are always spot on, and I can always order a 12 2w and be assured it will still fit the same as my order two years ago.

I have a size 11, B-width foot. These shoes fit length and width well with ankle height "athletic weight" socks. The tongue is short unlike what other reviewers have said; it is a good length without getting in the way. There is some arch support and the heel is not too tight. The sole is interesting in that the toe is raised a little. At first this caused a slight rocking sensation when walking until I got used to it; after a couple of wearings they feel like comfortable shoes. :)

The 926 is a good sneaker with the exception of the shoe lace holes ,they strip too easily .

I have had MW927BR, MW928BR2, and MW928bk New Balance shoes. So far I don't think that t he 928v3 are as comfortable for walking as my previous New Balance shoes

I've purchased no fewer than 12 pairs of 928 shoes, as suggested by the Foot and Ankle surgeon. I require orthotic inserts. This most recent pair is ever so slightly narrower, so slightly less comfortable for my compromised foot!

I buy these shoes for work. They are great but, After a while my great toe (big Toe) busts out of the shoe. The size is right the wear is good, the fit is good. Having large and wide feet has always been somewhat difficult. I will continue to buy these shoes until I find something which lasts better or they fix this fault, then you got me forever.

I buy these shoes because of the rollbar.. I'm very flatfooted and have had reconstructed surgery on one foot, the other foot is very flatfooted also. But, the rollbar helps me go from heel to toes, and keeps me off walking mostly on my heels. But, now, I'm not feeling that as much. Very disappointing, but still the best shoe I can find.

This is my fourth or fifth pair of 928s. Great walking shoe with plenty of support, and I like the fact that they come in wide widths. Their only drawback is that their traction on wet or icy surfaces is poor, so I can't recommend them for winter use or walking on slick, wet paving stones.

The shoe is attractive and seems to be well made. So far, after about 3 weeks it seems to be wearing well and is comfortable. However the marked sizes are not reliable. I initially got a size 16 x -wide (4E) and that is how it was marked. The length was ok but I thought a bit wider would be better so I ordered a second shoe in 16 xx-wide (6E) and that was how it was marked. However it is exactly (to within 1 mm) the same width as the 4E, so I didn't gain any width in going from 4E to 6E. I am going to keep them both as the fit is close enough and size 16 in anything is almost impossible to find. However if sizing is crucial you should try it on in the store or if ordering online as I did be prepared to return it maybe multiple times.

Previous to these shoes, I have been wearing the MW813 walking shoe for several years and was disappointed by the poor life and performance of PU-Leather (plastic leather substitute) used for the entire upper of the 813. I was pleased to find that the MW928 v3 had leather uppers and foot bed style of the well fitting 813 while improving comfort and durability. The 928 v3 is a comfortable shoe and supports well while walking on streets and other paved surfaces. It felt "broken in" from first use. Seems true to size. Due to the flat sole design I would not recommend it for trail use. It is a nicely styled lace-up, and will work with "business casual" in most cases as an all-day shoe. Since the uppers are leather they can be kept smart-looking with a little shoe polish, something that doesn't work with PU-Leather shoes. Soles have reasonable wet grip on moderately smooth surfaces. Not sure of sole wear since they are new to me. One issue I had with them were the extra long shoe laces they came with. Although many modern synthetic laces stretch with time, these were so long I had to cut 10" off them to keep the ends from dragging on the ground and tripping myself be stepping on them after my first walk. It appears that a 44" lace would be much better. Cost is considerably higher than the MW813, but if they wear better, the higher price will be worth it.
