Super comfortable, right out of the box. Heel feels a bit loose in them, nothing my orthotics couldn’t take care of. I ordered 16 x-wide. They give a structured feel, roll bar works for sure!!! Using them for dress shoes, and they’re not have bad looking. Plus, as comfortable as they are, they’re perfect for business casual.

My feet are size 16 but narrow. Even the B width 928 is wider in the toe box than I would like. But they are good shoes and come in nice boring all-black and all-brown that doesn't scream "athletic shoe" for daily wear. I've bought New Balance for about 30 years, and since these also come with Velcro closure, I'll probably buy New Balance for at least another 20.

About a half size too large. Otherwise my impression of the shoe was very good. Returning and reordering one half size smaller.
I'd also recommend:
Brooks Addiction Walker II which fit true to size. I wish they were available in brown

I am on my feet all day, these shoes have been comfortable so far. Did not come in as 6E width like it says on the site. Fits more like an Xwide than an XXwide.

Shoes are great except they are not as wide as the last pair I ordered so the fit isn't perfect. The quality is good and they are as advertised with the color and looks. I just wish were the wider width that I had ordered.

This is a great shoe that has surpassed 6 months actually. When I went to order a new pair, New Balance sent one correct size and one not correct but had the correct size on label. So I have returned shoes but haven't received new ones. Will write a follow up when received.

I use the shoes for walks and general purpose.They fit real nice and have been comfortable from the first day. They are a little stiff compared to the 813 style i usually buy. Happy with my purchase so far.

Hope they last !!! So happy with the black pair we have had since Sept 2022 . So I preferred these . Before we got these , my husband noticed the soles coming apart . Have sent pictures to company as they requested and haven't heard back !! Not happy and I have always been pleased with NB SCHOOLS

To the Staff at New Balance, I ordered these shoes cause I believed it would make a world of difference when I did my daily workout walk. Unfortunately, when the shoes showed up they were too long. I tried them for a few minutes however I don't think they would've worked. I did ship them back with the printed label from the site and as soon as I find out that my payment is returned, I'm absolutely going to re-order and this time get the size best for me. I love New Balance and they've absolutely changed my life. Cheers!

Ordered what I wanted and got what I ordered. I've only worn this one shoe for 10 plus years due to foot problems and had the previous box tag so I knew exactly what I needed. Fast delivery too. Web site was a little temperamental, but once I got my order I was very happy with the mail order service.
