The shoes are very comfortable and the soles have a good firm grip when walking on tile floors. My only complaint is that the shoe laces are way too long which forces me to tie a double knot to keep them from dragging the ground. I wish they were a little shorter.

After years of wearing shoes that were too short, and not wide enough, it is great that we have found the correct size and width. This is the third pair we have bought, and will continue to do so. Also buy golf shoes

A well built shoe that is true to size. I have worn 12 2E for over 20 years and still sized perfect. The tongue is too short. In the picture the top lace hole is unused and this is the only way you can wear it. If the top hole is used the lace is over the tongue and against your foot. I'm not sure how this slipped by New Balance as there top tier shoes have always been perfect and long lasting.

I use them for work so the black helps. I also use them at rehab exercising. The only thing that could improve them is a place nearby to try on different versions to see what would be perfect for my feet

I bought a pair of 928v3's 5 years ago. They were finally wearing out, so I replaced them with another pair. They are comfortable and well cushioned. Great for walking the dog, working in the yard, and everyday wear.

Good choice for casual wear. I use them for the office and business casual.

I bought these shoes for my 12 year old son to wear with his leg braces. They fit nicely. I'm glad to have them.

Still need upgraded insoles. The shoes are light and have a nice base.

Currently I have to wear an AFO (ankle-foot orthosis) which necessitates a larger and wider shoe (14, 6EE) than my usual size (13,C). Thankfully New Balance offers a few options in this size, and most of them are even attractive (ever checked out orthotic shoes? Yikes.) I'm hoping my issue will end as the leather and materials soften and stretch because as of now, short of unlacing the shoe part-way, getting my foot into the shoe with the brace in place is difficult. So I own this quibble and believe it will end over time.

Fit me well right of the box, considering I have a wide foot size. Comfortable.

Trying to walk more with plantair fasciitis and these are solid sturdy shoes to get me going again!

I have a black and brown pair and this is my second pair of white ones. They are comfortable and easy on the feet. However, one thing I don't care for is the tongue of the shoe won't stay in place as it slides down under the shoe strings once you start walking

My husband wears a size 12 EE in every shoe he owns, and he has a good many pairs. In this shoe, however, that size is one-half size too long.

Very supportive for my flat feet and comfortable. Great fit too!

Very nice looking, comfortable, well made shoes. I've worn Brooks Addiction Walkers exclusively for years and have searched multiple times for an alternative. These will probably be the ones even though they are more expensive and not quite as comfortable, as Brooks stopped offering brown Walkers. It's a tradeoff but a good one.

Walking with the New Balance 928v3, the best excellant support. Has really helped my flat foot problem.

Not as comfy as the new balance in the old days but much better than the sketchers I have bought recently. The sketchers break down very quickly!

Tongue is too short. Can not easily grasp it nor easily knot the laces on top of the shortened tongue.

That God for New Balance , They make 6 Xtra wide..... that is the only shoe on the market ... that wide, that I can find ....at affordable price.... thanks.... D

I need the extra support tjis dhoe provides. The shoe looks very professional and is very comfortable.

I have balance issues and these shoes have a rollbar in the heel that makes it more stable. It has good cushioning, but it could be a bit more flexible. Overall a good shoe for walking for one with my issues.

Shoes are great. But I should have a model made on the SL1 last instead of the SL2 last as this one is formed around. For me there is too much toe box room from top to bottom. Except for this glitch it is just what I was looking for in a non-protective (no steel or composite toe) working shoe for warehouse work.
