I replaced a Brenthaven laptop backpack. The best thing about the backpack is the customization. The panel fabric/color selection personalizes this bag. The front pocket requires some work to get to because it's under a flap: secure, but adds time to remove/place something in the pocket. Internal space can feel cavernous because of fewer pockets and slots for accessories (my charger/cord, my airpods, my sunglasses case). I have to dig around for these now. Still thinking of a solution: maybe a backpack organizer (like for Fjallraven's backpack) or just another little case that I keep on one side. Timbuk2 has a solution, but not to my liking. The shoulder straps are great. Thick padding. Secure. Three adjustments possible for sternum/chest strap. Thick padding against the my back (really thick). I use it to take my laptop from work to home. (Love the dedicated, padded compartment for my computer; super easy to take out or slide in). I also carry a journal or two, a portfolio/writing tablet, a sleeve with postage, checkbook, mail labels, and envelopes. It's a tall bag so I can put a jacket on top of the things inside the backpack. Carrying handle is great. Not as small and sleek as my brenthaven but greater flexibility in what i can carry though small accessories can get "lost."

Well made. Looks good. And 100% no one else will have the same one.

I love my new backpack

After a month of use, I love my backpack so far. The colors are exactly what I'd hoped. It's the perfect size for my laptop. It's light and comfortable although I haven't walked far with it. There aren't a lot of pockets but the main compartment holds a surprising amount. For a custom backpack, it's reasonably priced. The only downside so far is the reflective white scuffs easy but it's easy to clean.

This this my first backpack that is customized and I may say that it is very cute! I love Timbuk2 backpacks cause they are super easy to take care of but at the same time they would serve you for a long while! Quality is great and if you like to travel it is a great option for personal item. I was worried about my my laptop but turns out that the pocket is fine to carry your electronics without another case. Overall I am satisfied with the price and quality of the product.

This backpack is super comfortable to wear, even when packed full. It easily fits my computer, charger and my work for the day. It is durable and built sturdy.

Got this as a present for my wife to use for traveling with her laptop. It's the perfect size and being able to customize the colors made it just right.

I use this everyday for school. Fits everything I need with extra space. I like to bring somewhat useful items with me everywhere. I bring a first aid kit, tissues, lighter, knife, and much more. This is perfect for me.

Ordered for my son. He had a Timbuc2 messenger bag that he loves. Was able to customize with his school colors. Super nice bag!

I bought this backpack for a high schooler because.... my husband used a Timbuk2 backpack as a work bag for 6 years. After 6 years, it looked too worn for "professional use" so I stuck it in the closet and bought him a new one for Christmas with a matching carry-on suitcase for business trips. My then 7th grader found the old Timbuk2 and started using it- that was four years ago! So.. for Christmas this year I thought to buy the high schooler his own, new Timbuk2. I went online as we now live in NH and I don't see them in local shops. The online options are plenty, but all of the colors are subdued earth tones... as if all fabrics come from vegetable dyes, but mostly tree bark. Then I saw that for a little bit more money, one can design a custom bag! I chose navy blue with red stripes down the sides. It arrived last week and is beautiful. I checked every seam and zipper and found that it is the same great quality as 10 years ago. Timbuk2 bags are not inexpensive BUT they last and last and last... I'm sure this one will go to college with him.

I use this backpack every day for work. I love that it has a place for everything - computer, ipad, cords, pens/pencils, snacks, and more. I love that I was able to customize the colors and fabrics; it's just want I wanted.

I got teal, golden rod, the hot orange. Ended up BRIGHT, but I love it. I'm able to carry around my large laptop and several book comfortably, which is a major improvement from an overstuffed laptop bag and a flimsy purse.

Sturdy & compact, but glad I had a chance to customize it.

Great backpack, fits my 14" laptop perfectly and has plenty of pockets for my iPad, air pods, and other items I carry.

Great durable backpack. I use it for travel. Holds a lot of stuff - I like the separate laptop pocket - makes it easier to pull it out for security. The water bottle side pocket is a little on the small side, but it's workable (the strap for it helps hold the bottle in place).

My University daughter absolutely loves her new backpack. She has learned why I love mine. Everything fit where it should and comfy for hiking around campus all day.

I love this backpack! This is a great bag to take to work or school if you have a moderate amount of stuff to carry. It's sturdy and solid, and I think it will last me a long while. The laptop compartment is super padded and my 13" MacBook Air fits perfectly alongside its power cord and projector cord. The water bottle holder fits a 25oz bottle, but it won't fit one much bigger than that. I added a Kokuyo Bizrack Up Bag in Bag organizer to help me refine the main compartment a little bit - I needed more organization for my small items like my wallet and sunglasses so I could access them in a hurry. With this addition, it's perfect! I can carry my laptop, all of my cords, a few paper files, my wallet, keys (I love the key chain), sunglasses, pens, etc. On the days I use my tablet as a second screen, it fits great, too! I can even shove in my lunch or a sweater. The customization of the bag was easy and the bag arrived really fast!

Such a great product for everyday or travel.

This backpack is streamlined and super comfortable. It is very easy to get my laptop in and out and there is plenty of room in the main pocket for my other stuff. Side pouch for water bottle is well made and the buckles are made of METAL. YES!

I love my custom laptop backpack! I travel a fair amount, and so far it has been great. My laptop feels very protected and is super easy to pull out for TSA when needed. I also love that my custom colors make my bag easy to spot. Very well made with quality materials.
