i like how Timbuk2 lets the customer call the shots. they will make it however you want, and the quality is always top notch. i customized this backpack specifically for a trip to Belize. i chose the waterproof material because i new i'd be snorkeling, canoeing, on the beach, on the sandbar, on the boat, by the pool. not only is pretty slick looking, the added strap fit perfectly on my wheeled carry on handle making it easy to get out the door, on the bus, on the subway, through the airport, and to the resort. plenty of clever storage, and it kept all my stuff (especially electronics) dry. highly recommend

Great size and holds everything I need for work

Absolutely incredible. Love the customizability and the colors I chose turned out EXACTLY how I envisioned them. Quality of the bag is fantastic and the zippers are SMOOTH! Exactly what I was looking for! Only minor critique is common with bags, and basically it's that the water bottle holder is a bit small. It works for most bottles but not larger ones. But everything else is PERFECTION!

Love this bag! The customization of colors makes it really fun. The pink-looking reflective material (flame) is definitely redder in person, it looks a little pink online. Great bag for biking, I like the padded straps and front clasp to keep it in place.

Compact and simple but great quality. Just enough pockets, lightweight. It's a great overall backpack for anyone who needs to carry a laptop around.

This is my second Division backpack but first custom design. They are so well made with a classic and efficient design. I can still use my seven year old backpack that is in great shape, but I wanted something new, too! Fun to design and arrived pretty quickly for custom. Love it.

Love it. it's just the right size and relatively complexity-free - which is just what I was looking for. Love the optional chest strap - which I can use or not depending on the load.. and it's fun to choose colors and fabrics. The small zipper under the fabric overhang can sometimes get slightly caught, but other than that. Totally solid.

The front outside pocket is a little stiff to get into due to how the rain flap laps over the zipper, and I wish there was another loop or two higher up or on the side for my carabiner.

Perfect bag to use for a commute. The fabric is durable and the bag itself is lightweight. It comfortably carries a tablet and laptop.

Custom colors came out great. Quality is amazing too!

So far it's what I expected and it looks so pretty with the custom colors. There's a bit more elastic and cushioning on the straps than I anticipated and I'm a bit nervous how it will hold up as I like to keep backpacks for a really long time.

I'm really happy with how my custom backpack turned out! The colors I chose are super vibrant and cute, and I loved the ability to customize the colors on this to create a fun, feminine backpack (since most backpacks are so boring-looking). The backpack's laptop pocket fits my work 16" Macbook Pro perfectly, while there's still room for my personal 13" Macbook Air inside the main compartment. The backpack also feels comfortable to wear, though I haven't yet used it for a full trip yet.

Miss the mesh pocket on the inside of the bag from previous versions, otherwise love the new material and the metal buckles are a nice touch. Glad the custom feature exists :) One note is that the light pink does not appear as vibrant as it did online but I actually quite like that

This is a great commuting backpack. It's extremely easy to put in and take off. It's the perfect size for a laptop, water bottle or umbrella, and personal items. It's very sturdy and extremely well made. I notice the metal clips and accessories. This backpack will last. And it's very stylish, especially if you customize it as I did. I received it quickly despite having customized this. I will be buying more for family.

I purchased this bag for my daughter to go to school with. She loves the compartments and the utility of the bag.

The computer zipped portion is perfect! Overall quality and function is just as good as my previous Timbuk2 products (3 over the last 25 years).

I am a super-commuting academic who needs a computer and a bunch of books, and various electronics. I also needed it to fit on my luggage handle. It is fantastic. I've used it for a few weeks now and all the gear has been safe (even without using another laptop sleeve). Planes. Rains. Classes. It has been perfect. I use the "water bottle" holder for a small umbrella, which has been a lifesaver. It looks professional enough that I am not embarrassed to carry it around. I don't usually write reviews, but I really like this bag. It solved all my problems.

I have been searching for a nice quality backpack, that doesn't look like I'm about to go on a hiking trip, to take to work everyday. This is it! I love that it's rain proof, sturdy and the colors/materials look very high end. Everything fits without it being too bulky. It's better than I expected!
