It's the second backpack in our family. We liked the first one so much that decided that we need another one. How often can you customize the look of your backpack?! Great feature and great backpack both for work and travel.

This is my second backpack from Timbuk2 and there is a reason I came back to this exact style. For frequent travelers this is the perfect backpack to hold your computer and fit under the seat with room to spare. It holds its shape and fits everything you need in it. With my first backpack it lasted 3 years of constant travel and it's still holding strong. I just got my second backpack and I got it custom colors so not only does it fit everything, it looks awesome while doing it. Timbuk2 is one of the only companies out there that let you choose bright interesting color combinations instead of the typical black, gray, and blue.

I bought this to use for school, and it works perfectly. I love the separate computer pocket, as well as all the inner pockets. I can fit my phone, keys, airpods, chapstick, and really whatever else on the inner zipper pocket, so I don't really worry about it being stolen

Great construction, helpful compartments, I bought custom bag with rain resistant fabric. Very pleased! The bag itself is slightly heavy though.

My daughter needed a new backpack for school. The typical big box store brands just don't hold up. That, and she is small, so they were all too big for her. I have a Timbuk2 messenger bag that must be 20 years old. Outside of a little fraying and a couple of blown stitches, it is still solid. She was skeptical because it wouldn't be the same as all her friends, but she designed a bag herself and the smaller size fits her. If it lasts a couple of years it is a bargain. I expect it will last much longer.

I travel a lot and am very impressed by the durability of the materials used.

Fantastic bag for travel. Love the customization and the speed of delivery. An option of a top pocket would be nice to have.

I USE THIS FOR MY MACBOOK AIR AND MY NOTEBOOKS. IT IS COMFORTABLE AND HAS MORE THAN ENOUGH ROOM AND ORGANIZATION.

I love the size of this backpack. I'm a high school teacher and have to travel with a lot of heavy items-books, a laptop, my lunch, etc. I really have space for everything. I also loved the fact that I could pick my own color combo. It was worth the extra money to get a comfortable, chic backpack that has room for all the things!

I had a previous version of this bag from an employer and loved using it for daily commute but also when traveling. Ordered one for myself so I can use it non-former employer branded. It fits a nice amount of items with pockets to keep everything organized, durable and stays compact when out and about.

You won't have any post-consumer regret after purchasing this product. I am not a big reviewer but feel compelled to share that TIMBUK2 got the design right. I used this pack as my carry-on for a recent air travel trip. Here are some of the many positives of the design. 1. Customized my fabric and colors so I easily recognize my pack and it coordinates with many of my travel outfits 2. Stands upright (this is a huge positive) which is important when sitting at airports, looking through the bag, etc. 3. Excellent padding in the computer holding areas and held my 16" Lenovo. 4. It holds a lot and still has room. I had a couple of articles of clothing, two books, all my chargers, a notebook, hairbrush, some notions, etc. and room to spare. 5. Amazing padding on carry straps and area that is in contact with one's back. 6. Fit under the seat in front of me on every flight, even one where the space was narrower. | If you prefer holders for 2 water bottles it only has one (not a problem for me). If you only have a really wide and bulky water bottle the sleeve for it will only stretch so far (not a problem for me). 7. Hardware on bag is durable. 8. Is not bulky even when filled. It is worth every dollar!

This is the perfect travel backpack, it's compact but roomy. I love the customization options!

I've had this backpack for six years and it looks brand new!! I'm a teacher and I use it to carry a laptop, books, writing tools, water bottle, etc on the regular, but have also used it as a quick weekend getaway bag. It's comfortable to carry/wear, has lots of great compartments, and it's incredibly well made. If this one ever loses its integrity (and I'm not sure it ever will) I'll definitely buy another.

Feels well-made, and arrived quicker than expected. I am petite and was looking for a work backpack to fit my 14" laptop that wouldn't make me look like a child carrying a giant pack. This fits the bill -- spacious enough to fit laptop, and essentials for the day, but still with a slim profile.

This is a great bag for day use. Has all the pockets that I needed and is the perfect size for a laptop and some basic daily items. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a stylish and functional backpack.
