These shoes wore down so quickly. I've had them for about 2 months, wearing them 2-3 times per week at a desk job and they're falling apart. They are cute, but if not great quality if you do any moderate amount of walking.

I really wanted to like these shoes, based on the awesome reviews. I even ordered three different sizes to find the right one, but in the end it didn't matter because the way the back is rigidly laced up (slanting towards the front) pushed my feet up and so regardless of the size of the sole, all three sizes pushed against my big toe. Interestingly, the grout I ordered in 6.5 didn't slant forwards like that, but the size itself was too small. The other two sizes (7 & 7.5) should have been big enough, but the slanting back made my big toe squish.

I had high hopes for these shoes based upon other reviews, but I was sadly disappointed. The back of the shoe was so stiff and scratchy I knew it would cause blisters. Also the overall shoe fit, but the toe area seemed smaller than average flats. I found another pair of shoes that were much more comfortable. If you're considering these shoes, I would look elsewhere. You can find shoes that are more comfortable than these for about half the price.

While the shoe overall was true to the wide width, the sole of the shoe hadn't been widened and so I felt off-balance. The side of the shoe doesn't come up very far and was unattractive. I had to return these.

I ordered these is a wide size but they are cut like a normal shoe. I tried going a half size larger but that didn't work either. They are cushioned on the sole and probably would have been comfy in that respect but they feel like they are made of vinyl. I wish someone would make a wide ballet flat - shoes do not look cute when the material looks like it's stretched to reach the side of your feet!

I bought the Emmies in blue and had to return them less than a month later due to the blue peeling off and turning white. My $15cheap Target flats lasted longer than that. This might be TMI, but they made my feet sweat like crazy. It was gross. However, I will say they were very comfortable shoes. I will probably not buy Lucky Brand shoes again, though.

I agree with the reviewer who said the material is a plastic-y leather. Seems like my feet would start sweating almost immediately. I ordered a 6.5 and it was too small. Too bad I'm returning them, they were exactly what I've been looking for.

I had to return these twice. I wear 6-1/2 and those were definitely too small. Next, I ordered a 7 and received two RIGHT feet! One was a 7 and the other a 7-1/2. The 7-1/2 fit like a glove. The shoes are cute and comfy and I wish I could have kept them. Now I'm scared to place a third order.

These shoes are cute and I love the pattern, and I really wanted them to work, but they are no good for me. They are pinchy in the toes, and they don't feel on the bottom of my feet. They offer no arch support. It makes me want to take them off immediately after putting them on.

I really wanted to love these shoes (based on other reviews). However, the elastic across the heel is so strong it pushes my foot forward squishing my toes. The elastic band across the back leaves a mark across my heel. I did order a 1/2 size larger to avoid this. I was so hopeful for a cute & comfy pair of shoes to wear instead of slippers around the house during the holidays. Instead of daily wear, these will be a wear occasionally. Super cute, not super comfy.

I wanted to love these - the color was lovely, and when I first put them on they were cushy and pretty comfortable. After a minute or two of walking around, though, I could tell the back would dig and dig into my heel. Just a few minutes in my house and I already had a sort spot. Too bad!

These shoes are nice to look at, but terrible to wear. I walk a lot, and these shoes are pretty abysmal if you have to walk anywhere more than two blocks away. These have a weird 'heel' that seems to concentrate the impact your foot feels from hitting the pavement. I've only worn these a handful of times, and will be getting rid of them, because they hurt my feet too much. I'm generally very easy to please, and never go to the trouble of writing online reviews, let alone negative ones, but these shoes are garbage.

Yuck! These looked horrible on my feet. They looked cheap and just were not flattering at all. But they were comfy.

Had to return. Comfy and padded but the material inside it's like pleather? Foot got hot and sweaty and then my foot got swollen. Not cute.

I like the way these fit and they're cute. I needed a pair of flats in a hurry for the weekend otherwise I would have returned them. The material is cheap. They're already scratched in a couple of places and I've only worn them for a week. I probably could have done as well at Payless and spent way less money.

There was nothing I liked about these shoes. They were huge and the leather did not look or feel real. It was stiff and hard and had a weird pattern in it. They are headed back and I will keep looking for a pair of navy ballet flats.
I'd also recommend:

This is a cute shoe, but it is really uncomfortable. I can usually tough out the break in period, but my ankles were bleeding even through socks. The material at the heel has almost no give and the seam has been placed in just the wrong way. I have a similar pair from the same brand in cloth that are the most comfortable shoes I own. These do not come close!

I ordered the Emmie in black and the rose gold color about a year ago. When I got them out of the box one of the rose gold shoes was wrinkled looking - whereas the other was not. I should've sent them back for another pair but I liked them so much I wanted to wear them right away. I wish I would've exchanged them though because soon after wearing them, the "wrinkled" looking one started to peel away its finish. So disappointed.

I bought these flats based on the other reviews. I bought my size, the half size up was too big. My toes are slightly crushed. I thought they may have stretched out a little, they did not. The circular heel is very uncomfotable when wearing them for more than 4 hours. My feet absolutley hurt. I woudl not recomend these for anyone who stands for more than 5 hour work days. Very disappointed.

I returned these right after getting them. I got the rose cream color and it was just odd, kind of like a shiny skin tone. The shoe was way more casual than I expected and the leather was creased in some areas. In wearing them, I was overly aware of the heel support and it felt like I had something stuck on the bottom of my shoe. I bought them because of the reviews, but returned them very disappointed.

Really uncomfortable. The round shape of the heel is the problem. My heel weight lies 3/4 on and 1/4 off that round part of the sole. Digs into my heel in every step. Too bad... the leather is soft and shoe is a bit wide already so I would think it wouldn't look stretched out after wearing like other flats do.

I am an eternal optimist, and when I read the reviews I always think, "How bad could they be?" The answer for these ballet flats: Bad. They're the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever owned. The little flat plastic heel rubs and causes blisters on the bottom of my feet; the tops are cut just so they rub on the top bones of my feet when I walk and cause blisters there too. They're not even cute enough to put up with the pain. I threw them into the closet and never want to see them again.

I bought these last year, a 1/2 size up from my normal size... they were on super-sale at a local store so I could not return them. Red flag. I bought a size 9 and still, almost a year later, they continue to hurt my feet. My toes feel cramped and the elastic on the ankle leaves indentations. I cringe when I think of wearing them. Since I couldn't return them, I do still wear them but they are not comfortable.

These shoes are super cute, but are definitely not worth the price. The heel pads are placed way too far back on the shoe, and so your heel falls off uncomfortably. Also, I have two friends who also have this shoe, and we all noted that one of the pair would cut painfully into the back of your foot, as if they weren't made quite the same size. These are DEFINITELY going back.

I really wanted to like these flats. I'm not sure who decided the curved UP ballet flats were a good idea. I unwrapped my box and home and was wary when I saw the curved up. I put them on and of course were already digging into my Achilles heel. I sadly put them back in the box and shipped them back because I wasn't going to put my feet through that.
