I buy my shoes with plenty of room to prevent blisters and very rarely do I go up to an 8.5. Based on the other reviews for this shoe I felt confident an 8 would work...wrong! They were snug with no wiggle room. Found a comparable at a local store and these are going back.

I got these yesterday and love the look. I got the rose-beige color. It's cute. Slightly shiny. Would go with almost any outfit. But they aren't nearly as comfortable as I expected. Both shoes cut into the back of my heels. And the footbox is too small. My feet are on the wide side, so maybe I should have expected that. I don't know if the next size up would help. The back is elasticized so I think without a callus or Band-Aid, you should expect some discomfort.

A bit small and narrow at the toe area. I'm size 6 so I would go up another half size.

I wore these shoes one time and only for a couple of hours. I was very disappointed. They hurt my feet. The sole is so thin it hurts the bottom of my feet when walking on cement. The heel on these shoes is just awkward & doesn't feel natural.

The shoes are very cute, the leather is really soft. I'm a standard 8.5 but the 8.5 felt a little big. Sadly, the 8 was too tight. I would have kept the 8.5 but the heel padding on the sole is too small and ends in the middle of the heel. At first the shoes feel comfortable but after a short time wearing them the awkwardness of the heel being too small made the bottom of my foot hurt. Sadly, I had to send them back.

These are by far the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. I can't even keep them on for an hour let alone a work day. I love how thwy look, but it is a real sacrifice to have your achilles tendon feeling like its being slowly severd.

Classy and contemporary, but not that comfortable. They have a weird round 1/2 heel that splays your foot as your walk. The entire sole needs to be all one level. I will be paying a cobbler to remove the sole and replace with it a nice comfy one. Only because I have worn them already in the hopes that they would begin to feel normal, but they haven't.

While the leather is soft and supple, that make it easy to wear. Have had tem for two months and the leather in the toe area has already begun to wear.

I really loved the look of these shoes! However, I have only worn them for about a month and I have almost walked through them. My foot shape doesn't fit the predetermined rubber sole, so I ended up walking on the leather and quickly wore through it. The leather is also wearing down where my little toes are. Also, the scrunched heel cuts into my heel a little bit and the round heel becomes uncomfortable after standing for several hours.

I wanted to love these...ordered a 7 awhile back, and just traded them for a 7.5. I have rather narrow feet but still feel not enough room in toe box, while there seems to be an extra puckering around heel, and it digs into upper heal. Plain uncomfortable when walking. Love Lucky Brand, bummed these don't work for me, but alas they are going back.

I was slightly bummed when I got these shoes. The color was great (shimmery nude), but the leather was so soft that my big toe made this asymmetrical line across the front of the flat. Also, they were too wide for my somewhat narrow feet. I wish they had worked out but thanks, Zappos, for the good return policy, I will keep looking.

The shoe is good itself, but the reason I gave a 3 star, is because the color is so off! Now I'm only talking about one specific color: rose cream. Look at the picture, do you see a creamy beige-ish/yellowish pastel like colored flat? That's what I saw. But, when I received the shoe, I wanted to return it right away. I'm writing this review just to warn people about the rose cream color. When I saw the flats, they were rose cream alright (but even not), but definitely not the creamy rose cream, it was a dull metallic-ed colored rose cream. I was so upset with this purchase, because the flats were comfy, the material felt so soft and it wasn't that bad for the price. Oh also, the toe is quite round, I personally don't mind it. But compared to my other round toes flat, this one was quite round.

Loved the look of this shoe, I was so excited to get it. The fit was perfect and the leather was soft, but the heel placement was awkward and uncomfortable. I gave it a few days walking around the house but the heel placement was more irritating on harder surfaces. I decided I need a shoe I can walk around town in so I had to send them back.

Bought the Emmie in size 10M in Rose Cream, after spotting someone wearing the same style in another color. Super soft leather and the color is perfect, I was so excited to get them out of the box. However, walking around produced this weird popping sound. Investigation showed the instep of the left shoe has a stiff spot in the leather that "pops" in and out. I've had this happen with ballet-style flats before, don't know if it's a manufacturer defect or my weird feet, but back they go.

I love the look of these and wear them out, but they dig into my heel and they feel hard. There is no padding in the sole.

These shoes are cute but I am returning them for the following reasons: 1. Back of heel rubs my skin. 2. No support. Very flat and hard. 3. Shoe is thin around toes, so you can see the imprint of your toe knuckles under the leather and to me it looks funny.

I've had these for a couple of months and while they look cute, they're still rather uncomfortable. They pinch in the back and in the toe and now it looks like part of the metallic sheen is wearing down to the black leather (or whatever it is) underneath. This only happens where my big toes contact the shoe and I'm worried it's going to get worse as time goes on. I like these shoes and will continue to wear them but the quality and lifespan could be a lot better.

I really, really, want to like these. They look super cute! I have wide feet, however, so my feet go over the sides of the sole, wearing down the leather on the bottom. I'd go up a size, but they're already a little too long. That's an issue because the elastic won't stretch out, leaving an odd little floppy bit of sole behind my heel. (It looks pretty stupid.) I find myself walking strangely, trying to slide my feet into the back of the shoes. Plenty of room in the toe area, which is nice. No arch support. I'd hope that these would end my quest for a comfortable, cute but plain pair of flats, but it seems that my quest must continue.

Great look and well made. Unfortunately they di not run true to size. You need at least a half size bigger or they will pinch you across the top.

For a quick slip-on, this shoe works. However, even though I have narrow feet, high arches, and fall a bit under a size 10, this shoe is tight. Tight enough that I can't even wear little footies underneath. The black leather looks very nice, but when you flip over the shoe, you'll see the heel is actually a perfectly circular disc with the Lucky symbol on it. It almost looks as if you stepped on a black disc that got stuck to your sole. I wear mine with jeans for minimal errand-running; after hours at a Chuck E. Cheese birthday party yesterday (bad enough already), my feet were killing, especially over the nails on my big toes. An okay purchase for minimal wear. Look good, feel somewhat bad.

I love these flats however they are the most uncomfortable flats that I wear. I stay soar for days after wearing them. They squeeze your Achilles tendon terribly. I was hoping that this pair would be different, but they are the same. I am going to try the Emmie 2, as they look to have more support in that exact area with actual backing.

I bought these in red. They are very cute and stylish if not the most comfortable shoes in the world. I have wide feet, so I went up half a size, and they barely fit. They were tight out of the box but have stretched with wear. The heel does feel strange and a bit uncomfortable, and the sole is completely flat. I wouldn't wear these on a day when I had to do a lot of walking, but sitting around the office and work is fine.

I really wanted these to work -- they are cute, highly reviewed and moderately priced -- but they didn't. I wear a 5.5 or 6 and I ordered a 5.5 in these shoes based on other reviews. The sizing was fine and my toes weren't cramped, but the fit was uncomfortable. I ordered the black and the rose cream. The rose cream fit the best out of the two pairs and the color is neat -- it really resembles a ballet shoe. The black color fit a little tighter but was not too small. The two main problems were the way the back of the shoe chafed and put pressure on my heel, and the way the bottom of the heel felt. The bottom of the heel on the sole is a round disc which felt odd on the bottom of my foot. The back of the shoe applied so much pressure to my Achilles area that just during the short time I was trying them out and walking around inside they left a red mark. Maybe they would break in nicely but I'm just not up for days of blisters and abraded heels. They are going back.

I had to return these shoes. The instep side of the shoe looked weirdly big on one shoe when it was on my foot. It has no arch support, and since I am on my feet all day, it wouldn't work. I also noticed a lot of these shoes at a discount designer brand store which makes me think they aren't as popular as it would seem.

I wanted to love (even like) these so bad - I mean 98 reviews and 5 perfect stars. Why wouldn't I love them, right? Well, sadly, I just couldn't get the feel for the heel on the back. I walked around my house and it just bothered me horribly. I read several reviews and no one mentioned it, so it might just be me, but it was really uncomfortable. I also recommend you order a size up, as I normally wear a 10 and had to get an 11 - wish they came in halves, but I still wouldn't have liked the heel.
