My two main problems with this flat are 1) the heel & 2) the lining. Another reviewer noted that the heel is uncomfortable, and I thought I'd chance it anyway. The shape of the heel cuts into the sole of my foot when I walk, not painfully, but enough to irritate me during the day. The rest of the sole is cushioned well, though. I usually wear in between an 8.5-9. I tried the 8.5 in these, but my toes got cramped. The 9 fit, but it was a little loose on the heel, which aggravated the problem with the bottom of the shoe pushing into my heel. The lining is very, very soft, but it induces major foot sweat. I wanted to like them because they are very cute, but the heel and lining have made me avoid wearing the pair I bought.

Great option for a classic leather ballet flat. Bought for my teen daughter who liked its simplicity. Fit was not perfect, current size was a little snug but next size up had gaps around the sides of the foot. Hoping the leather stretches a bit. No arch support so not great option for plantar issues.

Ehhh, I was not impressed. Sure they are cute... but you are paying for the name brand. These had paper thin soles, felt like I was walking on thin cardboard. My true size is an 8, and these were a tad too large. If I had ordered an 7 1/2 the 1st time, I may have just kept them because they are very stylish...but I do not think I will be exchanging them, just getting a refund. I do love my Zappos though! Ordered them abut 4pm one evening and had them the next day!

I was so excited to see that these flats came in wides because they are really cute, comfortable, real leather and affordable. I have a pair of snakeskin flats in non-wides that I put up with pinched toes because they are so nice. Now I can finally replace my trashed cheap flats with quality shoes! Unfortunately my excitement ends there. I bought them in nude and black. The black had a weird textured part right on the top, but I kept them since my size was out of stock. The nudes were perfect and fit great, so I packed them as office shoes on a snowy day. I wore them for about six hours, walking around a typical office environment of carpeting and tile floors. When I took them off to switch into my boots, they were a mess! There were rips on the bottom seaming, a scratch mark like a cat had clawed them and they were so dirty it looked like I had been wearing them for six months, not six hours. I fear that the Nappa leather is simply too thin and soft to be durable in any sense, and the nude color shows every single mark. If Lucky Brand could make them from tougher leather and continue making wides (I see most out of stock right now), I would buy them in every color. They are that comfortable and cute. Sigh. If you buy light colors, definitely use a leather protecting treatment on them first. Zappos customer service made it right, as they always do!

These are very plain shoes, which I expected when I purchased them for my daughter. They run very small. She could barely squeeze her feet into the shoes size she normally wears, and then you could see the base of each of her toes. We will have to return them, as they are not true to size.

Shoe looks cute and has a comfortable sole. However, it rubs a lot on the back of my heel and squeaks, apparently from my toe mail polish rubbing against the interior. Overall, decent shoes for the price, but I wouldn't seek them out again.

These shoes are really comfortable right out of the box and are a really cute style. But after wearing them all day at work my feet hurt so bad I can't wait to take them off. They have no support and not much of a lining. Your big toe rubs at the front of the shoe and I'm thinking will eventually wear a hole through the lining (like a previous reviewer mentioned). These are cute and work okay for a few hours, but I would return them if I hadn't already worn them all day a few times.

Love the look but size 7 is too small. Tight on my toe. And though it is upper leather, the lining is man-made so my feet would probably sweat. Stitching on heel so great though. I would have kept them if my toes had room (I have ingrown toenails). Heel slips on 7.5.

I have this same exact shoe (in brown) in an 8. Received the black in an 8 and it was 'way' too big, slipping off my heel when in took a step, etc. So, I sent them back for a 7-1/2. I wore them yesterday and they were really small, cutting into my heels. My stupid bad luck? Inconsistent workmanship? I don't know. But other than that I love the look and overall 'quality' of the shoe. Love the brown - but don't know if I can risk ordering another pair with the sizing issue....

I am tall and skinny so I love a good flat! I ordered these and they sat in my closet for the longest time so I ended up giving them to my mom. They are comfortable and well made, but I felt the were a little wide. I was looking for a very minimal black flat and the design of the shoe was too awkward for my foot. My feet are narrow and boney and the shoe looks like it swallowed my foot. When I stand with them on it gapes open on the sides and you can see the inside of the shoe. I need a tighter fitting shoe! I really wish they would have worked because they are super cute and you cant beat the price!

I think I'm the dd person out on this shoe...just didn't work for me. I have learned over the years I can follow the majority in sizing issues, so I ordered a half size up (a 7) and it's just a bit too loose. If the material were different, it may have worked...but it has a papery feel and just slips too much...the 6.5 would be too snug I imagine...so I am returning and moving on to other options (mainly I can tell for my pain in the butt feet it will irritate them due to material, so not worth trying another size)! Cute though! Wish it had worked!

Love the houndstooth flat but could not even get the shoe on my foot! I don't think going up a full size would help because it seems narrow for my foot. Bummer.

Absolutely LOVE the nude color, however, the fit was off for me. There was a gap on the sides. Reminded me of a pair of similar shoes I just tried on at Forever 21. Couldn't justify the price with it gapping so much. Sadly, these are going back. Also felt a little slippery.

These shoes were comfortable right away, I can easily wear them all day. Unfortunately the leather gets scratched up really easily. I have only worn them a dozen times but they already look aged.

These fit really well and seemed really nice, but the top of the heel cup rubbed on my Achilles too hard. Had to send them back.

These shoes are okay for a desk job. Other than that I wouldn't recommend them for any significant walking. There is zero arch support - it's like walking in bare feet. They are cute though and the material is soft. No blisters from these shoes ever!

Even after wearing them about 7 times, the heel is still bothering me; think I should have gone a half size up here. Can only hope they'll stretch a bit more at this point.

It's hard for me to wear shoes like this without getting blisters and these seemed like they would give blisters, especially on the heel and toes. Too bad, they looked cute. Returned.

These flats are cute and comfortable. The only drawback is that the material seems to have blurred a little bit, so the pattern is not as sharp as it originally was. There are still wearable, but it is definitely irritating. I prefer the leather flats in this style as they seem to hold up much better.

Looks cute & feels great - until you start walking in them. Rubbing the skin off my heels. I have to wear bandaids on the back of my heels. Hopefully they break in a bit more.

I love the zebra print but I am disappointed in the fit and quality of the shoe. It feels small and for the price I thought the quality would have been better. They are very light weight and have little support. I am older and I think they would be perfect for a young person.

I wanted to love these shoes and tried them in 3 different sizes but they just weren't a good fit for my feet. I have narrower feet and these seem to run a little wide. They're as cute in person as they are in pictures, they just aren't made for my feet.

The mint snakeskin is very cute and works well as a pseudo-neutral. I like the way these look a lot, but find them to not be very comfortable. I'll wear them only to work where I don't have to walk much. I should have returned them and tried a half-size larger. I'm hoping they will stretch over time. I have other Lucky flats that I like very much and had high expectations for these, but I find them to be just so-so in terms of fit and quality of materials.

These are beautiful, but unfortunately squeeze my foot so that the ball of my feet feel squished together in the middle. I don't technically have wide feet, but have always felt that my feet are a little wide. Sadly, I have to send these back. If you wear ballet flats often or have narrow feet, these may work for you.
