Cheaply made, the "leather" is obviously low quality as is the stitching. If you are looking for a tailored look, this is not it. I felt like I was wearing little girl play shoes bought at the toy store. They are a cute style in the picture and the price is nice but for the quality of the shoe they are over priced. I'm buying a different pair from another brand.

These shoes are horrible and belong at a store with dollar store prices. These shoes are very cute, but the function of a shoe is to be comfortable on your foot as you go about your life. These shoes are not comfortable at all. Wear them around your house for 30-minutes and think, is this shoe really worth the price? No way. Why can't they make this cute shoe also comfortable? I'm a teacher, an artist, a musician, a forest and hostel backpacker; I want to look cute doing all of my interests and I really wanted these shoes to work. My house slippers cost less than this shoe and are much more comfortable. I think all of the positive reviews for this shoe are severely misleading.

I ordered these in size 5, rose. Liked the color, and that was all I liked about these shoes. My feet are smallish, with a wide bridge, short toes about the same length, a high arch, and very narrow heels. The size 5 fit me fine, but it was uncomfortable. No arch support at all, and the elastic siding dug into the back of my ankles.

These shoes are really cute and look great with jeans but I was really disappointed in the quality. I have only had them 5 months and they already have a hole in the toe. Not worth the money.

When I first received this shoe I loved it! They were so comfortable and looked great with everything, but after wearing them twice I'm very disappointed. They are already scuffed on the toe and the leather around the bottom of the foot is looking rough. I had to return the fabric ones after one wear because they were coming apart, but I thought the leather ones would hold up better. Unfortunately I will not be purchasing these again. I want to send them back, but I know it isn't Zappos fault.

These shoes a great color, BUT.... they fade VERY quickly. I wore them 3 or 4 times and had to return them because they had completely faded!

These shoes were comfortable, but they have no arch support so I can't imagine wearing them all day. Unfortunately, they look super cheap. I expected Lucky Brand to look better than this - flats from Payless looks like better quality. The leather is so soft that I'm worried my toes will wear through the front! I will be returning them.

This shoe is terrible. I bought these for my 20yr old niece and her toes are coming through the front of the shoe. They are not too small the leather is just too fine. I will not buy from Zappos again. I sent the an email explaining what happened and received no reply.

The Rose Cream color had a very metallic, almost "glittery" sheen to it. Was not what I was expecting and would not be appropriate for work. Loved the feel but overall it was a very casual flat. and too shiny! Had to return.

These shoes suck. I regret buying these so much that I felt I had to share. These are cute and comfortable if you do not walk. At all. They are not for all day wear. There is no arch support. My ankles and shins kill for days after I wear them. I had to walk on my tippy toes because my ankles hurt so bad. Such a waste of money.

This shoe is poor quality. The color peeled off the top of the shoe and they have scuffed up badly in front. I would not purchase these again and I am returning this pair.

These flats are absolutely terrible. There is a huge design flaw with them as they dig sharply into the back of your foot. I wore them around the house off and on around the house for months hoping that they would break in, but they never did. Luckily I never wore them outside and was able to return them. Also, besides the heel on the back of my foot, they bruised the bottom of my heels horrible Something is wrong wit this shoe. They are horrible!

These are a terrible purchase. They are not worth the money. They are really uncomfortable. They have worn out in such a short period of time and I only wear them around the office.

I would not recommend and am stuck with them. I bought a 9.5 for my daughter and I am a 8.5. She wore in her apartment and said they were so comfortable but after going to the city they were painful. I tried to return but she wore so I have and I am one size smaller and after one hour they are annoying in the back as if the elastic is pulling and the heel rubs.
