The picture looks great...nice stripes...the shoe unfortunately has gold threading striped in and looks cheap.

This is a high quality flat; it doesn't seem like it will fall apart after 6 months of wear, like so many other flats. The leather is sturdy but soft; the elastic well-enclosed and doesn't seem like it will fray. However, the sole of the shoe has a major design flaw that makes it uncomfortable to walk in: the shoe isn't completely flat on the bottom, it actually has a short heel (maybe 1/4" tall). This is only a problem because this heel is not large enough, meaning, it needs to be wider and longer to accommodate the striking surface of the stride. The elastic of the hem pushes your foot farther forward in the shoe, so you end up with the center of your heel on the edge of this weird circular heel of the shoe; because the sole of the shoe is thin and soft, the consequence is that you feel the edge of this heel hitting right in the middle of the heel of your foot, like you're stepping on a ridge. I agree with other reviewers that the shoe runs small; I attribute this to the elastic edge pushing your foot forward into the shoe so that you feel your toes up against the shoe; I had plenty of room in the heel of the shoe, so you might call this another design flaw: the elastic is too strong so it shoves your foot forward. In spite of the fact that I like the style and the structure of the shoe (5 Stars for Style), I have only worn them once because this heel problem was awkward and uncomfortable. I'm going to see whether Zappos will take them back, even though I have worn them outside once.

Looked okay, and seem like they would be comfortable, after going 1/2 size up. However, after less than a day of wear, they caused a pain in the heel. This might have been caused by the odd small round heel. Or perhaps by the very thin sole. Or maybe both.

Although the shoes are attractive, I am returning them. They cut into the upper part of my foot. also, my foot is forced forward due to either the design or the lack of support. I found them uncomfortable, although stylish. I pick comfort over style.

Yikes, these shoes arrived today and they are flat and flimsy with zero support. They feel like slippers and I'd be afraid to get them wet for fear they would fall apart. I don't get how they got five stars. Really? I got them in gray and the color is darker than it looked on my computer screen. In my opinion, spend a little more and go for the Merrells. These were not good for me. Back they go!

Not anywhere near as cute as their picture; no arch support whatsoever, but I expected that; despite the elastic, they feel sloppy and wide, yet not long enough; they also feel weirdly stiff and were jabbing my feet in odd places, such as my arch. Don't waste your time with these.

These shoes are horrible for your gait. The heel is completely impractical. It has turned me off to the brand. They were cute, but a bad fit and not healthy.

I actually am returning these. They are cute, but way too tight. They really squeezed the back of my heel to the point of pain. I ordered a 7.5, and I usually fluctuate between an 8 - 7.5. So if you are considering these, go a size higher than usual.

I had really high hopes for this shoes based on all of the positive reviews it has received. The shoe was cute, and felt comfortable until I walked in it. I normally wear a Size 8 and these felt like the right length, but when walking the heel on the base of the shoe only covered the rear portion of my heel. The result was very uncomfortable and I am returning the shoe.

Bought Bourbon and Black this spring- intended to wear on long vacation...wore at home with not much discomfort. When worn bare footed they looked good but wore blisters on heels and little toe areas. Had to buy Band aids to be able to wear at all...found that the linings were completely VINYL and did not breathe, soften or conform at all- just sat there rubbing. Actually took the scissors and tried to cut out the lining in places that were unbearable- I only wish that I had read carefully that I had a one year warranty with Zappos. I would have returned them on principal alone not to mention sheer torture. I now am careful about linings of shoes and look for anything not produced in China. Lucky Brand is inexpensive but you will find the same cheap practices in even Cole Hahn...vinyl linings, made in China -yet expensive. So my advice is read to know all about what you're buying.

These shoes were really comfortable but I thought they looked a lot different than they appeared online. I ordered the rose cream color and when they arrived I noticed they were more rosey than I expected and very shimmery... they shimmery look wasn't what I wanted so I returned them. But I had great customer service! I still love Zappos!

Super comfortable but only in the short term! These are not, let me repeat, NOT running around on your feet for ten hours shoes. There is absolutely no arch support and the base of the shoe is super thin. I know they're styled as a ballet flat, but they essentially really ARE ballet flats, which certainly aren't mean to be worn on city streets for ten hour stretches. Definitely super cute, but I would never repurchase.

Not at all worth the cost. Size runs a tad small and you have to break them in before the elastic at the heel stops digging into the back of your foot. Problem is by the time you've worn them in, you've also worn them down. Scrapes easily from walking outdoors. They do look great and are comfortable, if you are buying them for light wear / indoor wear...good buy. If you plan to actually walk - not the right pair.

I chose the rose cream... They took a little breaking in to feel good but after that they fit like a dream! Very comfortable around my office to wear... until! I noticed that my toe was wearing through the leather... the sole started peeling away and the leather flaked off... I think it's because the leather is too soft! Learned my lesson the hard way that these shoes are not for every day wear... Who would have thought? Very disappointed.

I loved the pattern on these, and wore them around the house for a little while and decided to keep them. My mistake! They are so uncomfortable! The tiny heel platform is so small that it does not even fall under my heel. It is almost behind it, so I am walking on the edge of it. I guess I could not feel that on carpet. Also, the heel portion is slightly elastic, and it pinches so tight that I have to take them off every five minutes. I have purchased another pair of leopard print flats for half the price and they are way more comfortable. Do not waste your money. I wish that I could return these, but since I have worn them outside it is my loss. They will be going in a garage sale.

This shoe is very uncomfortable. You can feel the heel and it is so annoying and it hurts! It is a cute shoe, but it doesn't even look good on after half an hour of wear. It forms in a weird way on my foot and rubs on my toes. The biggest problem is the heel feeling, I can't stand it.

These are not as comfortable as the reviews seem to suggest. The elastic back does ensure a snug fit, but it also gave me blisters. The edge of the small rubber heel on the bottom stops right in the middle of the bottom of my heel and I can feel it digging into the bottom of my foot as I walk. What a huge design flaw. This left me with terribly bruised heels. After just 2 hours of wearing these, I could barely walk for the next two days my heels were so bruised. I have worn them several more times to see if they would get better, and no luck. I really wish I hadn't worn them outside, because I would have returned them. That being said, they do seem to be well-made. They also have the perfect minimalist black ballet flat look to them.

I do not like the shape of the shoes around the toe. The leopard print was brighter in the picture, in real life it's muted and grey. I wear an 8.5 and these ran at least a full size larger than I needed. I do like wearing a 7.5 but these are just ugly.

Based on previous reviews, I ordered a pair in Metallic Pow in a half-size up. They were too big and had a flaw in the leather color. Reordered in my regular size, only to discover another flaw and that these are really uncomfortable. If you have no foot comfort issues whatsoever, I'd say go for it -- but these were uncomfortable just standing up. Too bad, though, because they're a really good looking shoe. I ended up with a pair of Born Alex, which I love and are much more comfortable.

The shoes looked nice in the box but once on I found they had no arch support and gaped terribly around the sides of my feet (my feet aren't all that narrow either). Also, the shoes I ordered were a size 5.5 but when they came one shoe was a size 5.5 and the other was a 6.5. Very disappointing, will be returning.

Ordered the cheetah colorway. Got good reviews (I always read the reviews since I am an avid Zappos customer) and ouch! They immediately hurt on the heel, bas. And you know the rule, if they hurt when you first put them on, sista, they ain't gonna feel any betta. So back they went. They were so darn cute but comfort wins out on flats.

Pretty cute but almost no cushion/support. The toe box rubbed the top of my toes and it felt like my big toe nail would pop right through the top of the shoe even though the size was exactly right. I could also tell immediately that the leather would wear oddly and look worn out pretty soon - not okay at this price point.

I should have listened to another reviewer when they said the disc heel on the bottom of the shoe is uncomfortable...it is. Otherwise, these shoes would be okay, but standing on that disc is very weird and forced me to return these.

This shoe was very disappointing. The heel seemed like it would be fine at first but it's surprisingly awkward and uncomfortable to walk on, and it jutted out away from my the back of my foot in an unflattering way.

I am searching for shoes just like this! I was super excited to find them. But when I put them on, my big toe caused the whole front to crease. It was very obvious and disappointing.
