I'm a true 9.5 in length, but slightly wider than average across the ball of the foot (at the base of the toe box). So I often order both sizes to make sure one will fit. And since these uppers are a nice leather, I had the added benefit of a little stretch if need be. Big disappointment, neither pair fit, so I did some measuring with the Brannock device. The length specs on the pairs I received are not consistent within the size: 1) The 10 was a bit longer than an average 10, but much worse-- the heel of the 10 is very wide - not at the sole, but all the excess leather around the heel, so that when walking or flexing foot, the heel pops right out of the shoe. 2) The 9.5 heel was perfect, but was much shorter in length than most 9.5's I wear, forcing my toes into the tip of the shoe so painfully that my toes hurt after the test walk, never mind about potential leather give. Here's the kicker (haha). The width of the toe box was almost the same for each size! It's unusual to have such a big discrepancy within a half-size, and whoever calculated the specs probably did so without thinking about feet, because while length and width increase, heel width doesn't usually increase at the same rate. Too bad for me, because the materials quality is excellent.

To me, this shoe felt a bit small, maybe because of the elastic. This is my first pair of flats with elastic, and there's a bit of getting used to having no arch support and having such an unsupported heel. I can't walk too long in these since the heel isn't large enough to cover the heel of my foot. Other than that, it looks good and is comfortable for short periods of time.

They’re cute but I'm still trying to figure out if they can be comfortable. To stay on the back elastic on the ankle is a little tight and the shoe is also rubbing on the top part of my big toe. I'm hoping after a few more wears that it will pass as other than that. The leather is soft and everything else is quite comfortable. I have very thin, narrow feet.

These just didn't work for me. I'm looking for comfortable shoe for a weekend trip to NY where I planned to do a lot of walking. These have no support at all.

These were just okay. I ended up returning them because the background color of the leopard pattern was more beige and less gold. Overall, I also didn't really like the fact that they were fabric. Not as cute as I had hoped.

The body of the shoe is really comfortable, but the circle on the heel is a big problem. I kept them because I only noticed the heel after walking in them for awhile and the heel became unbearable. The next day I had a huge blister on the bottom of my heel. The leather material is very nice, though it's a camel colored brown, not the nude pictured. Overall a nice basic flat if the heel doesn't bother you. I like them, but can't wear them for long before the heel starts to hurt.

I bought both the black and the leopard print shoes. They are uncomfortable. The heel is only a circle, so if it doesn't hit right when you walk, it doesn't feel very good. On my leopard pair, the heels dig into my heel so that it's really painful by the end of the day. I've worn them several times thinking, since they're leather, they will loosen up, but they still hurt.

This shoe is very narrow, my daughter has only worn it once and now we are stuck with a shoe that she can't enjoy.

The color is different depending on lighting. Sometimes it is a nice flesh tone, other times it is rather pink and unappealing. I found them to run a bit small and the heel is rather high, digging into me and causing discomfort. I do not have a wide foot and the width is fine, but the band sits in a position that it eventually becomes painful as well. I love the look and quality, but overall disappointed and wish I hadn't worn them so I could get my money back.

The heel on this shoe is a tiny circle that is felt upon walking. It is entirely too small and therefore uncomfortable. Please look at bottom view before purchasing.

Wow, do not order these if you have a bunion or wide feet in any way. I put them on and stood up and could tell immediately they would take the skin off my toes! Must be nice to have narrow feet. Zappos as always is wonderful, though! If your feet are wide or bunion-burdened, try Pikolinos instead for sure.

This shoe is a perfect flat and is strikingly similar to Tori Burch's flats. But they are pretty uncomfortable! The elastic cuts into the back of my heel, but when I tried a half size up, the shoe was too loose. C'est la vie.

Manmade materials inside that don't breathe..too much money for a show I ended up replacing in 3 months..

They run small, I ordered a size 12 and they fit more like a size 11. I think I would have liked them better if they fit.

Initially I was very happy with these shoes, the foot bed is very cushiony and comfortable...then I wore them for the day. Not enough support for me and after a few hours the elastic was pinching, but that could just be my feet because they can swell. Also, it was raining and the color stained terribly, I can't wear them again.

I love these shoes - comfortable and cute! However, after 10 months, the sole is starting to separate from the shoe. I have another pair in a different color that I've only had for a few months and I hope the same doesn't happen to those too.

Meh, these flats are a great color but very cheaply made. I think a reviewer mentioned that the inside is pleather and she's totally right. They're not comfortable either. This would be an okay purchase for half the price.

These are so cute! That is the pro. Cons: half size small. The pleather lining is insufferable! I had hoped to wear these without socks / stockings, and it's just not possible. I will be returning them.

I walked from my kitchen to my pantry, 8 steps, and that was all it took before I knew these were going back. The heel hurt. Maybe they won't hurt after wearing them in but I didn't want to test that theory out.

I was a bit surprised that the size 11 was a bit too small for me. I have a narrow size 10.5 foot. Maybe the style of the shoe is to blame. I also didn't like the look of the back of the shoe - it's baggy looking.

I thought that I was going to love these shoes but I hate them! After one wear, they were scuffed up. I have worn them about three times now and they look like they are 20 years old! They are not very comfortable and at first I thought they would be. I would have been better off spending less on a pair of Target flats. These are not worth the price at all. I wish that I could return them.

I love the Lucky brand and thought these ballet flats would be super comfy because of the elasticized edge. The way the elastic gathers at the heel makes these shoes very uncomfortable. Sending them back and planning to purchase a pair of Frye's ballet flats, which are the only flats I've had that are comfortable right out of the box.

I have been looking for narrow fitting leopard print flats and I thought these might fit the bill. The shoes ran a little short but were on the narrow side, but not narrow enough. Also, the shoe sole was very flimsy and I did not think that it would hold up well. I will keep looking!

I've been looking for the perfect pair of leopard flats and this was not it. The length and width were fine, but there was no support for my foot, which is a requirement for being a teacher. Also, the material felt very plasticy and had very little breathing or give. Back they go.

They look cute but. Did not like it at all. The back came up too high into my ankle. It felt like the heel didn't line up with my heel. Very uncomfortable but I was also comparing them to others I bought that were Dr. Scholls brand.
