I typically wear an 11.5 EE, and there is plenty of room in the toe box and width. These shoes run small. In length the 11.5 are more like an 11. In the width these are more like a D than an EE.

I've been wearing the New Balance M630SR2 for over a year and I love them. They are extremely comfortable and fit perfectly... although getting a little warn. So I thought I'd get another pair. Sorry, NB no longer makes the M630SR2. So far I've ordered 3 pair of other shoes from Zappos and none of them work for me. The last was the 10-V1 which arrived yesterday. Ordinarily I wear a 9 1/2 but I ordered the 10 with a medium width. Bad news. These things are so tight they are uncomfortable and a little too short. How can that happen? So, I'm sending them back. What a pain. Perhaps it's better to go to a retail outlet and try the shoes on until I find something that works.

The shoes look great, are very light and have good soles for street or trail running. However, even though I sized up to an EE and went 1/2 size larger, they were still snug at the widest part of my foot. Additionally, there is a seem on the inside part of the shoe just in front of the heel that digs into the foot. I never even used these, just tried them on, and it was clear that I was going to have sores from that seem digging into my foot. Returned them.

I bought it for its slick look and minimal sole. it's feel is great but can get uncomfortable if worn for a long time. I'm a size 11, the issue is not the length but the width.

I ordered these to replace a previous pair of New Balance Minimus shoes. I ordered the same size. However, the new shoes would barely go on my feet. Even though I ordered 2E they were very narrow.

These fit differently than the last version of the Minimus so be careful. They run smaller than usual. Love the color!

I have wide feet and in the past, a 2E shoe from New Balance fit like a dream. This is my 4th pair on Trail Minimus and they are my favorite shoe of all time. However, these ones are a bit more narrow than previous models. I've only had them a day, but it would be nice if they were as wide as they were in the past. New Balance, please make a standard 2E shoe, or offer these in 4E. People with wide feet need good shoes too!

Returned these shoes. I bought half size bigger and wide, but still too tight and not enough cushion for me.

Nice design, albeit they look better in pictures; not necessarily a deal breaker but the inconsistent sizing, with this particular shoe ( I've been wearing NB for years) is.

They fit tight and were not comfortable on my feet. The laces are very tight in the holes and it is very hard to adjust them. I bought these to replace an old pair of Merrell barefoot running shoes, which were extremely comfortable to wear. Unfortunately, I don't think they are available anymore. These NB shoes are awful by comparison.

I was shocked at how narrow and snug these were for minimalist-type sneakers. It was an instant "no".

I am quite disappointed the shoes are not EE wide. They are too narrow, to tight and uncomfortable. I’ve been wearing them since I received them hoping they would stretch some but it has not!

Have had minimus shoes before, also merrell vapor gloves. These shoes felt narrow especially in the toe box. They are not zero drop shoes but they are low. They just did not fit me right.

I don't understand why the toe box is so comically small. I put "felt full size smaller" because that's the only option but honestly 1.5 or 2 sizes smaller would be more comfortable. Having a tight, confining toe box is not a quality I would expect from minimal footwear. I have morton's toe, my foot is not shaped like that? I just want running shoes that don't assume my foot is a different shape than what it is...

These would have been great if it were not for the stitching at the back of the shoe, which was rubbing my achilles. I'd recommend a pair of inov shoes for comfortable zero drop running shoes.

Be specific about your likes and dislikes. How was the fit and size? What does the material feel like? How awesome (or not) do you feel wearing them?

I wear a 10.5 and have purchased other NB minimus shoes in the past that fit like a glove. This shoe has a strip across the top of the foot. This causes the shoe to fit extremely tight right below the toes.

Been wearing New Balance Minimus since 2012 in all climates with no issues so thinking I just got a bad shoe, but the sole came apart running one hot day on an all-weather track.

The previous version of the Minimus did not have the "vibram" strip running just above the toes, before middle of foot. This strip has made the shoe feel too, tight even in an extra wide. Love NB, because it makes wide shoes, but hoping the next version of the minimus loses the strip, since it reduces breathability in the lower foot area and puts additional pressure on lower foot making it uncomfortable.

I love these shoes. I got them in 7.5, but then changed them to 8, both times ordering the wide width. It seems that they were wider in the 7.5, I'm a bit surprised. The black band that goes across the front seems to be tighter in the 8. I have to return these too.

Nice and light. Definitely do run small. There is a bit of a design/construction defect. The tongue on the right shoe up front digs in to my foot and it's pretty uncomfortable. I live overseas otherwise I would return them.

Bought these shoes for short distance trail running and to walk around with shorts, etc. because they look cool, but just didn't like the minimal cushioning --they're like walking barefoot which I'm sure some people enjoy but just didn't for me so returned them.

I like the 10V4 better, it had a more aggressive tread that had decent traction in all trail conditions, this 10V1 does not. The 10V1 is really only good for dry hard pack trails and the road. The funky strap across the ball of your foot makes the shoes feel tight as it does not allow your foot to expand naturally.

I wear a 10.5 E, though I can often fit a D. The right length for me in this shoe is 11.5, and the Wide (supposedly EE) was too narrow. Waste of time reordering and sending back only to discover they don't even fit.
